The hotel staff were great but the shuttle bus driver was very rude to us. He was screaming when we did not get out of the bus right away. The room we had was nice and clean except for plywood hard beds. I liked that they had nonsmoking floors in the hotel. the hotel was conveniently located when you need to need to walk to to the ferry terminal. You […] can catch other shuttle buses to other hotels/casinos at the ferry terminal. The hotel shuttle bus schedule was not so reliable. Rooms are in need of renovation, very old and very hard beds. Rooms are not clean, definitely not a place for kids or older people or anyone with compromised health. Location is good and staff okay but not a place I will stay again. There are many other better hotels in comparable locations for the same cost. Was my first visit and my last.

The Hotel Golden Dragon is located at the eastern end of the Casino strip, on Rua de Malaca, adjacent to the Fisherman's Wharf, and the Macau ferry terminal. By all appearances it seemed like a nice, modern hotel. The rooms are small by western standards, but beds and bathroom appeared very clean. The mattresses are rock hard. This was an unpleasant […] surprize for my six day stay. My back hurt every morning, and it was extremely uncomfortable to try sleeping on my side. The carpet was very dirty and was in desperate need of a steam cleaning. The upholstery covering the chairs looked well worn and dirty from years of use, and I made sure to use the complimentary flip-flops when I had my shoes off. The hotel has it's own Casino, and Cabaret, and is a drop-off point for the numerous mainland China tour buses. Expect to find shopping centers on the adjacent blocks which cater excusively to the mainland chinese visitors, mostly jewelry and electronics stores. There is only Mandarin chinese language being spoken in these areas. Any Portuguese businesses have left long ago. I was surprized when I was able to converse in English with the staff at the Macau Wine and Gran Prix Museum. The better food, grocery and pharmacy choices were found several blocks away on Rua de Roma, and Rua de Londres for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room did not have wi-fi which should be commonplace at major hotels. The rooms are somewhat overpriced. There is some good amenities here. There is no convenient sundry or grocery store nearby.

Don't waste money on this hotel. It claims to be a 4 star hotel but the only thing 4 star about the place is the facade. The rooms are ragged and the carpets stained. The beds are hard as rocks. You can't charge anything to your room without being hounded for a deposit even when you leave your credit card information at check-in for charges. The food […] is TERRIBLE! Worse buffet and restaurants of our entire HK/Macau trip. Most of the staff cannot speak english. You have to ask for someone who speaks english to be sure the person you are speaking to understands because they will stand there and pretend to understand while you speak only to go and ask someone else to come and listen to you after you are doing explaining everything. I'm sure this is a cultural thing (not wanting to be rude and interrupt) but save yourself some time and ask before you start to explain anything so you don't have to waste time explaining everything all over again. 　友人と観光のために２泊しました。フェリーターミナルから徒歩５分程度の立地で、近くには２４時間営業の飲食店・マッサージ店があるので、非常に便利な場所です。ホテルの施設については可もなく不可もなしでしたが、サービスについてはフロントの対応が今ひとつでした。

海側はロケーションが良いが、街側は生活観が溢れてる、リスボア辺りに比べると、少し便が悪いかも！十八サウナは週末だとかなりコミコミ(-_-;) ここ何年で日本人が増えたよ！

客房设施齐全，但床硬梆梆的像木板；被子只用白布包着，极易散开，半夜冻醒起床一看，身上只盖着包被子的白布，而被子则已掉在地上，很狼狽。浴室里沒有护肤液，而沐浴液碱性特重，沐浴後浑身乾燥，痕癢难受！ 如果只图晚上馬马虎虎睡一觉，那么，金龍酒店尚可歇足。

객실은 청결하고 서비스도 괜찮았으나 위치가 도심과 떨어져 있어 불편한 점이 있음. 3번 버스를 이용하여 한 번에 세나도 광장까지 15분이면 갈 수 있어 큰 불편은 아니었음. 마카오 페리 터미널에 가까워 가방을 끌고 10분이면 갈 수 있으나, 지리감각이 없는 사람은 찾아가기에 약간 어려움을 느낄 수 있음. 샌즈 호텔이 가까이 있어 샌즈호텔 셔틀버스를 이용하면, 다른 호텔이나 페리 터미널 가기에 편리함. 가격 대비 만족스러운 호텔임.

可も不可も無いホテルです。ルームメンテナンス等、問題ありませんでした。部屋は申し分ない広さですが、冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念です。

フェリーターミナルからは徒歩６～７分。フェリーターミナルから各地に出ているシャトルバスを利用して何処へでも足を延ばせるのでアクセス的にはベスト。ただ、ホテルの周りにはコンビニ、レストランがほぼ無しと思った方が良い。コンビニもどき、地元のあまり人が入ってない食堂程度しかありません。ベッドは他のホテルと比べると少し硬めです、腰の悪い人には丁度良い硬さかと思いました。

無難なホテルだと思います。 中国色がかなり強いので快適なホテルライフを送りたいならタイパ島の ホテルが良いです。 マットレスがかなり固いので驚きました。畳に近いです。 部屋はごく普通ですが長くいたいとは思わないので寝るだけなら問題ありません。

這次是第一次在澳門住宿，沒住過其他的，其本上是還OK。不過比較大的問題是沒有無線網路，還是說整個澳門的酒店都沒有無線網路我也不曉得，其他是沒什麼大問題。

香港からフェリーでマカオに入って徒歩10分以内で到着します。MGM等の大規模カジノも近く、食事にも事欠きません。スタンダードルームに泊まりましたが、何も不満は有りませんでした。香港経由でマカオに入りたい方にはうってつけだと思います。

Altes Hotel - Sauna war angeboten, musste aber extra bezahlt werden - dem Preis nach muss es eher ein gewesen sein. Englisch wird nur sehr eingeschränkt gesprochen. War eher enttäuscht - in China gibt es deutlich mehr woanders für den Preis.

場所がフェリーに近くとても便利。 部屋も清潔で広々し、お得感のあるホテル。 カジノや隣りの島タンパの高級ホテル街の移動も近くのサンズホテルから出てる シャトルバスがありとても便利。 カジノでは負けたけど楽しい旅でした。

Sijainti hyvä, palveluita lähellä. Aaamupala vahvasti aasialainen joten perinteiseen suomalaiseen makuun ei paljoa tarjontaa mutta kyllä niilläkin päivän hyvin alkaa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, valtaosa osaa myös vähän englantia.

Personale maleducato e scortese e con pessimo inglese. Connessione wi fi inesistente in tutto l hotel (!!!). Business center con un solo Pc connettivitá pessima stampante rotta. Letto duro come il piombo. Insomma un disastro. Non andateci.

フロントの対応が最悪。到着時部屋の用意が出来てないので３０分待って欲しいとのことだったので、余裕を持って１時間潰して再度戻ったところ、まだ出来てないのであと１時間待って欲しいとのこと。その対応に憤りを感じ文句を言うと、じゃあ用意すると言われた。何それって思った。おまけに並ばせておきながら順番を守らない中国人を優先的に対応。そのことにも文句を言うと、まるでこちらがおかしな事を言ってるかのような対応をされた。部屋自体は比較的清潔。ただ、ネットを使おうにもwi-fi無し、LANケーブルの差し込み口も壊れてて使用できず。もうフロントには関わりたくないので、そのことには触れず我慢した。マカオには３０回以上行ってて、決してサービスのレベルが高いとは思わないが、こんなのは初めて。二度と泊まりたくない。

客室・サービス・価格共に満足しています。オーシャンビューの部屋を予約しましたが，角部屋だったこともあり，素晴らしい景色でした。 唯一の不満は，クーラーの風がベッドに直接当たり寒かったことです。

ハーバービューと書いてありましたが窓から見えたのはお向かいの建物 だけでした。 フェリーポートが近いのは良い。 ホテルも部屋とか中の状態は満足できるレベル。 しかし周りの環境が食事するところなどが少ないので、目的が 夜遊びなら勧めても良いかと思いますがそれ以外だとあんまり良いところ だとは思わなかった。立地条件が今一つという意味で。
