My husband and I stayed at this hotel in Zona Rosa for 10 nights. We were most impressed with the service we received from every staff person we encountered, from both outstanding waiters in the restaurant, to our housekeeper, to every front desk person who provided advice and information to us. The room was very clean, bottled water was provided daily. […] The room was a great value but is not a high end hotel. The room was adequate in size, not huge. There had been some water damage to the laminate floors so there was a bulge in the floor. The bathroom was on the small side but made up for it with lots of hot water and great water pressure. There was plenty of drawer storage for our belongings and a closet to hang clothes and store our suitcases. The front desk has safe deposit boxes for valuables. Located a few short blocks to the Metro. A great hotel for those on a budget. Devamı

Good accommodations & area of hotel in city. Very helpful staff at all times. Close to all public transportation. Would stay here again next visit to Mexico.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpfully staff. Great breakfast. In between all the main things to see in Mexico city. Lots of restaurants and snack bars near by.

I've stayed at del Principado over 15 nights total in the last 3 years. I was always happy with the hotel but the last time the price was a little higher and I moved to a different hotel in Mexico City. I arrive and was shown to my room. the bathroom was dirty. there was tooth paste spit in the sink. the bed sheets had someones hair on them. the comforter […] had some dirt on it and the floor had not been vacuumed. This was the first time this had happened to me at this hotel. I called the front desk and they gave me a new room. it was fine but for the money you can do much better else where. I found a gem, Corinto on Vallarta just off Reforma, or if you want a good price and a great breakfast buffet Fontan is excellent. sorry but Principado lost my loyalty. oh yes, the wifi at pricipado is really bad as well. best internet yet is Fontana. Stay away from El Ejectivo, really bad service and cold!!! in Feb with no heat. Devamı

I have stayed in a few hotels in Mexico city now and this one by far was the best one. The staff was great and helped in guiding me to some local attractions I asked about. The waiters and room service personell were great as well. The ONLY problem I had was a very slow internet connection...other than that, everything was great. I will definitely be […] coming back... Hotel del Principado is a good value, located conveniently in la Zona Rosa, 5 minutes walk from Insurgentes Metro Station. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. My only complaint is that they have safes at the front desk, not in the rooms.

The good: -extremely friendly, helpful, bilingual staff -excellent central location -comfortable beds and pillows -clean -cheap -big buffet breakfast with fresh fruit and hot items every day The bad: -smelled like smoke in downstairs rooms -can be noisy if you're close to the lobby -some weird things like windows not locking and sometimes smallish […] rooms and bathrooms The verdict: for the price, I would definitely stay there again! muy buena atencion,trataron con mucha amabilidad de solucionar todas nuestras necesidades.

Las camas y toallas estan muy viejas y los baños despiden olor a caño!

a esepto x k no pudimos tomar el desayuno befet todo estubo muy bien. otra cosa las compus demasiado lentas. la atencion muy buena del personal.

Excelente ubicacion y servicio, el almuerzo esta riquisimo y toda la gente que trabaja en el Hotel es muy amable y servicial.
