The hotel and staff(I only met an alex and hannah) were lovely+welcoming. The hotel was a bit dear but it was for a special occasion. About 20min's walk to her majesty theatre is why we were there, so location was good. It was about 10min walk to buckingham palace.

this proved to be a very convenient hotel for the tourist even though the hotel is probably primarily a business hotel. Every staff member friendly a nd helpful

I have stayed in many hotels for business purposes and this hotel could teach otehrs a thing or too regarding delivering fantastic service.

The hotel is literally brand new & the people were amazingly friendly. Rooms are a little small, as is typical in London. Also, it's very close to Westminster Abbey, but there isn't a lot else REALLY close to it (e.g., not many restaurants, a couple pubs, no grocery) as it's mostly in a business area, but it is quiet and there's a lot (e.g., Picadilly, […] Leicester Square, Trafalgar) within a 10-15 minute walk. This hotel was in a fantastic location, walking distance to many sights. The service was impeccable, and the restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel. The waiter also informed us that the food was locally and sustainably-sourced, which I think should be better advertised as a selling-point. My room was spacious, […] comfortable and very clean. Immaculate, located in a quiet area but right next to the tube station, a stone's throw from the river and park, and a short walk to many of London's sights and sounds.

This is a great high-end hotel, really close to Buckingham palace and Big Ben. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The room doors are massive and when closed by your neighbors it will feel like a mini-earthquake when you are in laying in bed, I found this very annoying. Otherwise the rooms are very modern and beautiful.

We cannot say enough good about this hotel and its staff. We have never been treated so well by every person we encountered as we were during our week-long stay in this hotel. Every employee seemed to genuinely care about making our stay the best it could be and several went out of their way to make it so. Max at the Concierge Desk went so far as to […] call ahead to the hotel we were staying at in Paris and got us up-graded to a Jr.Suite over-looking the courtyard without us even being aware of his efforts on our behalf. He took his own time to write out a walking-tour for us in Paris because he's French and knew the area well; his outstanding service was the rule rather than the exception. I can tell similar stories about many other staff members that made our stay exceptional. Beautiful new hotel with special touches everywhere (flowers, candles, art). Great central location with Tube Station across the street. I not only highly recommend this hotel, I sing their praises. The bed was a bit firm for my old back, but they gave me an extra feather comforter to use as a pillow-top pad which solved my problem beautifully. Devamı

Beautiful New Hotel - Just built in October of 2013. Rooms are beautiful with Bathroom that has the best rainfall showerhead I have ever experienced. Very High Pressure for London...or any other hotel I have stayed at. Rooms are small in London, but they made perfect use of every space with every modern amenity that you can imagine including a TV built […] into the bedroom mirror! Beautiful Decor with supple Bed and soft pillows. Even free internet service for Hotel Guests. The Hotel is in a great location with walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, They Eye and Thames River. For a little longer walk, you can walk through Hyde Park easy as can be on be right on Piccadilly in Mayfair. Tube Station is also right across the street from Hotel. The best part of this Hotel is the staff, from the Concierge (Raphael and Max) to the front desk staff Georgia and Linda and even the Hostess in the Restaurant Nikki could not have been friendlier and remembered by name and always took time to answer questions about London. It's pretty hard to beat a high-end hotel that's also brand-new! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service amazing. The bedding and bed is amazing and the bathroom glorious with a rainfall shower option. The room was not as large as typical North American hotel rooms, but I had a king-sized bed and the furnishings were well designed. Cozy but […] comfortable! And, there's an amazing TV built-in to a mirrored wall! All the usual amenities I love to see were there, with coffee-maker, kettle, iron/ironing board. Also, surprisingly for a luxury hotel, there was free wireless! It worked very well for me, although you could also pay for faster broadband. The hotel was DIRECTLY across the street from the St James Park tube station, which is always important, and a short walk from Westminister Abby and the Parliament buildings. The area has fewer shops and restaurants around than I usually like, but there were a few and on the flip side, it's nice and quiet. (Right across the street from Scotland Yard!) One last point: I chose the hotel based on the Mystery Offer on Expedia, at 40% off the usual price. You are given the location, the price, and the stars, but you don't find out the name of the hotel until after you pay, and there's no cancellation. I took a chance since it was showing a price I was comfortable with anyway, figuring it could only be even better than my usual standard, and it was! What a fun thing to do! Devamı

The hotel decor is very impressive but we were let down by the service. Front of house staff were very welcoming. We tried to get a meal at 5.30pm but were told the restaurant opened at 6. We were then directed to the bar for snacks but were then brought drinks that we did not order. We ended up eating elsewhere. We had a drink when we returned from […] the theatre and were given a G and T that had no gin in it. The bar was deserted but service was slow and we ended up going to our room. We had to wait for nearly an hour for breakfast (and were given the breakfast for free but only after complaining) however there were very few people in the restaurant and no explanation as to why it took so long. I am sure that this hotel will be a very pleasant place to stay once service has been addressed. Devamı

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel met uitstekende en zeer vriendelijke persoonlijke service. Brilliant and brand new Intercontinental. Overwhelmed with the level of service - and teh general service minded attitude of all staff. Had a superior room - which could probably have passed for a suite in many other hotels. Only downside was really the lunch menu - which I found somewhat bland, and the fact that there is no breakfast buffet.
