Hotel Dubrovnik - Merida

Good location for out-of-Merida excursions because it is easy to connect with the Periferico and go in any direction to Uxmal, Chichen-Itza, Progresso, or Celestun. Getting downtown to Merida can be a little confusing unless you have a detailed map.

Easy access, nice rooms and good price. Close to the highway, so, you can go fast to everywhere in Merida.

Was OK, but will not stay there again. Asked twice for help with the in room safe and no one ever showed. They have NO wash cloths or hand towels in the bath -- but the hot water is plentiful -- in fact even if you turn on the cold you get hot. Located on a major road - noisy and no place to take a walk.

Despite the cleanliness and pleasantness of the staff, the hotel is located under a highway overpass way out of the center of MEriida and it was very very hard to get transportation from the hotel. I wound up hitching a ride on a truck one day, taxis were called and did not show up, I had to cross the highway to flag down busses. Good Hotel, modern and well cared for. Had a very slight problem with the electronic door key. After two days it didn't work but was corrected immediately by the receptionist. It then happened after another 2 days but took a bit longer to fix. I sounds like they have a glitch with the registration system. Apart from that the trip was very nice. The […] only suggestion I have is with the Hotel Restaurant. The menu is a little limited and I would have like to see a vegan or vegetarian choice being offered . Devamı

Me asombre al llegar de lo bonito que esta y la limpieza al entrar en la habitación. A un paso de las plazas comerciales,el centro de convenciones siglo XXI y el gran museo del mundo maya de merida. Excelente

El hotel es bonito, chiquito pero comodo. La habitacion que esta a un lado del elevador es muuuy ruidosa, el elevador ya es viejo y hace mucho ruido. Lo unico malo es que esta lejos del centro y al final acabe pagando mas de taxis que si me hubiera quedado en un hotel del centro. La gente es muy amable.

Das Hotel hat sich draußen 5 Sterne angeklebt - nach deutschem Hotelstandard waren es aber vielleicht 1 oder 2 Sterne. Da ich nur eine saubere Unterkunft für die Durchreise brauchte, hat es dennoch meine Wünsche erfüllt. Leider war sprach das Personal nur spanisch, eine Verständigung auf englisch war nicht möglich. Apparently recently renovated, the hotel is physically very attractive. Location is excellent if you prefer to be on the beltway (periferico) and thereby conveniently located for access to the city, public transportation, shopping, suburbs and to the beach in Progreso. The air conditioning in the lobby and in the dining area either was not operating, […] or was functioning inadequately. The new Samsung wall air conditioner in our room worked very well. The hot water supply was more than adequate. The elevator was out of order during our three-night stay, which was inconvenient since my wife had a leg problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful and ready to assist even with our departure in the wee hours of the morning. We definitely will stay there again. Al parecer, recientemente renovado, el hotel es muy atractivo físicamente. La ubicación es excelente si usted prefiere estar en la carretera de circunvalación (Periférico) y por lo tanto bien situado para el acceso a la ciudad, el transporte público, centros comerciales, barrios y la playa de Progreso. El aire acondicionado en el vestíbulo y en el comedor o bien no estaba operando, o estaba funcionando inadecuadamente. El nuevo Samsung de pared de aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación funcionaba muy bien. El suministro de agua caliente era más que adecuado. El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio durante nuestra estancia de tres noches, que no era conveniente ya que mi esposa tenía un problema en la pierna. El personal era muy amable y servicial y dispuesto a ayudar, incluso con nuestra partida en las primeras horas de la madrugada. Sin duda nos alojaremos allí de nuevo. Devamı

Me dieron la oportunidad de hospedarme en una Villa con alberca y jacuzi privado, cuando proteste que mi habitación quedaba muy lejos de la alberca general. Eso se llama buen trato al cliente.

Si tienes carro es una muy buena opcion, de otra manera se encuentra un poco lejos de los puntos atractivos de la ciudad, pero es una muy buena opcion por lo comodo de la habitacion y el precio

bastante bueno a exepcion de un problema con el calentador de agua caliente de nuestra habitacion y algunos bichos, pero bastante bueno en relacion precio-calidad
