Twins Hotel - Hanoi

Central and convenient. Value for money. Hotel is only 12 feet wide!

The staff at Twins Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful from the very moment we arrived until we left. Our room was boutique but had more than everything you could need, including one of the best stocked snacks and mini bars I have seen, all reasonably priced (v handy for a late night arrival or business traveller...lots of noodle snack pots). […] The quality and styling of the hotel throughout was lovely and modern. And breakfast was a simple and delicious choice between Asian style breakfast or eggs, toast and fruit. We were central and could walk to the old quarter or sights within five to ten minutes in either direction. I can't recommend the hotel and staff enough, on International Womens Day I was delighted to be given a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and they also organised a great but extremely well priced tour for us to Halong Bay. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to Hanoi, I will most definitely be staying with them again. Devamı

The twins hotel locates in the old district in Hanoi. It just takes 10 mins walk from hotel to puppy show or Ho chi Ming museum, one pillar etc. Though the room is small, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this good hotel to other friends.

The room was quite ok and staff was helpfull. But construction work was noisy and disturbing.

It was a really pleasant surprise staying at the Twins Hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Don't be deceived by its location and the type of hotel it looks from outside. It is wonderful - with clean comfortable sheets and clean toilets to shower in when you're done with a busy day in Hanoi. The hotel offers tour groups that you can get from […] there, which saves time going to the city centre. The service is impeccable where the receptionist was ever-willing to help in directions and getting from here to there. it takes about 8minutes to walk to the Army Museum, and about 15minutes to walk to another famous attraction -- the Hao Lo Prison. Overall, I would definitely want to come back and stay at the Twins Hotel again. Devamı

Twins Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old districts, and it is near embassies and UN which means good restaurants and coffee. The hotel is small, friendly and very new and smart. Other hotels in the same league can be a real hustle- this was just nice. The rooms were a little small.

Hotel con servizio da parte del personale ottimo; ho riscontrato nella camera che avevo prenotato con mia moglie che la finestra dava su di uno spiazzo chiuso dal muro a distanza di circa un metro, e finiva nel ripostiglio dei rifiuti; la luce filtrava dall tetto dall'ottavo piano; la doccia non funzionava e dopo ua ispezione da parte del personale […] mi è stato detto che la riparazione avveniva il giorno dopo; il giorno successivo ho cambiato camera, ( più piccola ) con finestra sul panorama della strada; unico difetto il ristagno di cattivi odori che provenivano dagli scarichi e che la ventola di aspirazione riusciva a malapena ad eliminare; al pagamento del soggiorno ho dovuto pagare il prezzo della camera grande iniziale sulla camera piccola; comunque ottimo servizio, cordialità del personale e pulizia; il peccato sono le camere che hanno le finestre che danno sul muro. Hvis man kan undvære et vindue på værelset og kan leve med at der er et stort vindue mellem soveværelset og badeværelset, kan dette hotel varmt anbefales.

Godt og billig hotell. Hyggelig personale og god frokost. Rommet var rent og helt greit. Veldig sentral beliggenhet like ved gamlebyen. Eneste negative var den intense trafikkstøyen hele døgnet.

El personal de este hotel es muy muy amable. El desayuno es muy bueno, pense encontrarme el tipico buffet y no, nos dieron fruta fresca, pan tostado y mermelada, un omelette recien hecho y jugo de fruta fresca. El cuarto es limpio y comodo. Siempre leo comentarios de otros huéspedes y me sorprendí al hospedarme y ver el baño! No se como nadie había […] comentado al respecto cuando realice la reservación. El baño es totalmente visible, junto a la cama, es un vidrio transparente y se ve tanto la regadera, como el inodoro y el lava manos. Sin embargo afortunadamente hay una cortinita que no permite ver bien a quien esta dentro. Pero es un tanto incomoda y cuando me hospede ahí con mis amigas,nos bañamos con la luz apagada y la cortina abajo. Sin embargo si es soportable, es unhotel muy limpio, cómodo, y el personal es muy amable. Devamı

なぜか部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。 ベトナムらしくうるさいのはしょうがないかな？ ホー・チ・ミン廟、ホアロー収容所も近くホアンキエム湖や旧市街も徒歩圏内です。 タクシー運転手と空港までの運賃の話をつけてくれたり、水上人形劇の切符の手配、夕方まで荷物を預かってくれたり、大変満足しました。
