Richmond Guest House - Wellington

I realy enjoyed my stay here, the man in charge went above and beyond to help me , so courteous, and the hotel was so clean an comfortable , thank you i will return

I stayed one night on a business trip and did not get to explore much. But the hotel and its rooms are very nice. Awesomely refurbished and very clean. Free wifi a definite bonus. Great value overall.

This B&B is really great because it is within blocks of the major sites in the middle of Wellington. I did not need to use my car to get to anything and had free parking at the B&B. The proprietor is very nice and has a lot of interesting stories from his long life. This is an easy place to get information and make connections. I will be back.

this is a great hotel with a really good location for downtown Wellington,For the price i couldnt ;have asked for more .staff were very courteous and helpful.comfy rooms and good breakfast. What a find'

Great inexpensive place,excellent bed, excellent service,free breakfast, free wifi

The guest house keeper is a little bit nervous about all things in his guest house. The price is ok for what you get. the location is quiet, but near to the city. The breakfast is not hotel standard but enough. I would say it is more quiet than a yha but less comfortable than a hotel.

Stay was very comfortable. The host was very good, though appears a bit too strict :) A couple of annoyance : 1. You get free wireless. But it has 50MB limit after which you need to get another coupon. However, the host gives it free. But can be nuisance when you are in the middle of a skype call or something 2. Rooms have separate hot and cold water […] taps. No mixer. 3. I thought the rooms have their own kitchenette. But it's a common kitchen near the breakfast area. Can be a bit of inconvenience. 4. Breakfast is same menu everyday - Muesli, bread butter jam, Wheatabix and juice. But I enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, a value for money I feel. Devamı

very interesting owner. puts on a gruff front but is a very interseting person who has endured some hardships in life. We would stay at the Richmond Guest house again if we ever go to Wellington again.

Il ne faut pas avoir peur du gérant, il est très sympathique et j'ai regretté de ne pas mieux comprendre l'anglais pour saisir tout ce qu'il avait envie de me raconter... Autrement, pour info car je m'étais posé la question avant de venir, le wifi est un hotspot payant du type 10 Mo = 1$ comme il en existe beaucoup en Nouvelle-Zélande.
