It was fine. But clouded by the weather...not hotel's fault

Will not stay at this hotel again took way too long to check in a lot of construction noise next to room and felt hotel staff were not friendly at all. Was not worth the value of room rate even though location to beach was close would next time pay the extra dollars and stay at hotel on Ocean Drive

only stayed for 24 hours but couldnt fault it for the familly stay

Great location. Very close to beach. Quiet place, couldn't hear guests in other rooms. I have stayed in other places around Miami Beach and this is definitely the quietest. Clean room. Very friendly hotel staff. No front desk but they still have a computer where we were able to print. Be advised the front office is only open from 8am to 8pm.

If it weren't for very loud air conditioning, terrible sound proofing, very small room size, lack of pool and lack of in-hotel breakfast, lack of shelves in the bathroom, this would be an amazing place. The bathrooms were very clean, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, the room had large flat TV (although without premium channels), wireless […] internet was great (as long as the router was working), and the receptionists and cleaning crew were very friendly! i would stay at this hotel again. the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see. the beds were so comfortable (or maybe we were super tired) and the room was clean. great place for the price!

a great apartment like room for this price - fantastic. The location is a few blocks away from the streetlife and the main beach front, which menas it is quiet there.

This hotel is fairly priced and a value. Nothing fancy but clean rooms, attentive staff and a great location. Highly reccomend giving it a shot.

We stayed at Hotel 18 at the end of March, the hotel is very close to beach and all the main shops. The room was very clean, comfortable and stylish and we were made very welcome by all members of staff. We will definitely be booking this hotel in the future! Thanks to all at Hotel 18 for a very relaxing holiday!

Hotel 18 is located just blocks and easy walking distance from the Convention Center and Miami beach. Is a perfect location for anyone who is wanting to do both in the same stay. Hotel stay was great and the staff was perfect. Would def recommend to anyone wanting to visit the beach but don't want to pay the expensive rates the beach front hotels charge. […] Hotel 18 is an easy 8 minute walk to nearest beach. Devamı

Cute hotel, clean, kitchen in room, amazing location, front desk was very helpful. Plan on staying there the next time we stay in Miami.

I did an art fair at the Miami Beach Convention Center, and Hotel 18 was a block away. Saved a bunch of money by not having to take cabs. Very convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach. I will certainly stay there the next time I'm in Miami Beach!

We felt so comfortable and welcome at Hotel18. The Owners are so pleasant and we enjoyed our stay there so much we can't wait to go back and stay again!!! Very clean and neat place.

What a wonderful surprise! Last year we stayed at the Congress hotel on Ocean for the 13.1 Miami Beach event. No sleep for all the noise, filthy room, expensive valet parking, etc, etc... Booking the Hotel 18 we expected maybe a little quieter being further away from the main drag, but did not expect the glorious quiet, the very clean and fresh smelling […] room, the courteous, professional staff and the comparatively inexpensive convenient self parking!! So close to Lincoln that we had enormous fun people watching and shopping! I almost wanted to hold back this review so as not to give away my gold strike! I only hope the rates don't go up or the standards drop so we can return every year!! Devamı

The room from a furniture standpoint was comfortable but it ended there. I was given a corner room on the first floor but I don't think that really mattered. The windows and walls on this place are the thinnest ever. Hotel 18 is superbly located half a block from Collins St and the airport bus stop and 3 min walk from Washington St and Lincoln Rd so it's right in the heart of all the action in South Beach. Also it's a block and a half away from the beach. The hotel provides short and long term stays. Our room was in a corner and it was huge. It had a kitchen fully […] equipped with stove, microwave, dishes, pots, etc., a small dining table and a small fridge. There was plenty of storage space for clothes, the bed was comfortable. There is AC. The bathroom has a tub; toiletries and hair dryer are provided as well. The big windows have white panels beneath the curtains which is really helpful to keep a lot of light from entering the room in the mornings and helps keep the room cooler. Everything was very clean. Wi fi is included also. My only complaint and it's not really about the hotel but about the noise in the street which kept waking us up during the night. I guess that's what you get for the excellent location. It doesn't have a pool if that interests you, for us it wasn't important. In summary, great price, very clean and excellent location, what more could you ask? Devamı

We only stayed for 1 night but it was such a great little place! The rooms must be recently renovated because everything looked very new. The room was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. We were able to check in early which was nice as well. It was located just 2 blocks from the beach and Lincoln Rd-so it was easy to walk anywhere. The walls was to thin I could hear talking from the bedroom from the people next to us. It was not told to us due to prior reservations that we needed to book parking as well and there was alot of construction going. This is one place I will never stay again

Hotel18 is very well located - a 2-block walk to the beach, being just off Collins Ave, and 2 blocks from Lincoln Road's shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, with a nice courtyard. Parking is not included but they do have a limited number of spots available, for a daily fee, though the parking spots were already booked at the […] time of my stay. The hotel is a quant place, and is in a good location for sight seeing & long walks. The people at the front dest were very pleasant. The room itself is small and works fine for 2 people, but our main complaint was that the window had a large air conditioner in it and if you wanted to keep the room cool, you had to leave it on, which meant you had cold […] air blowing on you all night. Other wise, the court yard is beautiful and it was lovely sitting outside, just steps from our room. Not sure I would stay there again, but only due to the A/C situation. Devamı

It was my first time in Miami and the customer service that I received it was awful. Never in my life have I had my car towed away and this happened in this shit hotel, it was a horrible experience I went and ask the lady from the desk and she pretend she didnt know, she didnt even try to help and just told me to ring a number that was on the wall where […] the parking spot was, I remembered clearly when I asked for parking she said they have no parking and I asked her If I could park somewhere coz I need to take my luggage out of the car and she said that I could park in her parking for a while, so I did but I was doing something and forgot to move the car, and I think it was 30 minutes or less and when I went to move the car, the car wasnt there!!!!! and that lady was just trying to hide something and I was right coz it was actually her who rang to get my car towed away, I had to look for my car and paid $350 .... HORRIBLE I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. Devamı

It's a stylish studio apartment kind of hotel. There are stoves, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. Room is on the smaller end but okay for 2 people. Location is great, very close to the beach. Parking is extra $20 per night. First come first serve though. Overall, I am satisfied with the place.

Best value in great location, helpful family-owned studios. Would be good for several nights because of well equipped kitchen if you want to make breakfasts...etc. Shop for food beforehand. We were able to park there for $20/day which would be good if you wanted to use your vehicle to drive around....must call to reserve. We arrived a little late and had to call them on the phone to get someone to let us in. Hotel location is perfect and price was very good for Miami Beech.

This hotel is very nice only problem that I had is the check time is at 3 pm very later but it was close to the beach an club

NICE!!!! The only thing is that we got a room on the grand floor, a bite dark in the room w/out the sunlight. So just ask for a room on higher floor. Everything nearby, 5min to the buss, where the Airport bus passes by also.

I booked this hotel because it was one of the few that still had vacancy and offered an affordable rate during the December high season. The staff was super friendly, helpful and resourceful. I asked for an early check-in and my room was ready when I got there from the airport at no additional cost. The place is a typical 2-story building of the art […] deco district and it is in great shape. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was very convenient. Right in the heart of Miami Beach, it's very close to the beach, Lincoln Road and a 24-h CVS. I would totally go back! Devamı

Great location... Close to Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach Convention Center, and close enough to South Beach. Parking is a bit of a challenge

I recently stayed at hotel18 for only one night but I found it to be very cozy and clean. Finding parking wasn't that easy but then again that's what you expect in Miami. For the price, the location was amazing, close to Lincoln road mall, just perfect.

The hotel has no elevator, you have to hold the stroller up and down the stairs, there is no front desk, you check in at a tiny little office, there is nobody to assist you after 8pm, no telephone in the room, the bathroom is very small and the hotel is not a safe place or family friendly and the manager is never there. Never again!

This is a very bare bones hotel. There was not even a phone in the room. The hotel was clean and the people were friendly. Do not expect anything more than simply a place to sleep. The AC in the room was noisy. The hotel is located very close to the convention center and is walking distance to ocean drive. In all fairness, you get what you pay for. […] The price per night was very inexpensive. If you are used to staying in a 4 or 5 star hotel, this is not it. Værelset er rimelig standard, men det sagt er det en rigtig god beliggenhed til pengene. To blokke fra stranden og to blokke fra Lincoln road. Personalet var flinke og hjælpsomme, men ikke sprudlende af information om området. Vi var godt tilfredse.

Trevligt mellanklass hotel. Lungt läge på en tvärgata. Dåligt med parkering, ingen frukost. Kändes tryggt med kamera övervakningen. Bra med kodlås till dörrar och grind, behövdes inga nycklar. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

Der Aufenthalt war nicht schlecht. Jedoch kann man das nur sagen, da es weitaus teurere Hotels gibt. Es ist nicht gerade ein Nobelhotel. Wenn man betrachtet, dass es doppelt so teuer war wie unsere anderen Hotels unserer Florida-Rundreise, muss man sagen es war eine Absteige. Aber es ist halt Miami Beach. Busverbindung nach Miami Downtown ist klasse. […] Und in 5-10min ist man zum Strand gelaufen. Essen kann man auch sehr gut in der Nähe (Lincoln Rd oder Ocean Drive). Die Ankunft war nach 8Uhr. Wir hatten uns per Email am Tag vorher gemeldet und haben dann einen Code bekommen, der uns den Eintritt in die Anlage gewährt hat und einen in unser Zimnmer. Das war spitze. Für 2-3 Tage kann man das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Devamı

Personnel super serviable Et tres Bon point de Depart pour visited Miami beach

Prima hotel en op loopafstand van alle leuke dingen die Miami Beach te bieden heeft. Mooie kamers met alle comfort en met een hek + code afgesloten voor buitenstaanders. Parkeren moet je wel reserveren bij het hotel zelf (20 dollar per dag/nacht). Wij vonden het een goed onderkomen tegen een redelijke prijs.
