The hotel is pretty good and the service by the front desk is excellent. However the buffet breakfast quality needs to be improved. It wasn't satisfactory especially if breakfast does not come with sausages or some form of meat apart from cereal, eggs, fruits, juices and pancakes. The location is not too bad if one does not mind walking about 25 minutes […] to Dongdaemun. It's not exactly near but neither is it too far. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty much a dead town after hours. I guess its good because it means its quiet in the night when we are trying to sleep. Devamı

Good place,clean,convient,near MRT station The hotel provide nice service.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The location is good, about 10 minutes walk to subway station, in front of the hotel there's a traditional market which sell seaweed and dried seafood and ginseng very well. The hotel service is good too... Breakfast taste is average and the menu served is very simple.

I would consider this a "downtown" hotel, although Seoul is a very large city, and it's hard to tell just where downtown might be. Staff were excellent. Staff were comfortable speaking English, and generally very capable in English. The only issue we had was with the room temperature. It was 23C, which was far too warm for us. everything are good, the room was clean, the breakfast was nice, front desk are helpful with good English. However, there is no free internet in the room. Everyone were like standing in the boddy for the wifi .... looks a bit funny.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. Glad we could adjust temperature in the room as they turned heating in full blast! this hotel is good, location is good and price is good.

The staff can speak English and Mandarine, so it's easy to communicate. They're also very helpful as I have a problem for a rented phone and the staff helped me to contact the related company and fixed the replacement phone issue. The hotel staff is very kind.

The only complain is that theTV is located in the bedroom but none at the common room. Other than that, everything else is great.

This hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway station. Since we traveled with kids this time, it took about 15 mins to walk to the subway station.

Location of the hotel unknown for many taxi drivers. Street noises can be heard clearly in the room. Polite staff.

這是第二次住宿該飯店，會在選擇這間飯店的原因是房間寬敞明亮且有附自助式早餐，但是這回住宿時感覺櫃檯服務態度變差了，房間的乾淨度也下降，下回應該會考慮別間飯店!

這飯店的床和房間的空間都很大，而且床非常的好睡，也非常乾淨。

立地は東大門エリアに徒歩6〜7分程度で した。大通り沿いなので夜遅くに歩いていても 大丈夫でした。今回は、息子(2才)と母、妹と 滞在したのでダブルベッド1.シングル2の部屋 でした。部屋は広々していてウォークイン クローゼットもあるのでゆったりでしたが、 そのクローゼットの床は掃除が行き届いてなく髪の毛が数本落ちていたのは残念でした。あと、2台しか ないエレベーターもしょっちゅう止まっていてそこも不便は感じましたが、ホテルの方は皆日本語を話せて感じもとてもよかったです。東大門で夜遅くまでお買い物など楽しみたい方にはオススメです。

家族３人でトリプルの部屋を予約しました。 部屋は広く、きれいな部屋でした。バスルームにバスタブはなくシャワーだけですが、毎日チムジルバンに行っていたので使いませんでした。トイレはウォシュレット付きでした。 オンドル暖房になっていて、部屋は暖かく快適でした。でも４日目の朝はオンドルが切れていたみたいで、少し寒かったです。 冷蔵庫も大きくて、近所のコンビニで買ってきたドリンクを入れておいたりできます。 500mlのペットボトルの水を毎日ベッドメーキング後に３本入れていってくれていました。 乾燥機能付きの洗濯機もあって、便利に使えました。洗剤は日本から持って行きました。 アメニティはシャンプー、バスジェル、石鹸無料でしたが、ひげそりや歯ブラシはミニバーで有料だと聞いていて、その通り有料だ […] ったので日本から持って行きました。 朝食付きのプランだったので、毎朝バイキング形式の朝食を１Fのレストランでいただきましたが、品数もそれなりにあって、ご飯とみそ汁、韓国のりもあっておいしかったです。キムチもありました。 パンは焼き立てじゃなくて冷たかったので、オーブントースターで温めた方がいいですね。 ４日目の朝食の時にかなり混んでいて、席に案内してもらえなかったり、食べ物の補充が追いつかなかくて、なかなか食べるものが出てこなかったのは残念でした。 ホテルのはアカシアホテルの並びで、東大門につながる地下街の出口にも近くて、空港からのバス停からも近く、コンビニも近くてとても便利でした。 次回もこのホテルにしようと思います。 Devamı

仕事が終わってから金・土・日を使って2家族でソウル旅行しました。 0時頃ホテルに到着しました。夜遅かったのですがチェックインもスムースで良かったです。 ホテルの立地も良く、東大門に近くチェックイン後4時頃まで観光が楽しめ、次の日も地下鉄を使いミョンドン、アックジョン、南大門そして最後はやはり東大門とアクセス良くグルメ・観光を楽しめました。 3日目はソウルタワー・景福宮を見て仁川空港へ。13時過ぎの飛行機で成田へ。2泊3日の旅行が堪能できました。 このホテルにはファミリー向けの4人部屋があり広さ・設備はバスタブがなくシャワーだけで湯が出るまでに多少時間がかかりましたが多少我慢すれば十分です。朝食もバイキングですが品揃えは少し少な目かもしれませんが我々には十分でした。観光中に色々と食べますし。  […] 次回も使いたいホテルです。 Devamı

Ramada Hotel雖地處市中心, 離東大門不遠, 但飯店內除餐廳外, 並無提供其他相關設施, 相對來說, 住宿價格偏高, 但服務人員訓練有素, 且個個態度親切, 值得肯定

舒適又臨近東大門,凌晨逛完可步行回去,地點不錯有付早餐很很棒,整體很還不錯

フロントのサービス（女性）が第一印象から感じがよかった。当日に上階の部屋を希望したところ、快く案内してくれました。 またトラブルがあり、韓国語で対応したいことがあり、フロント（男性）に電話を代わってもらいましたが、親切に対応して下さいました。 部屋はオンドルで快適に過ごせましたし、冷蔵庫も巨大！洗濯機まで装備されていました。 ベットメーキングでしたが、キレイにはして下さったのですが、シーツなどは変えてもらえなかったようです。前日に食べたシミが残っていたので少し気になったのと、袋に入れたゴミは3日間置きっぱなしで少し残念でしたが、予約表と帰りのeチケットの控えを放置してあったものを封筒に入れて下さったので感激しました。 周りは食事をするところなど、なにもないのですが、地下鉄やリムジンバ […] スからも近いので便利でした。 Devamı

Hotel is in convenience location, close to airport shuttle bus station and tourist attractions and subway stations. Hotel room is spacious and staff is helpful.

良好親切的服務，下次還會在去

シャワーの出が悪い上に急に冷たくなったり、熱くなったりと大変でした。 部屋もベッドも広く快適でした。 ミニキッチンが隠蔽されていて使用不可でした。事前に知っておきたかったです。

주차장이 협소한것이 문제이고 대부분 서울 시내 이동에는 문제점이 없었음

我們入住Ramada Seoul Dongdaemun兩天 旅店距離東大門商圈約步行10分 整體還算不錯 但因外觀仍在裝修 早上八點多開始會有裝潢雜音 且通往房間走道有魚腥味 房間內有小廚房洗衣設備等 衛浴有乾濕分離且乾淨

都幾方便緊鄰東大門市場,地鐵站步行五到十分鐘.

It is very clean and comfortable, but the restaurant is still under the construction. So if breakfast is what you will concern, then you should think carefully before you make the reservation .
