Very happy with the Hotel and service, would hav eno hesitation recommending it to friends and would gladly stay again.

Staff at this hotel were simply amazing - loved the service especially by all the front desk staff. The rooms were stylish, modern and clean although i did think the kitchenette way too close to the bed, and the bathroom needs to be better maintained to last a long time.

Great hotel and would probably stay again, just a couple of things that could be improved - staff were very young and perhaps didn't have the authority or experience to deal with a few minor issues we had. Our room was very clean, spacious enough, great bathroom. We had no views (on side of building facing next door officeblock wall) but this didn't […] worry us. However our power switchboard in our room buzzed incessantly - 'fixed' by a maintenance guy thumping it; only to have the probelm keep reoccurring. New hotel and they have purchased the fattest pillows on the planet - after an uncomfortable sleep I asked if they had a smaller one - they said probably not, other guests had also asked (!). when they didn't get back to me, I resorted to unpicking and unstuffing the pillow myself... Smoke alarm in our room kept double shreiking intermitently for about an hour - phoned reception who asked us to check the alarm clock, and were we by the lifts etc etc - I insisted no, it was REALLY loud and IN our room. Finally I found source (smoke alarm), rang reception back and they asked if we could take the battery out ourselves. Also there was a midem problem, so no Wifi one night. All of these problems really easy to fix if you have staff experienced enough of resourced enough to deal with them. Just niggly problems, but they were frustrating. Other than that, amenities really good - great having kitchen, iron hairdryer etc and super clean with new beds etc. Decor is very odd: hotel design very modern with (intentional) exposed concrete ceilings etc (nice); but then ghastly paintings and velet chairs :-) This wouldn't put me off staying, but would prefer if staff had authority/ability to fix buzzing power box, modem, pillow probs... This is a fantastic hotel! Vey modern furniture, which is very different. I guess the only negative I have to comment is that its nice to have a balcony, but don't be surprised at the view, as there isn't any - you are looking at a wall. When we asked if there was anything at the front, the guy at the front desk said that they were all booked for the […] weekend. When we asked the second night, the lady desk clerk said that we had a studio and those ones were the studio delux - they didn't even bother to even try to upgrade us, so the service was maybe a little lacking, (as they didn't even look up from what they were doing until we said hello), but otherwise was quite good. Excellent location - right on the tram line which is wonderfully efficient in Melbourne. New building well appointed.

The hotel is relevantly new so the room was very brand new and the ceiling looked like it was unfinished. Very modern and pretty apartment with very useful cooking utensils in the kitchen area. The service was lovely. The location was great as it was very close to the Melbourne CBD. Highly recommended because it is modern, clean and convenient

Apartment was new, roomy and very comfortable. There was a variety of food outlets within a few minutes walk. I kept going back to the same one across the road because their food was excellent (Italian) Pizza and their breakfast menu and coffee was very good. The Alfred Hospital is a short walk also. I will stay there again .

Very happy, stayed in a standard room, furnishings were great, flat screen tv, very comfortable bed/pillows. Added plus was the outside balcony. Staff were obliging of my request for extra tea, housekeeping came with it within 5 mins of my asking. Only downside was no bath, but otherwise was a fantastic hotel.

Très bien , un peu loin du centre ville mais très confortable, très bon petit déjeuner qui était inclus avec hôtel.com et wifi gratuit

Das Hotel liegt sehr guenstig zwischen Zentrum und St. Kilda, mit Tram gut zu erreichen. Alles ist noch ganz neu, sehr funktional, modern gemacht. Sehr sauber. Einzig das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise etwas unprofessionell und lustlos, es muss sich vielleicht noch einspielen. Wir koennen das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen!
