Eloquence on the Bay - North Bay Village

The room was beautiful and the beds so comfy. I myself like more of a homely stay with 3 kids, great if with friends. Every room had a balcony which was great too but on the 7th floor scary with 3 kids 10 and under. This place is great but not family friendly.

Condo has everything you need, fully supplied kitchen, washer and dryer.

Three bedroom suite was fantastic for my family of five. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Views and ambiance stunning. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court, free covered garage parking -- great amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Gets my top reccommendation

We arrived early to go to a important function and I missunderstood the check-in time. The staff not only was willing to accomodate my needs but upgraded me to a two bedroom because of the misunderstanding. The hotel was more like a condo...very spacious and very modern. We couldnt have asked to stay at a better place. It is a about a 40 minute drive […] to southbeach, but well worth the drive (19 miles). We would certainly stay there again if it is available. great hotel and conventient location btw Miami and Miami Beach. SoBe is about 20 minutes away. much better value than any hotels in the area

We had an outstanding experience at Eloquence on the Bay/1 The staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms were very modern, and the views were fantastic. The only limitation is the hotel's location. We liked staying outside the city area but you definately need a car to enjoy the other areas of Miami. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the features of this new hotel/condo building. Great kitchen (although very limited cookware), great bedroom and living room with full sliders to the balcony. Great view of the Bay. It's a 20-30 minute drive to So. Beach so plan accordingly if you want to dine/party/enjoy the beach in that area. The housekeeping was spotty-- one day they didn't […] show up until I inquired at 5 pm-- but it was the holiday period. Free parking was a great feature too. Noise on the balconies does carry: We had noisy neighbors above us, partying loudly on their balcony until I yelled up to them at 1 a.m. to take the party indoors so we could sleep. Wxcellent staff, going out of their way to please. Rooms are beutiful, new, clean. Great place to relax and disconnect.

I didn't want to post a review b/c I hate that I can no longer book this place. To many others have caught on for me to stay here now. It is a really nice hotel but it does have its flaws. I was without hands towels and was clothes for 2/5 days, the surrounding area is not great and it's difficult to find an affordable place to eat nearby. The gym is […] not up to par but the rooms are top notch. If I could I'd stay there again. Ive stayed there probably 8-10 times already and look forward to my next stay. If others don't book it up! This was the perfect place for us to stay! I prefer to stay in appartments that makes me to come closer the local living. Great choice for families.

Tudo perfeito. Novo, amplo, bem localizado, todo equipado. Você não vai se arrepender!

En del renovering igang, alarmer det gik af med jævne mellemrum. Og elevatorer der ikke virkede. Men fantastiske lejligheder, med flot udsigt.

Nytt hotell åpnet november 2011. Det stod 1 rom i bestillingen. Fikk 3 store soverom, 3 bad, 3 terasser. Komplett utstyrt kjøkken. Meget bra!

Excelente alternativa. El departamento nos encantó. Todo muy limpio, moderno. Todo funciona bien. Además tiene estacionamiento gratuito, lo que es muy cómodo. Por donde está ubicado, lo ideal es tener auto. Lo recomendaría de todas maneras. Destaco además la amabilidad y excelente atención de Rafael.

Apartamentos amplos, bem decorados e extremamente confortáveis. Pessoal de recepção e camareiras prestativos. A vista dos apartamentos para a baía é deslumbrante!

Novo, elegante, amplo, local ótimo, decoração moderna, vista maravilhosa, a unica coisa ruim é ter que ir embora....

Excelente hotel. Recém-construído, oferece um apartamento completo com cozinha, dois quartos e sala, comfortável, e decoração de bom gosto. A vista é ótima, e o hotel é razoavelmente bem localizado. Limpo, só carece de restaurante.

Exelente atencion de mike y sus muchachos el lugar muy lindo volveria a ir cada ves que pueda.

Hotellet er et helt nyt lejlighedskompleks beliggende i vandkanten til det nordlige Miami i meget fredfyldt område. Lejlighederne er moderne indrettet og køkkenet er veludstyret. Eneste ulempe er afstanden til restauranter og at der må regnes med transporttid på ca. 30 minutter i bil til South Beach.
