I booked the hotel because it was close to the airport as I got to Phuket after midnight. However, the facility was too bad for the price. Our room was on the second floor, which was partly unfurnished. The room was big, with a lot of open space. Breakfast was bad as well. We arrived late at night and found I was upgraded to a villa. The room was nice, but the floor was extremly strained (possibly dirty). The next morning I was able to see the hotel in the light. It had a beautiful pool, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would stay here again It was close to the airport which was convenient for me.

Great place! We stayed there for 5 nights. Loved the pool villa - very comfortable and relaxing. Very quiet place. Nice breakfast buffet. The only cons are minor: not many TV channels, no reasonably-priced market nearby.

A little hard to find but a great hotel. We were upgraded to a better room on check-in and were very pleased with our room. The breakfast at the hotel was good but we went to the beach for all other meals. There are great restaurants and a small shopping area on the beach. Very quiet location with jungle around the hotel.

Place was very nice. Staff's english was hard to understand at times. Played the same music over and over, which sometimes got really annoying. Really easy to get to the beach and to a (very small) town with nice beach-side restaurants and touristy shops. Absolutely need to use their car service to get anywhere else besides the small town though.

The L'Esprit de Naiyang is a wonderful smaller resort, don't get me wrong. If you're looking for an isolated and quiet villa or room just off the beach with not much else to bother you, this place is paradise. I would recommend this place for couples who just want to get away from it all and get some romancing going. Now, unfortunately, if you're looking […] to explore Phuket or eat anywhere other than the resort's own restaurant, you have to pay huge taxi fees or prepare yourself for a long trek because you're in the middle of nowhere. Booked hotel as last night of vacation to be closer to the airport. Trying to find the hotel proved a challenge for the taxi driver as the street address wasnt known to him and the signage from the main road was very poor. On arrival at the hotel there was no one to meet and greet us and we had to find staff to assist. The staff were very helpful once […] we checked in and we received an upgrade to a bure type room back from the main pool. The rooms are new and very well appointed with very good use of indoor and outdoor space. Air condition units in the bedroom and lounge. The toilet, bath facilities are adjacent to the main bedroom but are not fully enclosed. To get to the main town you have to cross the small stream using a small barge which is manned by hotel staff and walk about 100 metres to the small fishing village. The village has a very low key relaxed feel to it where you could really relax by the beach and let the cares of the world pass you by. We had a meal at a cafe and enjoyed a fish thai meal with the fish fresh caught earlier in the day. Used the hotel pool which is quite unique with the rooms situated next to the pool. At night the only draw back is the mosquitoes that you have to the fend off. The hotel staff gave us no warning about the mosquitoes or insect repellant so in the morning I had a few welts on my arms. During the dry season it may be different but during the wet season be prepared to fight the mosquitoes. Devamı

Booked online when arrived midnight no room service, no bar not able to get food or drink on arrival plus no hot water in shower when using that! Breakfast was below par actually, bit disappointing. Pluses, close to airport, nice rooms, good service. Would not book again though.

My mom and I stayed in a garden cottage. When we arrived it was raining and the staff kindly helped us get through the downpour. We loved the cottage, the proximity to the beach, the pontoon boat across the river and the exquisite peaceful setting. The design is really beautiful. Taking everything into consideration, the resort has the potential for […] being 5 star, a bit rugged and luxurious at the same time. What is lacking is more organization: there need to be more hooks to hang up towels, robes and wet items, more towels available in the rooms, amenities need to be checked: we had 2 ceramic shampoo containers at the tub, conditioner was missing. There was also a wet (from the rain) towel serving as a curtain in the bathroom. These are details that need attention. The lobby was beautiful except for the clutter of extra beds which could easily be hid with a room screen. Lastly, the breakfast is only mediocre. Appears to be a shortage of staff. We arrived at 9:30 am and the fresh fruit was all gone. Would have been nice to have congee, a traditional Thai breakfast. Dinner was also mediocre although the wait staff was very good. Fortunately, we found good dining on the beach outside the resort. We made good use of the DVD collection and reading material and appreciate the availability, especially for a rainy night. We are planning to return and hope in time the glitches are worked out. I would definitely recommend the resort to friends. Devamı

A great hotel in a convenient location close to airport for a short stay. We went for walk on beach then ate in hotel and had good meal not a huge selection but common thai food that was good. Would not stay here for extended period but for up to 4 days it is perfect. Next to quiet park close to small village. Read some bad previous reviews but found […] these in our case to be wrong. The hotel is not a resort - it is outside and away from everything. When you go to town or beach, a river crossed by a small pull ferry. It is only staffed between the hours. 7 to 20 then you have to even find their way home. Taxi drivers are overpriced for the trip and it is not okay for a 4 star hotel to offer its customers this. The hotel is separated from Nai Yang Beach with a small river, during the day the hotel has a raft that carries guests to the beach, but this service is only available to 8 pm. They need to improve on keeping the pool clean and the other water around the complex clean as it was a real turn off. We asked for a late check out and was told no, but no one checked into our room as we waited until 5 pm to leave the hotel. It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful vacation for a good price. The crazier parts of Phuket are about an hour away but you are still within walking distance of plenty of good restaurants, massage parlors, shops, convenience stores, bars, etc. The beach is beautiful, relatively empty and , most importantly, very close. The hotel staff is awesome, the services is awesome, the food and drinks are awesome and cheap. We stayed there for two days as a couple (after spending 5 days at Holiday Inn Resort). Our first impression was rather negative: noice AC in the room, inability to provide us with a Q or K- bed as requested per booking and, more importantly, no beach. Yes, despite what Hotel says - they do not have beach. However, there is a public beach stripe somewhat […] 1000 f from the hotel which you may use. Of course it is not clean etc. But.... And wait, there is a good " but". The staff is friendly. The hotel has a good swiming pool. A supernice ferry-guy can cross you from the canal to the other side of the area and you may walk to some other beach areas and stay there for the whole day long for a small fee. Room cleaners are great and receptionists are supergood and helpful. They can arrange a nice massage for a nice price to your room. The food, however, is overpriced and in general we did not like it. So we always had our lunch and dinner at the near by places. So major remark: this is a 3* hotel (rather than a resort) with a great idea but poor materialisation of this idea. I have a feeling that they started with ambitious plan and ran out of money:) But I would recommend this place for those who need to spend 1-2 days out of the common popular places. Devamı

Its a very new hotel so occupancy is low even on weekends. Naiyang is pretty far from the hustle and bustle of Phuket centre so if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful time this is certainly the place to go to. The staff were very attentive and the place was generally clean.

We spent 5 nights here in late September in a Garden Villa room. The rooms are quite spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a 5 min walk from Naiyang village, although you do have to cross a small stream, but there are paddle boats and a pontoon to do that and it is no problem. Certainly for the rate we paid (special introductory […] rate) it was well worth it and a good choice. There are great restaurants and bars in Naiyang and I would recommend the very first seafood restaurant that you encounter on the left as you get to the village (can't remember the name). It has individual little huts as tables and is excellent. The hotel is only 10 mins from the airport and a cab from the airport is less than 200 baht. Only negative was the hotel would not allow outside cabs to come and pick us up to go back to the airport and insisted we use one of their cars as a cost of 400 baht. I would definitely stay here again. We had such a great experience-- they picked us up at the airport, showed us exactly how to get to the town (restaurants, beach), arranged a driver to take us to and from the ferry to go to Kho Phi Phi, and opened the kitchen early so we could eat breakfast before our flight left. Das Hotel ist ruhig und nicht direkt am Strand gelegen. Zum Strand braucht man zu Fuß ca. 3 Minuten, wobei ein hoteleigenens kostenloses Shuttle- Ruderboot benutzt werden muss (von morgens bis 22 Uhr in Betrieb). Zum nächsten Örtchen (Naiyang) dauert es zu Fuß etwa 7 Minuten und dort gibt es jede Menge Restaurants. Wir haben in einer Green Villa gewohnt […] und waren mit der Villa sehr zufrieden. Es gibt viel Platz und alles ist schön eingerichtet. Vom Schlafzimmer kommt man zum Badezimmer im Freien, leider gibt es an dieser Stelle keinen Verdunkelungsvorhang im Zimmer. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn! Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin ein sehr empfindlicher Schläfer und schon geringer Lärm weckt mich nachts auf. Leider habe ich trotz Ohropax die Klimaanlage des Zimmers gehört, vor allem das Klicken beim automatischen Ein- und Ausschalten. Wir haben die Klimaanlage komplett abgestellt, um gut schlafen zu können. Aber wie gesagt, ich bin ein sehr empfindlicher Schläfer. Das Frühstück war gut. Es gibt nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet Omelettes, westliche und asiatische Gerichte. Vom Flughafen in Phuket sind es nur wenige Km zum L'Esprit de Naiyang. Mehr als 150-200 Baht sollte eine Taxifahrt keinesfalls kosten. Ein 7-Eleven gibt es am Naiyang Beach nicht, nur auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Wer also nicht die überteuerten Beach- Preise zahlen möchte, kann auf der Taxifahrt einen kurzen Stop beim 7-Eleven machen und günstig Snacks und Getränke einkaufen. Devamı

カップルで利用しましたが、他の多くの人が家族利用でした。 写真にあるプールサイドの部屋と、受付、朝食を食べる建物の部屋（３階建て）があり、どちらかの部屋になるようです。予約の際に確認した方が良いでしょう。 私達はプールサイドではなく３階ったのですが、その分景色が良いし、カーテンをあけていても見られる心配がなく快適でした。エレベーターなどは無いのですが、荷物はスタッフがあげてくれるので問題はありません。 ナイヤンビーチへも近く、人も多くはなく、少なくもなく、すごく快適でした。一方でパトンなどの繁華街へはタクシーで１時間弱（ホテルに頼むと往復１６００バーツ、運転手は行った先でまたピックアップしてくれる）かかるので、のんびりしたいがメインの人におすすめです。ホテルからはかなり近く１５分程度（３００ […] 〜４００バーツ）です。このホテル、ナイヤンビーチそれぞれ日本人には全然会いませんでした。 Devamı

Valittiin tämä hotelli, koska lentokenttä on lähellä ja oli aikainen lento. Henkilökunta siivoojia lukuunottamatta tylyjä, ei ollenkaan Thaimaalaista Ystävällisyyttä. Aamupala vaatimaton, munakkaan paistaja plussaa. Hotellilta kulkeminen hankalaa, eivät katsoneet hyvällä, kun käytti paikallis- Taksia, kuski jättikin portin ulkopuolelle. Aurinkotuoleja […] altaalla hyvin vähän. Joinakin päivinä altaalla henkilökunta soitti musiikkia todella isolla, jos halusi lukea tai vaikka nukkua ei onnistunut kovan metelin takia. Ranta lähellä ja todella hyvä, missä myös ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Kulkeminen pienen joen yli lautalla rannalle, lautta toimi hyvin aamu 7 ja ilta 10 välillä. We just spent 1 night there to then head to phiphi island this is why we chose a hotel near the airport. The surrounding is very green but I don't think there's much to do outside the hotel and it's quite far from […] the busting patong beach area. The staff will happily help you to find taxis to drive you downtown. The swimming pool is really nice. The beach is clean but quite deserted and not as nice as on phiphi island. We just spent one night and loved it but our aim wasn't to spend time in Phuket. As we landed at night, the taxis didn't want to use their meters. Konzeptionell prima designed, in Detail und Ausführung nie komplettiert. Beispiel: die Pool-Bar braucht noch max. 2 Stunden Arbeit, um die Sicht auf den am Boden herumliegenden Kram mit einer Verblendung zu verdecken, aber niemand merkt's. Nybyggt hotel som ligger nära Nay Yang beach Rummen är fina med 2 avdelningar men toalett och badrum ligger utanför rummet men i anslutning till rummet så att en del små djur passerar rakt igenom toalettdelen. Frukosten höll tyvärr inte måttet på detta hotellet

Hadde 14 fine dager her. Hotellet har god standard, hyggelig betjening, god service og meget bra renhold. En elv måtte krysses for å komme til "byen" og stranden. Hotellet hadde en tautrukket "ferje" til å transportere gjestene over elven. Denne var annonsert tilgjengelig fra 7 am til 8 pm, men var under hele vårt opphold åpen til 11 pm.
