"Decent small resort"
This hotel has helpful, friendly staff. We arranged for ferry tickets to Phi Phi for two people including transfers and when we got to the wharf we saw that we had paid the same price for the ferry ticket on its own. There were at tines language barriers, but if the staff can't understand or get their message across they'll go and get someone else, […] rather than just shrugging it off, as some other places have done. The rooms are reasonably clean, beds are comfortable, the facilities are good. Our showerhead lit up with different colours, which was a surprise at first but made it fun. First appearances seemed ok, Room small but adequate. Room servicing definately below par, cups were just rinsed ou left with rings in them, toilet not cleaned for a couplke of days and no spare toilet rolls. Breakfast was woeful, stale cereal, cold baked beans, sausages etc with lettuce cumcumber and some sliced tomato. and hard boiled eggs. "Close to the Beach"

I was placed in a room on the first floor near the lobby, constant noise from the shower drain, no television for the first night. I had to pay triple the cost of the room to upgrade to the third floor. Good low budget value hotel, about 200 baht cab fare from Bang la road so take into consideration. The free wifi was the winner for me. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a low frills comfortable budget hotel. While on my 2 week holiday my stay at the Q7 was good . location was about 15min walk to the main shops, pubs,& restraunts in Phuke,t but only 2mins to the gorgous beach. Hotel was cleaned regularly. Vi var en hel gruppe afsted, og boede på Q7 i en uge. Hotellet har god og gratis trådløst internet, som virker over det meste af hotellet, hvilket var det bedste, som vi oplevede på vores tur rundt i Thailand. Morgenmaden er bestemt ikke prangende, men består af det mest basale. Udsigten fra toppen af hotellet kan der bestemt ikke klages over (flot […] udsigt over strand, vand og bjergeområde). Poolen er ikke verdens største, men bestemt udmærket. Vi bruge kun poolen om eftermiddagen, efter at have brugt dagen ved stranden. "O.K Hotel, but bad service!"
Me and my girlfrind was there 4 days. On Hotels and 7Q resident's homepage it says that they have a fitness center, AND THEY DON'T! Really bad and rude reception, and the staff don't speak english. We booked a king size bed room, and we get a room with twin bed, and it was not possible to get a King size bed. Really bad roomservice - we sleep in the […] same sheet's for 4 days! Hotellin sisäänkäynti on hiukan oudossa paikassa, koska sisään mennään pientä sivukujaa pitkin, eikä ensimmäistä kertaa vieraileva turisti välttämättä löydä hotellia heti ensi yrittämällä. Onneksi paikalliset osaavat neuvoa asian suhteen. Hotellihuone siivotaan joka päivä ja yleisestikin paikat […] pidetään siistinä. Henkilökunnan asenne on positiivinen ja kaikki ovat todella avuliaita. Aulasta löytyy muutama nettiin kytketty tietokone, joita voi tarvittaessa käyttää. Huoneesta löytyi kaikki, mitä tarvitsimme: wc, suihku, ilmastointi, televisio, minijääkaappi, parveke, puhelin, peili, hiustenkuivaaja, pieni kassakaappi jne. Excellent location far away from all WhiteT in Bangla with its sourrondings. 5 star food in the restaurant on the hotel roof. Lacks furniture in the pool area. Small pool with dirty water, needs reburbishment.Gerçek Hotels.com misafiri yorumu

Valido Hotel che come noi, essendo una famiglia con una figlia di 14 anni, vuole stare un po' piu' distante dal centro di Patong per una maggiore tranquillita'.
