This hotel has been refurbished to an aesthetic and high quality standard. We found it very relaxing and peaceful - especially as there weren't many staying there at the time. The spa was fantastic and so were the massages we had. The service we received was excellent. I really hope this hotel will survive as its luxury standard seems out of place in […] such a place of pilgrims where it was of course St Francis who rejected any worldly goods or luxury! I found the only downside was that there wasn't an external pool or sunloungers to relax outside. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Devamı

This hotel was an unexpected gem, a true oasis hidden away in the extremely charming and culturally rich town of Assisi. The hotel is very new and chic, and every corner is very thoughtful, from the spa underground that incorporates the ancient buildings that the hotel is built over, the the thermal path, to the lavender filled gardens. Our room was medium price room, butstill very large and clean and spread across two levels, with a table and sitting room downtstairs and the bed and bath upstairs. The bed was very comfortable. On the way out our car actually had issues when we were leaving and at one time six of the staff members (which is basically the entire staff including the handyman and porter) were all scrambling to find ways to help us all while smiling. From a cultural standpoint the hotel is on the far side of town from the basilica, which is actually a relief since it is quiet and away from all the tourists, the walk throug the medieval streets is also extremely romantic, though quite hilly. I took my older parents. Hotel is comfortable. Dining in the restaurant is great. Continental breakfast had everything from fresh croissant, ham, cheese, fruit, fresh coffee or latte upon order. I think Primi ranged from 14-18, Secondi ranged from 20-30 euro. Pasta with salted Cod is wonderful. Homemade pasta with tomato sauce is good too. Grilled lamb […] is great. Steak is great too. This is more of a fine dining experience and if one wants more rural Italian experience, one should eat out. Staff are nice, and the Spa is even better than the pictures on their website. Massages are great from Thai, antistress, to Facial. Be aware though if you choose to do the facial, there is no barrier for the eyes and cream will be placed all over the face. Dominique is a great masseuse for Thai massage. There was a conflict between the spa service requested ( I have clearly pointed to which kind on the menu to receive ) and the actual treatment given( which was more expensive), and the spa front desk clerk was not admitting that it was her fault, but the hotel front desk adjusted the price. Ottima posizione vicino centro storico. Bellissima location in monastero ristrutturato con criteri che coniugano antico e moderno. Premurosa accoglienza, suite confortevole su due livelli. Spa veramente bella e con tutti i servizi. Personale spa qualificato. Abbiamo passato due giorni meravigliosi. Consigliatissimo!!!! Dit hotel is gevestigd in een klooster dat smaakvol werd getransformeerd naar een modern , design hotel voor de veeleisende reiziger.Het is op wandelafstand van het centrum van assisi. Het hotel beschikt over een eigen te betalen perfecte garage, als alternatief kun je met je wagen ook terecht in de ondergrondse parkeergarage van het plein waar het […] hotel gelegen is, waarschijnlijk is een dagticket dan goedkoper dan de 25 euro per dag die het hotel aanrekent. Wij verbleven in een "niet-standaard" kamer met een zitkamer beneden en boven een slaapgedeelte met kleine badkamer. De AC werkte perfect bij de hoge buiten temperaturen. Het bed- en badlinnen was van hoogwaardige kwaliteit en de handdoeken werden meermaals per dag vervangen en aangevuld. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en doet alles om de klant te behagen. Het zwem- en sauna center is mooi, proper en aangenaam. Het ontbijtbuffet is met verse produkten en ruim voldoende . Devamı

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni molto piacevoli in questo ambiente design dall'arredamento molto curato ed elegante (lenzuola di lino cambiate tutti i giorni), vicino a tutti i monumenti ma lontano dal flusso dei pellegrini, con un ottimo ristorante e una spa ricavata da un bagno romano.
