W14 Hotel - Londra

Rude and unhelpful staff. Most showers did not have hot water and lots were broken. Food is disgusting if you do eventually get served in the "cafe and bar". Wifi doesn't work in the rooms at all and has horrible reception in the common areas but if you pay the 1 pound to use the computer for 30 mins you will find that most websites are blocked for […] various reasons (we tried to book tickets for a tour and couldn't access the site because it "contained advertisements". The hostel has no atmosphere and in the common rooms the TV's are all set on the cricket, the remote is behind the bar and the staff are all hanging about watching the TV. Only good things I have to say is that the room was clean and comfortable and the hostel was a short walk to 2 tube stations. A VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY! Devamı

Great hotel, good price, good location It is the perfect hotel for a short stay. You have two tube stations at 5 min walk, a Sainsbury is near the hotel 2 min walk and you have 2 night bus stations to come back from oxford street and camden town.

Very handy location near tube station not too far from the city centrum. Nice stuff, clean and comfortable beds, ok bathrooms and breakfast. Very reasonable price.

Reception staff - no greeting, no manners, no enthusiasm. Given room key and practically ignored. Room- given a larger room than what we paid for. With 4 beds as opposed to one. Cleanliness was good. Tv mounted on a wall quite high, with no decent viewing from anywhere in the room. The main bed, the double had the tv on the wall behind it, and the other […] singles were facing a completely different direction so no viewing from there either. Not normally a problem on a holiday, however this was a stopping off point to airport after 6 hours travel from the north and ideally wanted to chill out and watch tv before a 9 hour flight the following day. Arrived later in evening and had to hear the tv rather than see it which meant we didn't really settle in well. Had to pay a £5 deposit for the remote as couldn't operate by hand. Other- Initially very cold but heating comes on and warms quickly. Unfamiliar with area and due to convenience because of time a tiredness tried to eat from the hotel. No one manning the bar or the ordering area. Sign says to walk to reception so same unfriendly reception man can come and operate the bar and take food order. Took a long time to establish this and for someone to come and so gave up and went for a walk to see elsewhere. Wifi didnt work at all anywhere. Location- 15 min walk to easy bus pick up point which we really appreciated with our cases. Very close to kensington and so area was nice. Also found out from our food excursion that there are many nice places to eat and a good choice from the street nearby. Turning right out the hotel leads you to a long street with a lot on it. Overall- wasn't the worst place iv been in but I didn't settle as I didn't feel particularly welcome nor was I able to relax as I had to go out for food and also had limited entertainment in room. Charge you extra money when you get there and put others in your room, don't go there! Pipes hanging out of walls, cold showers, nasty experience! Wouldn't of stayed there for free! Find somewhere else!

Cheap, nice, friendly atmosphere and a lovely bar/garden area that I'm sure would be great in summer. Bar prices were reasonable; very close to the District Line tube station. Very nice continental breakfast and dining area. All in all GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!

For the price I paid, this hostel was outstanding!

Not a nice place to stay or eat, food was very sub standard and the so called restaurant is really the hotel manager and a microwave, the dorms are mixed and very limited space, with new guests booking in all hours of the night, I booked for 4 nights and left after 2 nights, one spent on the couch in the living area. The toilet and shower area's where […] not washed for the 2 days I was there, ladies used sanitry towels where left in an open bin in plain view in shower area. All in all 1 of Londons worse doss houses for the homeless and traveling sight seerer, stay only if your desperate be warned. Devamı

This hotel is filthy. The building smelled awful and the bathrooms were disgusting. This is not a hotel - it's a hostel. If you're 20 years old and looking for a place to party then this is okay. If you're 25 or older, look elsewhere. Seriously, this place is disgusting.

Helt fair til prisen og hvis man lige skal et smut til London. Hotellet ligger godt placeret i et roligt område lidt uden for centrum.

bra läge ca 150m från tunnelbanan. Fina rum, bra för korta vistelser. Frukost består av flingor + toast - hade gärna fått mer men för det priset vi fick får man kompromissa lite. Fräscha rum, bra service, bra läge som sagt och wifi i alla gemensamma utrymmen. kan inte klaga på något alls, bra ställe att bo på i några dagar. detta eftersom duch och toalett […] är delade. Det burde klart fremgå, at man ikke har værelserne alene, men skal dele et' værelse med fremmede mennesker. Meget dårligt udvalg med morgenmad, samt dårlig service til morgenmad.

Helt ok hostel. Rent og ryddig, servicen er nær ikke eksisterende men det er litt som forventet, og opplevde ikke noe negativt. Ikke noe støy eller bråk opplevd. Vi var fire stykker på et firemannsrom med fellesdo og -dusj og de var rene og pene hele tiden, om enn noe manko på ordentlig varmt vann. Gratis wi-fi i baren/loungen som funka bra. Like ved […] tube og masse småbutikker og offlicences (og en flott pub) like ved, i et rolig nabolag. Skal man først spare noen kroner og bo på hostel anbefales w14 på det varmeste. Devamı

Das W14 hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Preisleistungsangebot war OK. Die ruhige Lage in einem beschaulichen Vorortquartier und die gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn haben wir sehr geschätzt. Abstriche mussten wir beim Bad und beim Frühstück machen. Der Service war jederzeit gut.

Mauvaise qualité du lit mais après bon rapport qualité/prix! Je le conseille à des jeunes venant passer que quelques jours! Le métro est tout proche mais peu de restaurants aux alentours!

Ikke meget andet end et, bb men personalets venlighed, og placeringen af hotellet, ophøjede dette. god bar, til drikkelse, at kalde det en restaurant, er ikke reelt. alt i alt, rimeligt til prisen..

Un hotel propre et plutot comfortable. Le personal etait assez attentif et c'etait agreable d'avoir wifi gratuit. Cependant, le petit dejeuner etait nul-ce n'etait pas du tout le petit-dejeuner continental promis. Par ailleurs, il aurait été agréable d'avoir des toilettes dans les chambres. Hotellets komfort var meget ringe. Dårlige senge, kun ét sengebord, betale depositum for at få en remoute control til tv, efter første dag ingen håndsæbe, ikke tilstrækkelige håndklæder, utrolig larm om aftenen/natten, brandalarm gik igang 3 gange midt om natten, meget lydt/kunne høre naboen tydeligt, vidste ingenting om transport til/fra London og […] gad ikke undersøge dette, vidste ikke noget om bus-/togkort for turister, morgenmad meget sparsom og dårlig kvalitet, m.m.m. atencion amable e informativa del personal, barrio tranquilo en buena ubicación, ambiente familiar y de jóvenes, muy agradable. Buen desayuno.

Das Bad ist Schimmlig... Das Bett mehr als Mangelhaft Frühstücken haben wir uns auch gleich gesparrt! Eher ein Hostel! Ansonst leute nett W-lan, Bar und Garten voll Ok!

Hotellet var MEGET beskidt, ingen sæbe på toilet, morgenmaden blev serveret under forhold som ville være lukket hvis det var i Danmark, lovet spa i haven ude af drift hele ugen, trådløst internet var MEGET ringe og kunne kun svagt bruges ved hotellets indgang, når vi nævnte de ovenstående ting for personalet fik vi afvide at vi kunne bare rejse hvis […] vi var utilfredse (vi havde betalt for hele ugen og kunne ikke få pengene igen) vi har aldrig været udsat for noget ligende og ønsker aldrig at benytte hotellet igen....undre mig meget at hotellet anbefales af Hotel.com.... 外観がとてもステキで嬉しくなります。 古い建物でエレベーターがないので上の階は少し荷物を運ぶのが大変かもしれません。が、きれいに改装してあり清潔です。 インド人の経営ですがもちろん英語は申し分ありません。 値段に対してとてもクオリティが高いホテルでした。
