I imagine there's different Rooms however this is the review of mine. Rented for three night. Stayed 1. Room was LITERALLY all white. Felt like we were in a Hospital Ward. Furniture was Modern and very nice, but was as uncomfortable as furniture can be. Only 1 TV in the Living Room, so you can't even watch TV from the Bed. Had Tile and Rug in the […] different rooms. However there was a change in elevation from the Rug and Tile so everyone in our Party stubbed their toes. The Room Blackout Shade didn't work at all. I could literally read a book with all the lights off with the amount of light that was able to still come in. Room considering it was ALL white, you could see scuff marks everywhere. There is NO Room Service. The Management Company DOES NOT have on-site if you need anything right away. Had been wanting to stay at this New Building since it was built. Iwas expecting a Hotel attention , but it is a condominium with two counters and nobody new I was arriving , besides the room had only one bed and they drop me an inflated bed on the second day , and cable TV with bad reception , you need more supervision.

Icon Brickell Residences is a modern and luxurious condo building in the heart of Miami downton with great views and an amazing swimming pool. It is not a hotel, so daily cleaning and other services were not included, but you can request them and pay for them separately. I expected a hotel suite, but we got a 1 bedroom apartment that had every amenity […] a modern apartment should have. The staff and valet were extremely professional and firendly. Short drive to the beach and other points of interest in Miami. Icon Brickell deffinitely exceeded my expectations and I will recommend 100%. The Icon Brickell is fantastic, and connection to the Viceroy is wonderful, but Elite City Stays struggled as a manager. They were completely unable to produce more than one key, and basic needs were not provided (no towel rack, toilet paper rolls just set on back of toilet but no dispenser on wall, sofa bed but no sheets or blankets to enable its use, […] etc., etc.) With even a little attention to detail (or responsiveness) it would have been a phenomenal hotel stay and I would gladly return if they fixed these issues. Apesar de bem localizado, o hotel funciona como apartamento e por isso não possui serviços característicos de um hotel, nem mesmo a limpeza dos quartos é feita diariamente, além de não possuir estacionamento, obrigando o pagamento de valet.

Ett mycket fint hotell med bra läge i downtown. Vi hade en superior svit på 47 våningen som var helt underbar. Det ända som inte var så bra va sängen vilket vi båda inte alls tyckte var skön. Ingen städning ingår det får man göra själv eller betala för. mycket fint pol område.

Mon épouse et moi même nous faisions un plaisir de tester cet endroit décrit comme exceptionnel par beaucoup de personnes mais nous avons déchanté de suite au checking car hormis le fait que cet residence Hotelière à l'intérieur du complexe Icon at Brickell (gigantissimes) soit signé Strack, il n'y a absolument aucun interêt à y aller, excessivement […] bruyant, trés mal isolé, pas de ménage, parking inexistant hormis le racket habituel des valets à $40 (je confirme bien Racket car même le manager de la résidence n'as eu aucun pouvoir sur eux et on nous a imposé un rate à $50 parce que Thanks Giving week ! celle la on ne me l'avait jamais faite!) et encore si vous ne bouger pas de la résidence sinon c'est la cata assuré car vous étes facturé à chaque entrée / Sortie du véhicule. Manque total de management et surtout zéro service. Je précise que mes remarques sont basées sur plus de 30 ans de séjours réguliers sur Miami et que j'y suis, comme beaucoup de Français maintenant, propriétaire. Une fois visité la déco Starck et à part être un Banquier d'affaire pour une banque d'Amérique du Sud, Brickell ne présente absolument aucun intérêt, vous étes dans l'hotel considéré comme un Buck sur pieds, point Barre. A éviter si on ne veut pas repartir avec une idée de Miami totalement fausse et en décalage avec la réalité. Devamı

Tomen en cuenta que no es un hotel, por lo tanto no ofrece todo los servicios, es mas bien una residencia, no tiene incluido la limpieza de la habitacion ni el estacionamiento, por lo demas para pocos dias es una buena opcion.

el lugar es realmente lindo, aunque tuve el inconveniente que la tina estaba dañada y nadie llego a arreglarla y ademas ese sistema que tienen del parqueadero no me parece bien ya que ellos te cobran 16 doalres por 24 hporas pero si lo sacas aunque sea 1 min y vuelves a ingresar te cobran $7 doalres la hora

Desorganizacion en la recepcion, no existe recepcion como tal, La habitacion fue reservada para tres personas y solamente teniamos una cama matrimonial, ya que existe un sofa cama el cual no tenia sabanas y se notifico y no hubo respuesta rapida ni solucion. Se realizo limpieza un solo dia. EL HOTEL ES RECOMENDABLE PERO DEBEN ORGANIZAR EL SERVICIO DEL […] MISMO. Devamı
