Scandic Grand Central - Stockholm

Upon arriving late for checkin our booked room was not available. We were given a smaller room but upgraded to much bigger room than booked the following day. Staff was very helpful with all our concerns. Breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and walking distance to major tourist sights and shopping. Very much enjoyed our stay!

I came to Stockholm one day early for a meeting and spent a Saturday night at the hotel. I was sick so I decided to actually stay in the hotel all day. I travel a lot with work and come to Stockholm often so don't feel sorry for me. I needed a nice relaxed evening and that's exactly what I got. The room was fairly small (I chose the smallest cheapest […] one so no surprise there) but it had everything I wanted and it was clean and easy. I had had the breakfast here before even though I didn't stay here that time and it was just as good as ever. Great assortment. What I particularly liked as it was both over a Saturday night and a Sunday night was that they had Viasat Sports which meant I could watch Premier League football. This is not the case with all the hotels I stay in. It was a clean, easy, hotel with friendly staff and very central. Would definitely stay here again. Devamı

High Design public spaces seem to be the new it hang out place for high end locals. Great Brunch Conveniently located next to central station Room was small (as promised) but have thoughtful cozy features including private terrace, compact warm bathroom and modern high wainscoting.

Great design and interior. Cool vibe and excellent breakfast buffet!! exquisite!!! However, unfortunaterly the service was not equivalent to the appearance. First of all, upon my arrival, the room was so cold. is that scandinavian thing to keep indoor cooler than the US? no I have been many scandinavian countries at this time. I asked to check my […] heater right after I checked in. when I come back during the day time it wasn't warm at all so I mentioned it again. when I get back late it wasn't warm but I was too tired. but the room was still cold. The next morning, my throat hurt after sleeping in the cold air. I told them the room was still cold and I want to change the room. Then they told me actually entire 3rd fl heating system was down and just fixed...??? but they were happy to change my room to another room on the 3rd floor which doesn't really make sense to me.?? I asked them to change the room on another floor. Then finally I was able to sleep with comfortable air temperature. Secondly, I had to send some DHL packages from the hotel. I travel all the time for work and I always send stuff back. So I asked for DHL boxes when I checked in. I asks them again on the 2nd day morning. I had to explain the entire story again. the 2nd day night I just wanted to check if I already received the boxes. The boxes weren't there and the gentlemen at the reception had no idea about my request. He was nice enough to check with DHL again, but they were not able to deliver the boxes before I check out the following day. I wasn't feeling pleasant since I had to requested the same thing three times, at the end I wasn't able to send pkgs. When I was checking out, I asked to talk to a manager not to complain but just to let them know my experience. The manager told me the the concierge is out sick for the week. But that is not a good excuse. They should have more than one concierge and it should run smoothly without anyone's absence. Maybe you can say I was just not lucky this Devamı

Fick ett väldigt litet rum i markhöjd, var lite orolig att det skulle låta mycket utifrån, men det var väl ljudisolerat. Skön säng, rent och fräscht. Det kändes som en labyrint varenda gång man skulle ta sig till och från rummet, men mitt lokalsinne är å andra sidan inte det bästa. Ta med eget skohorn - det saknas!

Mycket trevlig vistelse i 4 dagar, där det var en skön upplevelse, oavsett om man stannade på rummet eller tog sig ner i lobbyn eller ut på stan. Nytt, fräscht och snyggt. Gillar skarpt läget och möjlighet till att bara hänga nere i lobbyns olika delar med pub, lounge och matsal. Jag kommer tillbaka!

Spenderade natten till min killes 30-årsdag där i Mars som överraskning och vi är supernöjda! Fint rum, cool bar, entre med new york-vibe och den bästa hotellfrukosten vi ätit! Supercentralt med supertrevlig personal som hjälpte till med detaljer somchampagneglas och vas till rosor etc. Tack, vi återkommer!

Miniavstånd till Cityterminalen, ca 1 minut.. Rent. Fräscht. Billigt. Super! Kommer att bo här igen!

Veldig fint hotell med topp standard og beliggenhet.Det eneste som var litt sjenerende var baderommet som hadde store glipper både under og ved siden av døren. Som oppleves litt sjenerende når man bor med en kollega.

Hotellobyn var en stor arbetsplats. Folk satt och halvlåg i sofforna med sina datorer.Försökte finna en plats att sätta mig medan min man leta efter en parkering...men det var helt lönlöst. Ingen torka rent i lobbyn efter allt `"sörja" som man bar in utifrån.Intrycket man fick av hotellet var verkligen inte positivt. Baren hade alldeles för hög ljudnivå, […] vände sig absolut inte till sina hotellgäster. Försökte finna lite ro för ett glas vin med kunder men vi gick därifrån. Devamı

Scandic Grand Central i stort sätt ett bra Hotel. Rummen mycket små, men med en mycket bra standard. Ett stort minus var restaurangen med en ej servicevänlig personal framför allt på chefsnivå.

jag bodde två nätter på hotellet. Jag hade ett singelrum, som kanske var i minsta laget, men hotellet i övrigt uppvägde det. Härlig atmosfär och mycket bra läge. Jag kommer att boka det varje gång jag kommer till Stockholm.

Livlig, hyggelig hotell med meget bra frokost. Størrelsen på hotelrommet trekker ned.

Premier voyage en Suède et quelle surprise ! Le scandic Grand Central est situé tout prêt de la gare routière très pratique pour les navettes aéroports !

Super (nyt) hotel. Morgenmaden var helt i top, dog virkede det som om det kom bag på personalet, som slet ikke kunne følge med. Derfor blev det meste af vores morgenmadstid benyttet til at vente i kø.... Vi fik fantastisk hjælp fra Mathilda (consierge), samt anbefaling af restaurant - rigtig god service!

Nytt och fräscht men rummet var inte riktigt färdigmonterat... Lampor, spotlights etc. hängde lite ledset. Väggmonterad TV som inte gick att vrida så att den kunde ses från någon sitt/liggplats i (enkel-) rummet. Mindre trevlig receptionspersonal.

Toppenläge! Nära till allt....Shopping, uteliv, centralstationen. Full fart i hotellbaren där fler behövt jobba just denna kväll för att hinna med alla törstiga gäster...

could not ask for more, close to everything and in perfect shape...
