Hotel great except for the fact that wifi network is only available in the lobby. There is a cable in the room but bad luck if you have an iPhone/ipad etc. For a hotel of this standard is is rather ridiculous they did not spend the money to have a larger network for the convenience of guests.

The Pestana hotel is a hotel of the new generation. Very friendly and newly built. The rooms are AMAZING. The only issue is that there is not an U-bahn station very close.

This hotel has been open only a few months and is very nicely decorated and furnished. It has very good facilities including a wonderfully relaxing swimming pool and spa area along with a small but very well equipped gym. This was fantastic to use after having been out all day sightseeing. The staff were very accomodating and extremely friendly. We enjoy very much our stay at Pestanahotelin Berlin. The desk employes are extremelly helpfull. The breakfast fantastic, the room clean and modern, the bathroom wide and convenient. Bus 200 and 100 are in front of the hotel. I fully recommend this hotel and its warm atmosphere.

The Pestana is a great hotel conveniently located to the Zoo. It is about halfway between the Zoologischer Gartern and Tiergarten S Bahn stops and buss 200 stops right outside the door. There is a great bar and restaurant and the the breakfast is fabulous and included in your room. It is in a very safe neighbor hood and you're only about 5 blocks from […] Kurfdamstrasse, the Champs Elysee of Berlin. The beds are a bit firm but the rooms are large and really nice. The hotel is incredibly quiet;. Not a bit of noise bleed between rooms or from the hallways. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed 8 mights so I know it is a great palce Devamı

The hotel is brand new and in a nice neighbourhood (beautiful, calm and near the centre and the park). There is a bus stop almost in front, what is quite convenient because the transport system is very efficient (with a daily ticket you can use bus, metro and tram). The hotel is brand new and gorgeous inside! Internet is NOT included in the price, however there is a computer you can use in the lobby. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The bus stops almost directly in front of the hotel and will take you to the subway system.

This is not a special hotel. It is clean, modern and in a very quiet neighborhood. On the downside, there are no small neighborhood restaurants or really anything within close walking distance besides the garden. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel feels empty which I really liked. The rooms are clean and modern, and not too […] cramped. There was only internet via ethernet cord available for free in the room, but the TV had many channels as well as movies to rent. The nearest UBahn stop was a small walk away, unfortunately. It is a nice hotel, and I would stay there again if the opportunity presented itself, but it really isn't anything to write home about. Devamı

We spent 4 nights in the Pestana Berlin and would recommend it unless you're one of those people who like to be right in the middle of everything. We were happy with the location as it was quiet but you'll want to buy a pass for the public transport system so the 200 bus stops at the door and goes from the Zoo U-Bahn station to Alexanderplatz. The combination […] of bus and underground will take you virtually anywhere you want to go. We usually avoid dinner in the hotel, but it was very wet and we were tired on the first night. The food was good quality and competitively priced. I'm not sure why some reviews are complaining about the restaurant staff. We found staff in all areas of the hotel to be polite and helpful. Reception staff were particularly pleasant and arranged fruit for the room as well as a dinner reservation after my husband told them it was my birthday. Being a new hotel the rooms are very modern style with lots of mirrors/glass/chrome. I particularly liked the space and style of the bathroom and the underfloor heating will be a real bonus in winter. We loved Berlin and would stay in this hotel again on any future trips. Devamı

This delightful modern hotel is well maintained and nicely located. Its location is a happy compromise between the tourist attractions of the zoological garden area and the peaceful parkland of Tiergarten. Each is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet was very good and on a nice day the optional outdoor seating is a pleasure. […] The hotel itself has some interesting modern touches such as the "window" between the shower enclosure and the main bedroom and the heated floors of the bathroom. The fitness area is well equipped although a bit small. All the facilities including the sauna and steam room and pool are very well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. lage des hotels ist gut, buslinien sind ca. 5 gehminuten vom hotel entfernt und man kommt zu den verschiedensten sehenswürdigkeiten in ca 10-15 min an. hotelausstattung und service ist ausgezeichnet. das zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch die inneneinrichtung ist modern eingerichtet. das einzige manko ist, dass es kein wlan im zimmer gibt, nur […] in der lobby. Moderne et design, calme, propre. Personnel agréable et serviable. Emplacement très reposant après une grande journée de visite de la ville. La proximité du parc est un vrai plus. Seul bémol, l'hôtel est un peu éloigné (10 min de marche) des transports en commun. Peu de restaurants à proximité.

Das Pestana Hotel liegt super zentral nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ku'damm entfernt. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist erst Sommer 2011 eröffnet worden und dementsprechend neu, modern und ansprechend ist es auch. Wir werden dort wieder Urlaub machen!

Med lyse dejlige værelser. Det eneste vi manglede var, at der måske havde ligget noget generel information om hotellet på værelset - f.eks. om restauranten, poolen mv. Det ville også have været super, hvis der f.eks. havde været en el-kedel, så man kunne lave sig en kop the.... Vin i hjemmebaren havde også været dejligt.....

Når jeg kun har bedømt servicen til 4 skyldes det receptionen. Da jeg spurgte til et spisekort fra restauranten, fik jeg at vide, at det lå i baren. Det gjorde det ikke. Den sidste aften fandt vi ud af, at der var en udmærket restaurant på hotellet. Det nævnte jeg for receptionen ved udtjekking, at de meget gerne måtte gøre mere reklame for restauranten, […] da vi havde set en tavle uden for med serveringsforslag, som vi ikke lige tænkte på. Mht. garage fik jeg at vide mandag ved ankomst kl. ca. 15, at jeg kunne spørge næste morgen. Det gjorde jeg og fik så at vide, at jeg kunne spørge kl. 12 middag. Jeg valgte derfor gadeparkeringen, da jeg ikke ønskede at sidde på hotellet hele formiddagen. Da jeg tjekkede ud onsadg var det med sure miner fra den samme dame, som havde taget imod mandag over, at jeg ikke havde meldt fra. Da jeg havde ønsket en parkeringsplads meen ikke fået en inden 2. dagen kl. 12 burde det være indlysende, at jeg ikke havde benyttet den. Alle øvrige personaler var særdeles venlige og smilende i deres betjening. Et meget udmærket hotel, som vi kun kan anbefale. Devamı

Das Internet auf dem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und statt die Sache selbst in die Hand zu nehmen wurden wir als Gäste dazu verdonnert bei einer Service Hotline anzurufen. "Kostenloses Internet" ist heutzutage immer noch ein ziemlicher Witz. Kostenlos ja, aber super langsam. Man kann dann auf Wunsch auf eine teure "schnelle" Leitung upgraden. Hotelet er god placeret. Det er moderne og med lyse værelser. Der er en dejlig morgen buffet, og en god forfriskende pool. Det er dog irrerterende at man skal betale ekstra 15 € i døgnet for "brugbart" internet, samt ca 15 € i døgnet for parkering. Det kunne man godt ligge ind under værelses prisen.

Rigtig god hotel ,med god komfort og venlig personale.. Værelserne er gode og lyse . Hotellet har en god beliggenhed i et roligt kvarter. Dog kunne prisen på service ydelserne godt være mere synlige.

Hotel superbe, tout neuf dans un quartier très calme. Seul inconvénient, il est vraiment loin des transports en commun. Mais je le recommande vivement.

Mycket prisvärt hotell i centrala Berlin. Rent och snyggt kunnig och tillmötesgående personal. Buss 200 som avgår var tionde minut har hållplats utanför hotellentren tar dig till de centrala delarna av såväl gamla väst- som östberlin på några minuter. Hotellet ligger, trots det centrala läget, i kvarter där det är lungt om nätterna.

Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut. Das Hotel hat Style und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Tiergarten. Ideal um eine Runde joggen zu gehen am Morgen.

lag lite langt ute fran centrum, de kunde inte sanka temraturen under 24 grader pa hotellet och polen var valdigt liten men helt ok pris och trevligt rum.

Первый отель Пестана в Германии, вынужден конкурировать с немецкими, а с ними конкурировать очень трудно (на мой взгляд, немецкие отели лучшие в Европе!), но он выдерживает конкуренцию более чем достойно!!! Отель реально стоит тех денег, которые просит, и даже больше! Будет возможность, поеду обязательно еще. Все оценки - самые высокие!!!! Очень […] рекомендую. Devamı

Rigtig pænt hotel med flotte værelser, tæt på flere U-Bahn stationer, så man kommer nemt omkring. Ligger tæt på Zoo, Kurfürstendamm, Europa Center og KaDeWe, så gode muligheder for shopping og oplevelser.
