Great price for staying near Disneyland/DisneySea. The rooms are well kept, service is great, and staff understands English (if not, then they will try... hard). Walking distance (~5 min) to the tram station (even for young children) or take the free bus to the tram station. Seems like the locals stay here because it's more cost effective and it's lacks the frills that most Disneyland travellers don't need. Internet access is limited to the lobby, restricted dining hours, etc.; however, these aren't that important for people who spend most of their time in Disneyland from morning to evening.
