This is a great hotel to stay at when in the Cebu. The hotel itself is nice, the staff is kind and helpfull. The location is close to a big mall so we have done all our Arrangements there and it was comfortable. You should now that the hotel is located in a bad neighborhood so you can't walk around on foot and it is much better to take a cab.

This hotel, while very convenient for easy access to the ferry terminal, is literally in no-man's land. If you need a place to stay while arriving/departing the SuperFerry, this hotel is a convenient <10 min walk. If you aren't, then find some other hotel. The location is at one end of the very industrial reclamation area, therefore the road in front […] of the hotel, and the surrounding roads, are unpaved, rutted, dusty trails. Any vehicle passing, and they are mostly heavy trucks, kick up alot of dust which makes its way into the lobby. As you are walking to the hotel, you cannot avoid being in a cloud of dust. The staff tries to water the road in front, but that is just a stop gap. Across the street is the Arena entertainment club for men. If your room is facing it, it is very loud at night. No convenience stores anywhere nearby. Had to buy bottled water from a streetcart vendor. When walking from nearby SM City to the hotel at night, you have to walk through a sketchy area in the dark. Free wifi didn't work at all during my stay The positives: room was basic but clean, bathroom was clean, aircon worked well. Included breakfast buffet wasn't fancy, but good. Staff was very nice. Hotel is a no frill but economical place to stay. Very basic amenities. It is very convenient if you are taking the ferries to the other islands. It is walking distance from the piers. The service is excellent. The breakfast is pretty good and the service is superb. The hotel is simple to access however the rooms looks more like a hostel rather than a hotel. Front desk people are exceptionally friendly & helpful which is superb. Location of the hotel is centralize n it is very convenient if u want a trip to the pier especially if U wants to go to Bohol.

The hotel was very clean,the room was spacious,and the whole staff was unbelievably helpful and friendly.Not in the best neighborhood,so just dont walk around at night.Other than that,i highly recoomend this hotel

the quality of hotel service is good, the rates are very affordable...the food is also good and the hotel is very clean... it is very convenient when it comes to the location coz it is nearby pier 4 of cebu city...also nearby malls.... i suggest to everyone who will have plans to go to cebu to go to this hotel....we love it and we are very satisfied! […] God Bless! Stayed here for one week, very close to SM shopping mall. Room service very reasonable priced. Overall very good service

Das Hotel ist relativ neu, sauber und preiswert. Etwas weit weg vom Cityzirkel. Zu Fuss etwa eine halbe Stunde, geht aber durch etwas armselige Gegend. In der Nacht empfehlenswert einen Taxi zu nehmen. Negativ war, dass der Aircon nicht richtig kühlte bzw. nur als Ventilator fungierte. Das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, aber nicht der Hammer!

滞在中、フロントの方やレストランでは、とてもスタッフが親切丁寧に対応していただきました。船乗り場とシューマート（デパート）がすぐ近くあってよかったです。安く泊まれて無料の朝食がついていたのが良かったです。また、滞在したいと思います。

离supercat渡轮的码头非常近，走走大概也就10分钟的路程，这点觉得很方便。离sm广场也不远，打的大概10分钟就能到了。离机场有点距离，打的要25-30分钟。 酒店的服务还不错，要热水什么的都会送来。前台也很热情。 不过酒店的硬件差了点，看上去比较老旧了，房间也比较小，卫生间也比较小。随便住住还是可以的。 周围环境太吓人，脏乱差~~晚上要回酒店还是打的吧，走实在不是一个好选择。

새벽에 도착해 담날 아침 보홀로 넘어가기 위해 피어 4에서 가까운 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 가격 대비해 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 호텔이 생각보다 크고, 피어 4까지 도보로 10분 정도 걸립니다(걸어가기에 썩 좋은 환경은 아니지만 우리는 그냥 걸어서 갔음;) 직원들도 친절했고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나옵니다. 조식은 음식 4~5가지가 뷔페식으로 나오는데 호텔 가격대비하면 먹을만 합니다. 택시타고 올때 기사에게 아레나 ktv 가자고 하면 됩니다(호텔이 아레나 바로 맞은편임) 단점은 주변에 아~무것도 없다는것. 편의점 같은것도 없어요. 룸서비스로 과일쉐이크 시켜먹었는데 맛나더군요.

오후 늦게 도착 후 다음날 아침 일찍 피어4에서 페리를 타기 위해 선택한 호텔. 저렴한 가격에 잠만 자고 가는 용으로는 나쁘지 않았으나, 객실에서 바퀴벌레가 출현하여 기분은 그리 좋지 않았음.

交通の便は悪いが、スタッフの対応は大変良い。

드라이기 및 욕실에 샴푸 린스는 없지만 새벽 비행기로 도착해서 아침에 배타러 나가기는 괜찮은 곳이네요.. 조식도 거의 포함인데 걍 소세지 빵 음료수 이정도에요. 아무튼 가격만큼만 하는곳이에요.

저가 호텔이고, 피어 4와 가까워 다음날 페리를 이용할 목적으로 투숙했으며, 필리피노 조식 부페가 무료 제공되어서 투숙했음. 목적에 맞음. 저가 호텔이므로 방크기나 전체적인 분위기는 전혀 고려 사항이 아님. 가격에 비해 깔끔하고 침구도 그런대로 쓸만함. 피어와 가까운 저가 호텔중 삼파귀타는 주변에 관광 명소가 있어서 산책하기 괜챦은 점이 좋으며, 여기는 조식 무료 제공과 좀 더 나은 침구가 좋음.

I loved the service, people are very kind. but the environment around hotel doesn't seem that safe
