It's a shame that my experience at the Swiss started with a broken lock on the door, then I had to change rooms where the AC and the Wifi did not work. I stayed at Swiss Garden Hotel several times, and wanted to try the residence as well in late August 2011. Hence, we booked a two bedroom premier apartment. The hotel is completely new, but all rooms need repainting (they got dirty). our room was not clean at check in, and asked for another room. reception guys are very polite and helpful and they gave […] us a new room. The new room was better, but it was not completely clean, and drainage was blocked by hair. Unfortunately, the room service was not efficient at all. decorations inside apartments are cheap and low quality, but It has a very nice swimming pool and restaurant at 6th floor. For eating breakfast, we had to pass two buildings to reach to the hotel's breakfast room. The residence does not have a breakfast room itself. The hotel need to charge RM10 per stay for car parking.

Good hotel, nice location and good front liners but not in terms of cleaning room. Stayed for 3 nights and extended 3 more night due to location and one of the great residents in Kuala Lumpur. I was disappointed with the house keeping services did not clean up our room. We waited for half day to get them to clean up and we went down and met the front […] office to remind them again and again. Yes, we rang up the house keeping direct line and promised to send somebody to clean up but no one show-up. We ended with untidy and no proper facilities from the hotel. Taximan does not know Jln Galloway. Easier to say Jalan Pudu. Needs improvement esp on service. I requested for plates nighttime but did not come till I fell asleep. Next morning the plates only came after scolding housekeeping. Reception girl does not even know how to give directions. Good thing we ask doorman/security? or we would have walk out dragging […] our heavy bags to a dead end under the hot sun. Everyday we had to queue for b/fast. Cant the restaurant estimate number of guests against number of restaurant tables? Other than that the stay was ok. Easy access to taxi, LRT and Bukit Bintang. Devamı

the location was great but unfourtinatly though the hotel is verry new we booked for primer 2 bed room but the bath room in the main bed room had veruy bad smell though it was cleaned we called many times they came and fixed the problem but still in the seconed day we had the same smell other wise the rooms was specious and nice

Any request need to be reminded serveral time before you get the items. Example: no towel, no drinking water, no shampoo. Requested upon check in but till 9pm still never appear in the room.

It will be prefer if the quality of breakfast can be further improved.

레지던스 호텔이라 장기간 숙박시 좋으나, 단기간에도 훌륭하다고 판단,, 시설 및 수영장도 GOOD 조식도 불필요한 것 제외, 심플..

가격대성능비 최고 입니다. 호텔과 레지던스가 붙어 있습니다.꼭 레지던스에 묵어야 해요. 호텔은 별로... 호텔설명엔 imbi역과 가깝다 하지만 Hang tua 역과 더 가깝고, 최고의 쇼핑 스팟인 부킷 빈탕 까지 걸어사 갈수 있는 곳입니다. 한마디로 최고의 스팟이죠, 단 낮에 걸어가시면...더위 먹어요, 저녁엔 호텔 건물쪽으로 나와서 길건너 호텔등지고 앞으로 죽 가면( 부킷빈탕으로 걸어가면) 로컬 음식거리를 지나가며 이음식 저음식 먹어보는것도 좋습니다. 말레이시아를 또 방문 한다 해도 역시나 전 이호텔에 묵을것 같습니다.

Ein modernes Hotel mit schönem Design. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück unglaublich vielseitig. Zimmer sauber und toll eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall für einen Aufenthalt in Kuala Lumpur.

Tolles neues Hotel im Herzen KLs. Super Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern, Klasse Lage direkt in Bukit Bintang. Nur das Essen ist der Horror. Wenn es geht, bloß nicht mitbuchen. Schlechte Qualität und viel zu kleiner Essensraum , in dem die Gäste zweier Hotels abgefertigt werden.

Detta var en stor besvikelse - priset motsvarar inte alls nivå på hotellet. Arrogant och dålig bemötande, riktigt dålig frukost. När vi anmälde att vi hade problem med AC sista natten så blev vi erbjudna att byta rum - helt idiotiskt. Boka inte detta hotell! I europeisk standard är detta ett 2-stjärnigt hotell, med otrevlig personal.

グランドオープンは2011年の8月ということですが、それに向け、スタッフが一丸となって頑張っているという印象を受けました。General Managerの目も隅々まで行き届いていて、好感が持てました。 部屋も広く、快適。プールは都会の中の空中庭園といった趣きで、一度は使ったほうがいいと思います。

Naja, das Hotel, bzw. Appartments, ist erst seit einem Monat eröffnet und hat noch vieles zu bewältigen. Unser erstes eingecheckten Zimmer war eine Katastrophe, alles dreckig, Müll lagen überall, also das Zimmer war nicht vorbereit! Dann bekamen wir ein Upgrade, wo die Dusche stank und das Bett total hart war. Empfang konnte gering English (was soll […] das... sie sollten jemand einstellen, der die Kundschaft versteht...dohhh!!!).
