Hilton Cape Town City Centre Hotel - Cape Town

I liked everything about this hotel. I found the concierge staff particularly friendly and helpful with local information. The location is good and the free shuttle to the waterfront was very helpful.

This Hilton hotel is a relatively new hotel with very nice rooms and also the location is also good, but it is disappointing that this Hilton hotel does not service wines / alcohol !!! This is a shame ! I respect very much personal opinions and religion, but I expect that in the service industry the client is considered to be the one who needs to be […] served and his needs and requirements need to be fulfilled. And that has nothing to do with the personal opinion of the management of the hotel. In my opinion he / the hotel needs to service his guests ! When I would have known before, than I wouldn’t have booked this Hilton hotel. Further is was also a surprise that during a nice warm sunny Sunday this Hilton hotel closes the swimming pool for the treating process of the water. Every other hotel carries out these activities during night time when there are no guests. Hotel staff was so friendly and professional. Thanks Flynn for your wonderful service. Breakfast was freshly served and I loved their spicy omelet! Rental car service is located in the buidling and very efficient. I wish they offered free parking! Great location to start early mornings in Cape Town. Five minutes to the Table Mountain. A most enjoyable and wonderful stay - made more so by the hotel's complimentary transfer to the Waterfront by the efficient conceirge and driver. Staff were very attentive to our every need which is most commendable. We felt very safe staying in the hotel. We will definitely return to the hotel for our future trips.

Hilton Cape Town is a fabulous spot offering great value, professional and friendly service, in an excellent quality building. This is a touch of top quality Middle East hospitality in Africa and could not be recommended more highly. First time in this hotel and stayed one night. Overall a very good experience. Lives up to a quality Hilton Hotel. Free shuttle to the VA Waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel. Room was stunning and comfortable beds. Bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Would recommend this hotel anytime.

frindly, comforable and centrally locted with a great food option on premises

To be honest, and specially considering the price, the hotel went beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean, well equipped, the service is very good, there are several tasteful spots throughout the hotel and... they HAVE AN ELEPHANT ;) Jokes apart, the outside living areas are very sweet, there is a firepit outside every night and the back side of […] the hotel looks at a little zoo next door (not sure if it belongs to the hotel). Great ambiance and the front desk staff are well trained excellent hosts! Views of the Table Top from our room window was MAGIC!! Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Cape town Best value for money!

２０１２年の1月27日から2日間泊まりました。部屋へはエレベーターで誰もがいけます。滞在中ベットメイク、ミニバーの点検、夕方のチョコレート配り(？)など何度もスタッフが入り込んでいました。初日に部屋のセイフボックスにいれた財布から幾らか抜かれました。勿論ホテルは責任は負いませんと書いてはあるのですがヒルトンで抜かれた！事に少々ショックでした．ケープタウンのヒルトンは、ゲストハウスと同じセキュリティーと思つて下さい．

Das Hotel Hilton in Cape town war nicht informiert, daß wir bei der Buchung in Deutschland das Frühstück bezahlt hatten. Wir mussten selber 3 x nach Deutschland telephonieren, damit wir es bekamen. Das Hotel rührte dazu keinen Finger. An Silvester wurde alle Zimmer bis 3 Uhr nachts vom swimminpool aus, beschallt. Sonst fast alles ok. Ulla

Nous avions une formule petit-déjeuner compris, et ils nous ont fait payer le petit déjeuner...à un tarif extrêmement élevé pour la prestation, et ce pour trois jours. Pas très commercial donc, d'autant plus que nous avions essayé de leur expliquer, mais ils n'ont rien voulu entendre.

Som alltid på Hilton: hög standard, trevlig personal som ger bra service. Här i Cape town var hotellet dessutom nytt och fräscht, härligt badrum med separat dusch och badkar. Mycket bekvämt!

We booked a room in the Hilton for 3 prs. via Hotels.com. I chose the Hilton because they could offer a room for 3 people. When arriving we found that there was only one kingsize bed.... When we asked for the extra bed it was delivered though a really poor quality and we had to pay for it....
