Get what you pay for. Room not the cleanest but adequate. No hair dryer in room, old style TV, thin sheets and pillowcases, dated furniture. Did have soap and shampoo and a microwave and fridge. Kind of noisy if you're on the first floor. Adequate breakfast for the price. Manager was friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants around. Close to the interstate. […] YMCA right across the street. Didn't feel like a dangerous neighborhood but I'd be careful walking at night. Devamı

Convenient location - reasonable rates, the room was very small, and furniture/ heater somewhat run down, but we were comfortable - a delightful view overlooking the swimming pool, conveniently located near an elevator. We were there for medical treatment in Nashville, and the elevator was a huge help. Nonsmoking room yet burn holes in sheets and quilts. Asked for towels and told he was the only person working. Continental breakfast 2 hours only. No inroom iron or coffee maker. Ordered a pizza told by pizza man police surrounding hotel with weapons drawn.

Wasn't sure what to expect with this place due to the low rates.. in Nashville that often means you're in a bad area, but that wasn't the case at all with the M Star. Surrounding neighborhood, while very busy, was just fine. No riffraff or undesirables. PLENTY of food and shopping options all around. The hotel itself is older and rooms are small, but […] adequate. There are microwaves and fridges in the rooms though they keep them unplugged. I plugged both in and used, they both worked fine. Room was clean, decor was a little dated, but it was fine. Pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The only negative on the room is the extremely loud air conditioner.. which also would sometimes make random loud noises. It did work well, and at night it helped drown out the outside sounds from traffic and planes. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is limited, but you are lucky to get breakfast with rates this low. Devamı

The hotel staff was very kind. I'd suggest bringing your own hair dryer! They only have one for the entire facility. Also, you will hear a lot of airplanes since the hotel is near the airport. It is a convenient location, only very few miles from the Bridgestone Arena. Parking at the hotel is also convenient. The hotel room was clean. Pretty dumpy place. Usually we luck out and get 3 star hotels that feel like 4's. I guess we simply got what we paid for this time, so I guess we can't blame the hotel. Rooms was dingy, as was the bathroom. Bed was sketchy, and the pillows were not much more than a cotton ball.

Was told all beds were queen size. Ours was a double with a hole in the bedspread. When I asked why we did not have a queen bed, we were told we were mistaken and it really was a queen size bed, (not). No refrigerators or microwave as adveritsed. disgusting & filthy! thank goodness had flip flops so i could walk across the room & even kept them on while showering. mold all over the shower, dirty sanitary pad in the toilet, hairs all over the sink, & broken a/c. need i say more!?!?

No bell and whistles, however, it is a great deal for the cost. I was skeptical because of the low price in comparison with other hotels, however, it had all the amenities I needed for a short stay, i.e., clean, wi-fi, and continental breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

If I could rate this a zero I would, but one is the lowest choice. This was the worst hotel experience I ever . There was mold in bathroom, the walls are stained yellow like someone urinated all over it. Tiny tiny room. TV is old and dusty, the bathroom shower was broke. I told the Manager about the mold in the room he looked clueless as to what mold […] was. I was going to stay for 4 nights checked out after the first day through hotels.com and they still charged me for 2 nights. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. The room is sufficient. A box of tissues would have been nice to have, but toilet paper ssuffices. If you're a heavy sleeper and not bothered by the low flying planes you'll do fine.

Good value for the money spent. The pool was filtthy and unusuable but the room itself was okay and wireless internet service was included. The only room complaints - pillows were not comfortable and the bathtub wouldn't drain properly within a reasonable period of time. Television (old style) worked just fine and the basic refrigerator kept the snacks […] cool. The continental breakfast was okay but hours need to be start earlier for those having to leave early. The hours were from 7 til 9 but coffee earlier would have been appreciated since there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Clean rooms close to a number of restaurants, but the walls were thin and you could really hear people walking up the outside stairway as well as laughing and talking. The price was right though.

My vehicle was broken into at 3 in the morning, and there was a noticeable increase in foot traffic at the location after 1am. Stains were present on the beds and walls. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotel staff/management was not helpful in resolving the issues.

I stayed overnight at this place. For the price, I expected less than what I got. Hotel room was tidy. Receptionist was courteous. I have stayed at many such hotels and none of them had a high speed internet like this one. Continental breakfast was also available. Hotel room was very small and bare bones. No alarm clock, fridge, etc. Bed had only one thin sheet and it was stained. Towels were old, thin, and stained. Toilet paper was horrible 1 ply stuff. Also, all the airplanes literally fly right over this place as they are landing. So you can hear a lot of loud rumbling from the planes. If you need silence […] in order to sleep, don't plan on sleeping well here. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep for one night while you wait for a flight or something, its ok. I had low expectations and just wanted a cheap place to spend the night. This fulfilled the need, but the bathroom was fairly dirty and the pool was drained.

This location is in direct line with the landing strip at the airport, so expect the sporadic noises of landing aircraft.! The rooms are a bit musty- smells similar to a nursing home or maybe wet carpet, that was not dried properly. the rooms are small, but that is ok. Apparently they have a new coat of paint on walls.
