Parklane Hotel - Siem Reap

The hotel itself is very standard, elevator, clean rooms, air conditioner, etc. What makes this place special is the amazing service. You walk in and they give you a glass of water (a welcomed gesture when it's so hot). Good English and always accommodating, whether it be with finding something you need to meeting someone. The staff of this establishment went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible! We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to some one visiting Siem Reap! My only caution...the mattresses were all very new...but harder than we are use to....but this does seem to be a norm in south east Asia! So we can't really complain!

Very nice hotel with large clear rum. Staff are friend and helpful.

I stayed in Parklane for 5 nights and I must comment the hotel for the superb value. The room is clean, the breakfast is fantastic for the price we paid. I highly recommend it.

Very clean and safe budget no-frills option. Front desk whist friendly didn't really understand english very well which became a little frustrating and time consuming when it came to trying to ask about hiring tours & guides.

Very nice hotel with friendly and serviveminded staff. We rented a tuk tuk for the day from the hotel to take us around angkor. Amazing driver and only 13 usd, can highly recomend that.

Free WiFi, Free Good Breakfast Buffet. Overall good for the money, you can walk to the pub district but it would be nicer if closer to that area. All the hotels are a distance to the Agkor Wat area, no matter what you pick. You should rent a tuk tuk, bike rental is cheap but the distance is too much for 100% enjoyment in Angkor Wat, motorbike rental […] not allowed in Siem Reap. Streets around the hotel are dark at night but not unsfafe, not recommended for women to walk alone due to darkness only. Overall a good value for the money. Devamı

The hotel provides excellent services with their warm and sincere hospitality exhibited from the lady boss herself to the receptionist. It is clear that their priority is to ensure that guests truly enjoy their stay as seen from the adherence to the high level of hygiene and sumptuous breakfast every morning. Awesome value for money, great staff, big room. Little bit further away than we would've liked. Was only a ten min walk but it's down 3 streets, 2 of which are not that busy.

Fantastic quality for a great price; 5-star-staff at reception.

The reception is nice and friendly. Breakfast was good, with a mini buffet of western and chinese selection. There is a lift too and wifi connection was stable throughout. The room and toilet seemed abit old though, but still quite clean. The tv has alot of cable channels. Corridor abit dark at night. Theres security post outside so its quite safe […] in this hotel. Opposite the hotel is a bicycle rental shop where i rent a bicycle for just usd2 for the whole day. And around 5min walk there is a supermarket. The old market is around 15min walk and nearby there are alot of food places as well. Quite a good location. Highly recommended! Devamı

One of the best hotels in this price range that I ever lived in anywhere... And I have traveled a lot.

I loved staying here, ended up staying an extra few days - they were just great about it, initially I was going to have to transfer rooms, but they jiggled things around and by the time my initial check-out day rolled around, it was arranged that I could stay in that same room. They also went the extra mile with helping me sort a few things out with […] a bus ticket I'd booked separately to them. The place is immaculately clean, no bug issues etc (although one of the resident geckos from the hallway did make it into my room one night, more cute than an annoyance though, and a dragonfly ended up in the room one day, presumably while housekeeping were tidying up, also not an annoyance. There were a few things, relatively minor - bed was pretty hard, shower temperature fluctuated a bit, bathroom a bit mouldy, and housekeeping timing was erratic to say the least - that could be improved upon, but overall, loved my time in Cambodia, made all the better by a great hotel. The staff makes the Parklane memorable. Very courteous and helpful. Probably the best value for the price that we experienced during two weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. Would highly recommend this hotel to Siem Reap visitors.

Super clean and friendly

I want to commend socheata for being nice to us during our stay in siem reap last august 2-3 thanks! They provided bfast even when we left at 430 am The welcome drink and cold towel was a welcome relief after 6 hours bus travel. Definitely worth staying. Thanks

もちろん設備面では高級ホテルにはかないませんが、スタッフの笑顔と親切さは、私のような一人旅にとってはとても「安心」できます。朝食のビュッフェメニューも、飽きないように毎日工夫されていました。町の中心部に近いため、どこに行くにも便利。部屋の掃除も行き届いていました。たまたま私の滞在時、エレベーターが故障していて、4階まで歩いて上りましたが、宿泊料がびっくりするほど安いせいで、あまり腹も立ちませんでした。

Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Nettes Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet auch für Europäer etwas. Für den Preis sehr empfehlenswert!

あまり安いので期待していなかったが到着するとジュースと冷たいお絞りまた外出から戻りフリーのパソコンをしていると冷たいお水の接待。朝食のメニューもスタッフの熱意が伝わり種類はあまり多くないけど４日の滞在でも飽きない工夫がされておいしかった。ベットも広く寝心地がよい。

Hotel económico muy recomendable

En helt klart prisvärd vistelse! Hög standard för en liten peng! Har bott på ett flertal mycket dyrare hotel runt om i Asien som inte håller samma standard. Vänlig personal som kan hjälpa er med hela er vistelse i Siem Reap!

Un hôtel bien situé, près de l'activité nocturne. Chambres un brin vieillottes, salle de bain sans enceinte de douche. Wi-Fi dans les chambres. La qualité de cet hôtel réside dans le service et la disponibilité du personnel. Petit-déjeuner de bonne qualité. Un hic... la rue où est situé l'hôtel ressemble à une zone de guerre, résultat, semble-t-il, […] des inondations des derniers mois. L'hôtel a ses chauffeurs de tuk-tuks affiliés. Nous avons fait affaire avec le chauffeur Mr Sokhom, pendant la durée de notre séjour (7 jours) et avons été très satisfait. Nous le recommandons. Devamı

Mycket trevlig personal, från receptionspersonal, städpersonal, dörrvakter, tuktukförare, kökspersonal m fl. Bra frukost. Fina rum och trevlig miljö att komma tillbaks till efter en heldag bland templen. vår tuktukförare Log tog oss runt en heldag och lyckades köra fram precis när vi kom ut från varje tempelområde.

ホテルのサービスとしてうたっていた、空港送迎サービスを、事前にホテルに頼んだのに当日空港で待っていても誰も来なかった。だから自分でタクシーを頼んでホテルまで行きました。 その他は、スタッフの対応には満足。

従業員は皆、いつも素敵な笑顔でフレンドリー。 掃除の係りの人も、廊下でで会ったら、挨拶をして、 私がエレベーターに乗るまで、ずっと作業をせずに、 立ったままこちらがいなくなるまで、静止してくれました。 客をリスペクトする姿勢を、よく教育されていると関心しました。
