The Best Bangkok House - Bangkok

On my arrival at the Best Bangkok House, I was shown to my room by a member of staff. I was somewhat disappointed as the room looked a lot less luxurious that they had described, and being in a foreign country, not much I could do to explain this. The room itself was well equipped and clean to be fair. It was also in a very good location within the […] city and some of the staff were helpful, although I'd forgotten that I'd pre paid for breakfast, but only one person actually told me the day before I was leaving! It was a great time those i was spent during my stay but LITTLE BIT PROBLEM THERE FOR ENTERTAINING GADGET, THEY CHARGED TOO MUCH, I REQUESTED THEM PERSONALLY FOR REDUCE THEIR CHARGE FROM 500 BAHT TO 300 BAHT. THANKS.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff were polite and curtioius. The only thing was that it was at the bottom of the road where a lot of contstruction work is still being done. Also very close to the rail way line which was noisy at night, when trains going past, until you got used to it. Otherwise it is a suitable hotel simple but clean […] and friendly. The service was lousy with minimal english, first room had AC that didn't function properly, reserved room with two beds got one. Couldn't stand up in the shower. Run down, hard for taxi drivers to find. Only plus was it is close to downtown. You will be disappointed; stayed in 3 different places in Bangkok and this was the worst by far.

The hotel is at the end of Sui 15. Its a small hotel run by non professionals. The service is bad and carzy. They communicate very little and are not very hospitable. I would only stay here if i was on a student budget. Its a no frills hotel.

For the price the hotel was great. You can not get the free wifi in your room. So you have to sit in the lobby and the have a ton of Mosquitos. So be sure to bring bug repellant and you will be fine.

Overall im very happy of my 5 day stay here. One thing to take in consideration is that the hotel is lied 50m away from the skytrain and regular groundtrain railway. Which can be very loud as it passes depending what side your room is. Skytrain station is close 7 min walk away which takes u anywhere about 30min to the airport

Please do not stay in this hotel . The hotel is so noisy , my friends and i stay in this hotel bite from dust mite !! I'm very regret to choose this hotel . It's a most terrible hotel that i stayed !

I found the hotel to be very reasonably priced, and once you get there, is presented very nicely. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, who went out of his way to be warn and friendly, even giving us an free upgrade of room. I would recommend if you can afford to go for the better rooms, which are very livable, bright, […] big and clean, with very nice bathrooms. The standard room looked very ordinary and for me, substandard. For the budget concious, they may do fine. The hotel is down and alley, about 800m. It is quite far off the main road, and and first I didn't feel safe walking down a very long alley late at night. But it's Bangkok, and really, you're generally safe anywhere. There is life in all the lanes and streets. There is no glamour or nicety to the back streets of this area. You wouldn't want to walk with luggage from the sky train as it's quite far. Even to walk to the skytrain was 1.5km at least, or 700m down the railway line out the back, passing humpies, whilst literally walking on the line. In all, the hotel stay was very low price, clean and pleasant. If it was in a better street or location I would not hesitate to return. However I wasn't pleased with the position. Devamı

Close to airport railway. About 10 min walk. A little bit hard to find for the first time but you can get a deacent map from the airport so you will find it easily

Hyvä paikka päivän tai kahden ajaksi. Ajoittaista melua ulkoa haittaamassa unta, mutta majoituksen hinta oli kohtuullinen hotellin tasoon nähden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Ende einer kleinen Gasse. Zuglärm sollte einen allerdings nicht stören, da die Gleise (zumindest auf der einen Seite) nicht weit entfernt liegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Järnvägen som låg intill störde ortoligt mycket. Rummen var väldigt lyhörda. Frukosten igen höjdare.

Lage: direkt an der Airportlinktrasse und mit Blick auf slumähnliche Wohnsiedlung. Lärmbelastung gleich 24h. Personal: teilweise sehr freundlich, teilweise... Frühstück: Kathastrophe,...täglicher "Einheitsbrei" aus Eiern, Würstchen und pappigen Toast. Einzelzimmer(standart): in einem Hundezwinger ist mehr platz.Bettrahmen verstaubt, Bettwäsche fleckig, […] Fernseher -uralt Miniröhre(37cm). kein Kleiderschrank. Fazit: Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!! ...aber vielleicht habe ich das Wort "Best" auch falsch übersetzt. Devamı

Lors de mes vacances à bangkok j'ai séjourner dans cet hotel très bien situé dans le centre ville, ou il y a un bon accueil, les salariés de l'hôtel sont á votre disposition pour tous services. Ma chambre était propre tous les jours ainsi que la douche tout était impécable.

Le seul point positif à mettre au crédit de cet hôtel est son emplacement....Côté service, pratiquement nul....Oubli un jour de faire la chambre ( service effectué suite à réclamation à 15h30), oubli de me réveiller le jour de mon départ, remarque désobligeante d'une réceptionniste pour êtrte arrivé en retard au petit déjeuner...Heuresusement que certains […] employés ont rendu par leur sourire le séjour plus agréable.
