The Pearl - Yeni Delhi

Internet did not work and no hot water for 24hrs.

It was only a few mins away from Connaught place by auto rickshaw. The staff working were great and went out and got whatever we needed. Rooms were very clean, and looked new. Decor was good, bathrooms were great. The front desk wasn't as great. I booked two supreme rooms. When we checked in, we got one regular and one supreme room. Went complained […] to the front desk, and he was adamant that both were the same, although one room was less than half the size of the other. On last day at check out, I needed to extend my stay, but only needed one room. "Manager" at front desk new I was in a bind, and charged me what i paid for two nights for two rooms, for an extra few hours. It isn't a pretty sight outside of the hotel, but you get what you pay for. Devamı

This stay was the second on this current trip. I had no hesitation in going back as I was very satisfied with my previous stay some days earlier. It was easy getting to Delhi station and to the airport express which incidentally is the best way to get to the airport. If you have an early or late shower phone the front desk so they can turn on the boiler. Except […] for the typically India streetscape and general area near the hotel which is dreadful I certainly recommend the Pearl. If you want to be close to new Delhi station and the metro this is the place. The hotel is newly renovated to an excellent western standard. The staff is excellent and are keen cricket followers. Room service and restaurant are fine. Wifi and tv work well and the hot water is pretty reliable although you sometimes have to ask them to turn on the boiler. […] I am staying there again inanfew days Devamı

Breakfast is not attractive, as there were no selection. Rotti and curd are not healthy or tasty.

The best 3-star hotel on our visit. Easy to find, clean and quite classy and they even had hot water! Only complaint is that hotel breakfast was included but didn't exist.

the rooms r good ,trendy,elegent and good for family.only problem is it is located in old delhi and not in new delhi.otherwise prize with respect to elegance is too good.

i was pleaseantly, mainly because I was expecting the worse. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and had hot water, you have to request for the hot water to be turned on and the food was good. I stayed on second so can only recommend rooms on that floor. no internet even though advertised.

the check in to much to long time, although all was cleared with hotels.com. on guy from the staff put a finger i my bearbottle, when it ran over, so i wanted a new one, which I could'nt get. the bear was all over my table the rest of the evening. the matresses were exelent, but no windows in the room

We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is central with lots of places to eat nearby. We organised touring through the hotel for one of the days which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again when visiting Delhi.

This was a good place to stay for the money. The rooms were clean. The breakfast is NOT a buffet, service was very slow.

This hotel is excellent value for the money. Not in the best of areas but close to the railway station and short rickshaw ride to Connaught Place.We arrived at 9am & as our room wasn't ready, we were able to use another room for a shower & our cases moved over for us.Room fairly basic but clean & comfortable enough reception staff's english not brilliant […] but helpful. Restaurant on rooftop pleasant but breakfast basic & very slow.Staff spoke hardly any english. Pleasantly surprised at the quality at this price & would stay again. Devamı

Overall this hotel is not recommended. The front desk is not helpful nor honest. We did not receive breakfast buffet as advertised. Front desk personnel attempted to charge more for the room once we were already checked in.

Arrived, to check into a dirty room that was not cleaned before checkin. The restaurant is "under construction" No clean towels or bedding and to top it off there was no hot water! Also situated in a very busy area. I have stayed at many budget hotels in India and this one was by far the worst! You can find way better deals in Delhi

The service provided by the staff was really excellent. Otherwise, if you staying on the 4th floor there is alot of noise (banging doors, even at 1am in the morning - almost impossible to sleep). Everytime you need to shower, you have to call for them to switch on the geyser, a major shlep. Then the other issue is money. The hotel reception tends to […] overcharge for certain things. Hotel Pearl looked great on the website but it's not what you think. We stayed there because it is very difficult to find a hotel room in Delhi that has two queen beds. Hotel.com staff helped me find this hotel. And it was new and not very expensive so we were glad to stay there but the bathroom shower floods the entire floor, the staff cannot understand […] any english, there is no restaurant, no city maps at the front desk, they charge a lot for any service, kind of creepy. Good clean hotel. No fridge in room though. Comfort and clean.

We were SO HAPPY with the pearl and their staff. The customer services was amazing and the room was perfect. They had free internet in the lobby and the location was great for getting to other spots in Delhi. They also helped with transportation, restaurant, bar and entertainment suggestions. They went way out of their way to answer any questions […] and their food was good too. Also - if you've been traveling in rougher parts of India - the shower and hot water are AMAZING! If I'm in Delhi - I'll be back at the Pearl — especially considering their reasonable price for the experience. Other hotels I've stayed at in Delhi charge similar amounts for way less. Devamı

Billederne oversælger hotellet. Og særligt området. Det er ikke et særligt pænt område - men de kan være svære at finde i Delhi. Området er mest for backpackere. Værelset var fint, men badeværelset var ikke godt nok. Rengøringen haltede - som de fleste steder i Indien. Venlig service og mulighed for tidligere indtjekning.

室内は本当に清潔でベッドもツイン部屋ではキングサイズ二台とかなり快適でした！室内もきれいで、ちょっとお湯の出がわるかったものの、スーペリアクラスのサービスと室内環境でした！ ただし、空港から80ルピーでメトロ一本でニューデリー駅まで来れるのは良いのですが、メトロ駅からパールホテルまでは徒歩20分以上かかります！ というのも、ニューデリー駅をメインバザール側へ横切るのが一苦労… タクシードライバ以外にも制服の警官も全員基本は横切らせてくれません！両側にある階段を使えば反対側へ渡れますが、いろんな人が渡らせてくれません！全員を無視して突き進みましょう。 かなり海外には慣れていますが、けっこう夜はキツかったので空港からは送迎つけた方が初日から疲れずにすみます。 メトロでいく場合は、ニューデ […] リー駅を横切ったあと、メインバザールに向かって右の高架下をくぐってすぐを左に五分ほど歩くと右側にホテルがあります。右手に映画館(SHEARAシーラ)が見えたらその道で正解です。 オートリクシャーへの説明もこの映画館はすぐに伝わります。インド人認識度かなり高めです！ ではではよい旅を～ Devamı
