Wonderful place to stay, rooms very quiet, clean, wonderful comfortable beds, and very kind staff.

This was a very pleasant stay. Will seek Hilton Garden Inn again. Rates were comparable to lower star rating hotels.

We had a very pleasant stay at your hotel and would likely stay there again. The breakfast buffet was very good.

This new hotel had great staff, nice rooms, friendly bartenders and a wonderful outdoor area, including a gas fire pit.

The Hotel was very clean with very comfortable rooms and friendly staff.. My only complaint was the water saving fixtures in the bathroom.

Service was excellent- very friendly and accomodating. Nice big room with comfy queen beds. Decor is fresh and tasteful. Close to highway but no outside restaurants or shops in walking distance. Would definitely recommend as long as you have car access.

We found the hotel clean since it was new. The service was about average. The furnishings and features were similiar to a much lower priced motel. The Eco friendly concern was noticed in savings from motion sensors in the hallways and common areas. The hallways did not seem to be air conditioned. I believe the "Green savings," meaning more green money […] saved by them. All conveniences such as complimentary channels and even breakfast were available, for a large FEE. Even cheap hotel brands have nice buildings when they're new. We were told they'd opened just three months before, so the room and the facilities were exactly that: brand new. The service was good, which isn't a given anywhere, so that's a bonus.

Great place to stay, extremely comfortable and clean. The staff went out of their way to be of assistance.

Nice place. The bed was very firm and despite the dial that was supposed to adjust the pressure it remained uncomfortably firm. We were very disappointed that they had no hot tub or whirlpool even though the website lists that as an amenity.

The staff at this hotel were friendly & helpful. The room, dining room & pool area were all very clean. The food was good, reasonably priced and service was quick & friendly. There i s supper room service available, or you can eat in the dining room. There is no breakfast room service. Breakfast is partially buffett-style; there is also cook who will […] make eggs or pancakes to order and a waitress who takes drink orders, delivers the cooked eggs/pancakes & takes care of the check. There is a free coffee/tea/cocoa bar in the lobby 24/7 and there are free cookies at the front desk. The exercise room looked new & clean; no equipment appeared broken. We have a baby and an elementary school-age child and the staff were attentive to them as well. The room was comfortable, with a desk, additional chair, and a mini-fridge/microwave area. My only complaint is that since the hotel is new, its address (not even the street) showed up on our GPS. Our hotels.com receipt didn't have any phone number at all o n it, so we had to do a bit of searching to find the hotel. The neighborhood felt safe and the hotel is close to reaturants & shopping centers, although you need to drive due to busy streets. Just bring the hotel's phone number & check a map before you go! We stayed here for one night on a weekend trip and loved it! The hotel is beautiful and brand new and VERY clean! Our son is just now crawling and i didn't worry at all about him crawling on the floor there. We will definitely stay here again! Brand new (open three weeks as of 4-8-11) and very nice. Great showers and very clean. Has a nice bar and is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops, so long as you are not afraid of a little walking!

My wife and I checked in on Saturday and was told the hotel just opened the prior Tuesday. She has always loved these Garden Inns. Almost empty hotel and they give the room right next to ours to some younger, louder folks who kept us awake. I asked to extend the stay by one additional night and was not informed that they raised the rate by $30, and […] only discovered it upon check out. The last evening we returned to find the room was not serviced by the housekeeping crew. I called the front desk and informed them, they told me that housekeeping would attend to it right away so we went downstairs to read and watch TV. We returned at 8:30 only to find it was not serviced. Too tired to complain we retired for the night then had to obtain new towels/washcloths in the morning. I will not return, plenty of others in Springfield. Devamı
