We liked the location. Sometimes tough to get a taxi, but that seems to be the case almost everywhere in Macao. The view was very nice from the 5th floor. We liked being close to a large park. We had dim sum at the restaurant, and that was OK. Good, not great. We liked the interior layout. We found the room to be large enough, reasonably clean (not […] spotless), and overall comfortable. I'd recommend it for a family that doesn't need to be right in a casino. We are not gamblers, so were more interested in the historic area than the hotel and casino strips. Devamı

As hotels in Macau can be very expensive, Hotel Guia provided the right balance between cost and benefit for me and my girlfriend. Located in a walkable distance from Macau's main touristic attractions we found this hotel very attractive regarding the local traditional or casino-like options. No room service..No in room ameneties.. Stipr joint at the hote bar ..thus getting all kind of people in the same elevator.Not reccomemded for family.

I thought there was going to breakfast but it was dimsum instead. There were no movie channels as advertised. The staff were great and very helpful. The free wifi is in the lobby. It was so hard to get a taxi driver who new where it was. The view was great and the room was clean.

Clean rooms . good air cond. Staff not helpful . The hotel front desk could barely speak English but helpful. Nobody speaks English in their restaurant. The wifi connection for the internet is very poor, very slow and quite frustrating to check your email and surf the web. I am not recommending this hotel.

Room on small size with no bench for cases so had to open on floor. Staff courteous, English sufficient. Chinese food only for breakfast (Dim sum any kind as long as it was dim sum). Dinner O.K. Good position next to park (Fort Guia) with bus stop close by. Had to complain about no free bottles of water in room. After complaint the water appeared. Very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

Checking in wasn't too bad. Language barrier (English) was a little tricky, but could have been worse. The room was clean and hotel was okay. The beds were small and very very very hard. Felt like sleeping on the floor might have provided more comfort!

Having most hotels easily cost over 200USD/night in Macau. Guia Hotel is probably one of the cheapest hotel you can find. But don't let the price misleading your perception. It's very clean, very comfortable, and service is excellent. However, the only advantage of this hotel is its location. It is located on the uphill, although to be honest it is […] still within walking distance, I will say it's within 10minutes walk downwards from hotel to Old/New Lisboa Casino. But walking back to the hotel is a little tiring after all the sight seeing and money losing. But as Macau city is not a very big place, everything is close by and taxi does not cost much going from one place to another. Guia hotel itself provides free van taking you from hotel to some places, booking in advance is required. It is a satisfactory stay overall, and I will stay there again in my future travel, and it is highly recommended to other travelers for whom wish to find reasonably priced with good hotel standards. The hotel promised free shuttle bus service but when we got there and rang them the second time to confirm the arrival of the shuttle bus, they said the driver left because they couldnt see us. The receptionist told us to catch a taxi instead. That was a really bad service in terms of customer service. Overall the hotel is clean and close to the city […] center if you walk from the back of the hotel. But the strip club at the bottom of the hotel is quite loud in the middle of the night. It was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also let me leave my luggage there for a few hours after checkout. It is a little further away from some sights, but right next to the Guia Fortress, and it is on the Macau Grand Prix course. Very small room, cute, but lack a few things. No in room safe and no heat. Serious, no heat. housekeeping had to bring in a portable heater. NO double of king bed either. Got 2 small twin beds. 値段が安かったので宿泊してみましたが、やはり値段なりですね。せっかくの旅行だったので、もう少し良いホテルを予約すればよかったと後悔しました。たまたま寒い日だったのですが、部屋の暖房が全く効かなかったのには参りました。

리스보아에서 걸어서 15분 정도의 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 가격이 저렴하고 주위 환경이 조용합니다. 프론트도 친절하고 바로옆 기아 요새가 있어서 산책하기는 좋구요. 단점은 언덕위에 있고 중심지와는 약간 떨어져 있어서 걸어다니기는 쉽지 않겠네요~ 대신 콜택시를 타고 다니면 왠만한 중심지는 기본요금으로 다닐 수 있어서 좋습니다. 객실 상태는 괜찮기는 한데 약간의 곰팡이 냄새랄가요? 예민하신 분들은 주의하시면 좋겠구요!

部屋はきれいでゴージャス！！！子どもたちも大喜びでした。 ただ、冬なのに暖房がなく、布団の中以外はとても寒かった。2日目にその旨告げるとヒーターを貸してくれることになり、快適に過ごせました。

整體不錯。鬧中取靜。交通方便。沒幾步可以到松山山頂看看東望洋砲台。鳥瞰澳門。因為我訂的晚，價格高了點。

土曜で他のホテルが空いてなかったため一泊 ・壁が薄く、隣の声がよく聞こえる。 ・お湯がぬるい。 ・部屋の空調も厳しい。。。

Расположен на гоночной трассе, возле эффектного поворота. Рядом музей- маяк. В 10 минутной досягаемости на такси основные достопримечательности. С английским языком в этом отеле, как и впрочем почти везде в Макао не очень хорошо. В ресторане отеля по английски практически не говорят. Тем не менее, качество услуг отеля отлично оправдывает стоимость проживания. […] Чисто, уютно. Devamı

위치가 조금만 더 좋았더라면.. 가격이 확 올랐겠죠?ㅋ 가격대비 만족입니다. 바로 옆에 산책로를 따라가면 너무 이쁜 기아요새도 볼 수 있고 조금만 내려가면 편의점도 있어서 좋았지만 아무래도 오르막길이 부담되는건 사실이죠. 방도 좁고 셔틀도 한시간에 한대있는것이 오후4시면 끝나고. 친절함과 요구사항 처리는 정말 빠르고 훌륭했어요.

我們一行8位家人是在7月24日住過該酒店，之前在網上查詢時只留意到其他過往住客有投訴酒店沒有穿梭于碼頭的接駁車服務等等，到了實地才知道酒店在半山上交通極其不方便，如果有老人或兒童出入會很辛苦，只能搭出租車。 因為酒店的周圍沒有什麽食肆，所以我們只能選擇在酒店大堂的一間叫《麗湖軒》的中餐廳用膳，7月25日早上我們在此餐廳飲茶，當時我們叫了十幾樣點心，在上第三籠碧綠菠菜餃時發現其中一隻菠菜餃下面壓住一只蟑螂。當時我們因為要趕路去廣州並沒有想將此事投訴，只叫來服務員拿走也就想算了。但是該酒店的 一位叫“胡貴連”的服務員卻以嘲弄的口氣說道："酒樓就是這樣了，就算你們家裡也會有蟑螂。”我們聽后十分氣憤，并即場打電話給澳門旅遊局和衛生局，澳門旅遊局也有派工作人員來瞭解。但是我們因為要趕飛機趕船所以只能在 […] 此胡姓人員的道歉下匆匆離開。因為此次經歷我們一定不會再次入住該酒店，并提醒酒店以後的住客，在此餐廳用餐時要小心謹慎！ Devamı

价格适中，离葡京赌场很近，房间很干净，一楼就是餐厅，十分方便

Very clean hotel in a good location. Serves only Chinese breakfast. Good value for money.

더블베드 룸을 이용했는데 깔끔하고 이용하는데 무리가 없었다. 마카오 3성급의 호텔은 영어 되는 곳이 반반이고, 2성급 호텔은 영어되는 곳이 없는데 기아 호텔은 영어도 잘 통하고 1층에 식당도 있으며, 주변에 편의점과 공원도 있고 무엇보다도 기아요새의 기아등대가 있어 경관도 좋다. 언덕을 내려오면 바로 리스보아 호텔이 있으며 세나도 광장까지의 접근성도 나쁘지 않다.
