One of the worst hotels we have stayed. The bathroom and bedroom were fine and functional, although small. We were kept awake by residence of neighbouring rooms each night. Drunken comings and goings. Thin walls and not properly closing door. Service at hotel was terrible. Reception tried to book us in under wrong name and charge extra, despite been […] told that it was not our booking - and then continued to try and get us to sign a eftpos slip that was not under our credit card?? breakfast was cold and stale. Where do I start... We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 pm after travelling for 23 hours. The front door was locked with a handwritten message taped to the glass asking us to phone a local number. Having travelled overseas, we did not have a phone so we were forced to wait outside until someone let us in. About 10 minutes later a man walked up from down […] the street and let us in – surprisingly this turned out to be the person who ran the hotel. Once inside we were directed into a small room which appeared to be the kitchen where the man shuffled some papers around on a desk. After not finding what he was looking for he asked us for our name and we presented him our hotels.com booking details. He looked at it and then gave us a key for our room. He did not check our ID or take our credit card (this was probably a blessing in disguise). He then walked us down to the basement and showed us our room (room #1). First impressions of our room was ‘what did we get ourselves into?!’. The room was 6 feet wide by 7 feet long with a narrow hallway (3 x 5 feet) from the door. There was also an attached bathroom (3 x 5 feet) that ran alongside the hallway. In the room was a twin bed that touched three walls and was crowded into a room that had a small ikea square table and bedside drawers. On the table was a tray with 2 mugs, electric kettle, dirty spoon, sugar, tea and instant coffee and individual packets of liquid cream/milk. Inside the drawer we found more tea, coffee, sugar and creams (probably from previous visitors). To make room for our bags, we put all of these items into the drawers so that we could use the table to hold our luggage. The bedding was covered in hair and stains (luckily we had our travel blankets from the plane which we used to sleep with). The floor was extremely dusty and along the baseboards you could see finger nail clippings, dust, dirt, paper etc. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in the rooms surrounding us. We arrived to find the door locked and nobody there, so had to stand on the doorstep for a good 10 minutes wondering if the place was open or not. We were finally let in, and taken to our room, having to trample over bed sheets thrown in the stair way. The room was neat and tidy but very small and not good for tall people, which we both are. The bed […] was comfy though, and modern. Breakfast however was another story! We went down for breakfast to find a plate of half cooked scrambled eggs, and a plate of fried eggs, just on the side ( no hot plate) which was not very appetising! There was a bowl of toast which looked like it had been there for about an hour. Not very good atall. Glad we were only staying the night!! Devamı

Jeg har aldrig boet ringere end jeg gjorde på dette hotel. Der var beskidt, koldt, ildelugtende og generel dårlig standard. Morgenmaden var i et køkken på str. med det jeg har derhjemme, som også udgjorde det for reception. Der manglede toiletpapir og håndklæder og varmen var på tidsur, så man ikke selv kunne bestemme om man ville skrue op eller ned. […] Der var meget koldt, da vinduerne var pivutæt, så det havde været rart at kunne have tændt for varmen. Da vi ankom til hotellet havde de "desværre" overbooket og vi skulle gå til et andet hotel som ville have plads. Da vi kom dertil var historien den samme og vi måtte gå til det 3 hotel. Her fik vi anvist et værelse som man i Danmark ikke ville kunne få sig til at leje ud. Usselt wc på gangen osv. Dag 2 fik vi det værelse vi havde booket - eller værelse […] er meget sagt. Et lille usselt hummer uden plads og med MASSER af larm. At "hotellet" har fået 3 stjerner er os en gåde Vores bedste anbefaling - LEJ IKKE VÆRELSE HER Devamı

Der Hotel Manager hilft weiter wenn er kann. (Adapter für Fön und Kugelschreiber für Postkarten). Das Zimmer...na ja, zum schlafen langt es, mehr nicht. Das Frühstück schlicht, aber frisch zubereitete Eier und frisches Toast. Die Service Kraft sehr nett. Die Lage in Hammersmith sehr zentral, dicht zur U Bahn und zum Centrum Londons.

服務態度差,勁簡陋,根本係一間板間房,佢地唔會幫你換毛巾....換左你都唔敢要,勁污穢........... 如果要揀果區, 試試搵STAR HOTEL......果區附近有大商場, 係ZONE2 D野仲會平少少, 不過夜晚就多人蒲BAR, 小心D唔好行D細街仔就OK~~附近仲有間香港人開既中餐, 似茶餐廳, 勁好食, 個老闆娘勁NICE, 請我飲左3杯茶港式奶, 間野叫做golden bowl, 係Shepherds Bush Road既中間,好易搵

Zimmer war noch nicht fertig , als wir gegen 16:00 Uhr ankamen. Es war ein Loch in der Wand (Baustelle). Frühstücksraum war etwas unordentlich. Wir haben uns nicht sehr wohl gefühlt.

Postives: refrigerator and kettle (with tea and coffee etc.) in the room. Seems like a safe neighbourhood. A nice old house. Nice and clean bathroom. Comfy beds. Close to kiosks and restaurants. 15 min. walk from the tube. Negatives: the staff could be more obliging and welcoming. When we arrived we felt a bit like stepping into a strangers house and […] that we should explain why we were there. Impersonal style - all furniture from IKEA, even the lamp in the stucco! The street outside our window was quite noisy. No bin or hand soap. We found a sock (which was not our!) in the drawer...so the cleaning could be better - a good laugh though:) Devamı
