Elegant Hotel Saigon City - Ho Chi Minh City

Very good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very freindly and the location is excellent. Only a 10 minute walk down the road to downtown back packers area where you can get the bars, clubs, tour operators and shopping too.

the only prob we had was the pick up at the airport was delayed but other than that enjoyed the stay and would have no problem recommending it to others

Great value with great service

AC leaking water, staff realdy mean not nice and charge water bottle that we never drink.

This hotel has a good location for tourists, friendly and efficient and is just a good place for people who want to stay in a place that's pleasant and comfortable but not over the top price wise.

This hotel is a gem. The staff on the front desk are efficient and polite, the rooms are quiet ( really a plus in Ho Chi Minh), the beds are comfortable, and most of the things that tourists want to do are within walking distance (although some people may not want to walk those distances). The Elegant is slightly outside of the really touristy area […] but in my view, this is a plus and the reason why it is quiet. Devamı

The Elegant Hotel is simply excellent. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. This hotel is of much higher quality to all similar hotels we have stayed at in Saigon and cheaper than most of those! But what makes The Elegant Hotel a cut above the rest is the staff. The staff here are amazing. They are super friendly and go out of their way to help you […] in every way possible. After staying here for two months they have made us feel at home in Saigon. At the Elegant Hotel it is never difficult to get a reliable taxi or get directions to a good restaurant or anywhere you need to go. The hotel is walking distance to the markets and at the end of street is a large shopping center with everything you need. Next door is a fantastic juice bar. No doubt in terms of hospitality this hotel have the best bellboy that smile & greet you everytime you bump into him. Other department was bad. I have to be transferred to another hotel despite having my reservation/booking confirmed via email. I also been asked to check out early in order to accommodate their big group coming from China.

The hotel was overbooked when we got there. They moved us to a different hotel with everything being taken care of but we were actually with a tae kwan do group that was staying at the hotel also. It was a little bit inconvenient where we had to stay a little bit further to them. By the way, the hotel was overbooked also when we checked out.

The hotel is not near the attractions as shown on the website. However, the hotel is clean and staff is friendly.

Really cant find a thing to complain abt this hotel. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Sparking clean room. Great comfort. Breakfast is quite simple though, but i was very happy with my stay here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

firstly, the customer service was excellent especially the bell boys who will constantly greet us when they saw us. They will ask if we required any assistance eg. getting a taxi or etc. Secondly the room was very clean, nice bed, good aircon, everything was in working order.

Rent och snyggt hotell med gångavstånd till det mesta i district 1.Frukostbuffen är helt ok, här kommer vi att bo igen nästa gång vi reser till Ho Chi Min.

Hotellet ligger en bit från sevärdigheterna men om man gillar att promenera eller kan tänka sig att ta en taxi så är detta ett bra alternativ. Mycket hjälpsam personal, alltid glada. Hotell frukosten var ok men inte mer. Det är rent och fräscht och prisvärt. Kan tänka mig att åka dit igen.

Unser Zimmer - Superior Room - war relativ klein und Laut. Das Hotel liegt zwar zentral, ist aber insgesamt ohne Hoehepunkte. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt wuerde ich ein paar $/Euro mehr investieren und in ein besseres Hotel gehen.

Hotel liegt recht zentral, Austattung ist gut! Sauberkeit läßt estwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere in den Zimmern (Boden & Ecken). Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

Мы ночевали в данном отеле в июне 2011г., резервировали номер на 3-х, когда приехали ночью то оказалось что свободных 3-х местных номеров нет, и нас поселили в 2-местный, только после часовых переговоров что я не собираюсь спать на кровати с ребенком 12 лет, нам дали еще 1 номер. В следующий раз останавливаться не буду, завтрак никакой

Price is ok, breakfast isnt too good...and u need to ask coffee, not well prepared on desk. There're many choices with this price range. It's located in a quiet place, not really far from centre but it's quite dangerous to walk back to hotel...especially passing the quiet street. Since I got robbed by motorbike robbers.
