havalanindan biraz uzak kaliyor.Otele ulasmak icin ayni yolu iki kez gitmek gerekiyor cunku u donusu yapılamıyor bu da yolu uzatıyor.otel temiz,calisanlar iyi,oda konforu iyi.Gece otele taksi disinda ulasmak zor.Shuttle icin oteli arayip cagirmak ve 10 dakika beklemek gerekiyormus.Ayrica shuttle havalanina gelmiyor .Donuste otel shuttle indan faydalanmak daha kolay.Otel civarinda alisveris yeri yok bir iki dukkan disinda.

"Perfect weekend for two"
Top class hotel in perfect location in Manhattan (right in front of St. Patrick's cathedral and 2 minutes walking from Rockefeller Center. Kind and diligent service, ample, comfortable and clean room (the higher the floor, the quieter, due to traffic noise of Madison av.) "Excellent Experience"
This is a great hotel. The view is phenomenal, the staff is attentive and the hotel is beautiful. The only drawback is the fact that the club lounge requires two sets of elevators to access from the tower rooms.

Went to new York for a special birthday for my wife with kids and in laws. Everyone was impressed with hotel. Nothing too much trouble and all staff very welcoming. The extra for the towers and the exec lounge was well worth it and I would recommend highly. The perfect honeymoon. The best hotel i have ever been in all my travels around the world. The staff are exceptional, the decor magnificent, and NOTHING compares to its location in midtown Manhattan. Cannot wait to go back.

The Palace was a beautiful hotel in an outstanding location. I almost stayed in Times Square and would really have regretted it. View were beautiful. I strongly reccomend staying in the Tower Rooms. Hotel was packed and the private check in and staff and lounge were well worth it. Regular hotel front desk staff and elevators had very long lines. Buffet […] breakfast in Tower Lounge was great. Room had huge red wine stains on carpet where it had been spilled or thrown up?? Not sure but gross. They credited me 200 on room. Spa was way overpriced but hey, it's New York. Overall I would stay again for sure. It would be A+ grade on less crowded time. If that exists in New York. I stated Early March so maybe some spring breaks were starting?? Devamı

First Class hotel. Be sure to book in a Towers room that gives you access to the club lounge for Breakfast, light lunch & Canapes/sweets & Cocktails/Wine/Beer all included in your room price. Great Value and good food! Normal Breakfast in the hotel costs approx $40

"A true palace!"
Excellent service, very centrally located, nice amenities, topped off with access to the Executive Lounge make this a very attractive hotel. Breakfast was great and appetizers/drinks in the evening were more than expected. Have stayed at the regular palace as well and quality is also superb.
We had a junior suite in the Towers of the NY Palace. Enjoyed the use of the Club which had a gorgeous breakfast and lovely nibbles for drinks in the evening . Thanks also to the lovely concierge, Ani - most helpful - everyday!!!
"New York Palace Towers"
Stayed here in December for three nights following a previous stay four years earlier. Just as impressive in every way. The Towers have the edge as provide access to the Towers Club with complimentary breakfast, snacks and drinks. Rooms also very large by any standard. Equally excellent gym facilities.
"The Palace Hotel in NYC"
This was the third time we stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, this time it was a terrible experience. The construction that took place nearby was disruptive and noisy. It went on often until late hours and began every morning by 7am. Even after alerting the staff that we were disatisfied, they did not seem to care that we had several sleepless […] nights. "Fabulous hotel, but stay below the 39th floor!"
The hotel is stunning, the staff are great, and the location is very central. We upgraded to a Tower room and paid for the club level access, which providers great breakfast with superb views, as well as lunch and evening canapés/free drinks (which we sadly only had time for once!). I do recommend paying the extra in advance as its cheaper, but for […] some reason you cannot access the club level from any room above the 40th floor (even by the stairs!), which means if you are staying in the superior (and more expensive) rooms in the tower, you have to go all the way down to the 8th floor (or lobby), change to a different elevator, and then go back up to the 39th floor to access the club level executive lounge! I can't understand why they prefer to inconvenience those guests paying more for the superior room than those in the "cheap seats"? I emailed the director of reservations in advance to request an upgrade to a suite as we were there for my wife's 40th birthday, but there was not one available, however they did put a birthday cake in our room with a card for her, which was a nice touch. "Great Service"
My recent stay in the Towers at the New York Palace Hotel was a really enjoyable experience. The service by the staff was excellent and the Towers Club was amazing. The location is ideal for exploring the city. I will definitely stay in the Towers for my next visit to New York.

Everything was Nice. Breakfast at exécutive lounge is Nice and worth thé overcharge for thé rosée part.

Staying in the Towers in very much worth it. The executive lounge on the 31st floor is great, loved being able to pop in and have some cocktails or just grab some water. Great experience.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall erneut in das Hotel gehen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist außerordentlich gut. Suiten im Tower sehr geräumig, toller Blick, sehr reelle Lounge mit Frühstück und Tagesimbiss. Die Lage in Midtown ist unique. 100% empfehlenswert!!!

"Towers of New York Palace"
Vi booket oss inn på en juniorsuite på the Towers og ble ved ankomst oppgradert til en fantastisk hjørne suite i 46 etg med vakker utsikt over byen. Den private cluben for gjestene på Towers var helt super; nydelig frokost og veldig praktisk med muligheten til å slappe av der med god mat og forfriskninger gjennom hele dagen når det var behov for det. […] Hotellet ligger veldig flott til mellom 50 og 51 gate på Madison, rett ved Saks fifht og kort vei til Rockefeller center og MoMA, for å nevne noe. Hotelservicen var bra, de var og veldig behjelplig med bordreservasjoner og privat transport til og fra flyplassen. Vil absolutt dra tilbake hit igjen. Anbefales! (Det eneste minuset, som også var nevnt i en annen anmeldelse, var at de som bodde på Towers måtte benytte to forskjellige heissett for å komme mellom rommene og club'en. I just want to say WOW... I love this hotel and cant think of any better place to stay on Manhattan. Walking distance to central Park, fifth avenu, times square... and easy ta take a cab down to the village, soho and so on.. The service is fantastic and the rooms is great! To live in a tower room is the best so you can have access to the towerclub, […] a place to relax, work a bit and just have an amazing breakfast! and if you like really good food dont miss the two star michelin restaurant GUILT... its so worth its price! Super sentralt til absolutt alt! Bodde her i 5 netter på etg. 52, perfekt utsikt over Midtown, St Patrick og Upper Fifth Avenue. Personalet var helt fantastiske, topp service fra ankomst til avgang. Rolig område rundt hotellet, perfect for en "kom-bort" weekend. Ingen tvil om at vi kommer til å bo her igjen ved vårt neste NY-besøk!

2011年10月にタワーに3泊しました。 ゴシップガール好きだったのと、口コミの評価がよかったので、このホテルにしました。 午前11時に行ったにもかかわらず、すぐにチェックインさせてくれました。 部屋は十分な広さで、とても清潔でした。 エアコンもきいていて、とても暖かく、過ごしやすかったです。 シャワーも勢いがよく、熱いお湯が勢い良く出てきました。 また、ベッドの枕と布団がとても気持ち良く、一度入ったらでられなくなるくらいでした！ エグゼクティブクラブラウンジでの、朝食もとても美味しく、また無料で、ペットボトルの水やジュースが冷蔵庫から持っていけるので、便利でした。 夜のラウンジは、ビールやワインが無料で飲めるし、エスプレッソマシーンもあるので、よく利用させてもらいました。 立 […] 地もいいので、お勧めです。 次回も利用したいと思えるホテルでした。 ロビーにあるGILTと言うレストランで食べたかったのですが、日曜と月曜がお休みで、食べれなかったのは残念です。 Devamı

Fantastiskt hotell, värt varje krona flera ggr om! Stora härliga rum med en underbar utsikt. Personalen var alla otroligt serviceminded.kändes personligt. Och det allra bästa; VIP loungen på 39: e vån som man har tillträde till med en speciell nyckel. Därinne är dukat frukost,lunch,lättare kvällsmat, drycker,coctails,champagne,kaffe mm. Allt ingår i […] hotellpriset. The Towers har dessutom fri snabb internet! Har bott på många femstjärniga hotell men detta är nog det som verkligen inte missat nåt. "Anbefales!"
Rommene er store og flotte, og man blir møtt av en behagelig duft i det man kommer inn. Rommet mitt hadde egen minibar, men det koster penger om man ønsker noe fra den. Et lite minus at det ikke finnes prisliste til minibaren på rommet. Kan være at prisene hadde blitt oppgitt om man kontaktet resepsjonen. Rommet hadde også egen gratis safe til oppbevaring […] av verdisaker. Utsikten fra mitt rom var utmerket selv om jeg ikke hadde vindu mot St. Patrick Cathedral. Det er rengjøring av rommene to ganger daglig. Selve opplevelsen av rommet og hotellet er det ikke mye å utsette på. Allikevel vil jeg bemerke at ved innsjekking foretar hotellet en reservasjon på kredittkortet som fungerer som et slags "depositum". Beløpet er 150 dollar per dag. Dette er mye penger, men det blir jo betalt tilbake ved utsjekking dersom rommet er i like fin stand, og minibaren er urørt. Klubbtilgang var etter min mening ikke noe å skryte av. Det var vanskelig å få sitteplass ved alle måltider. Det var kun frokosten som innfridde forventningene. Min medreisende og jeg er enige om at maten ved de andre måltidene ikke var særlig god på smak. Den så bare fancy ut. Likte ingen av rødvinene i klubben. Jeg kunne like så godt ha kjøpt en flaske vin jeg likte, og hatt den på hotellrommet. Ser ikke bort fra at rødvinen kanskje blir bedre etter et par slurker ;) For de som ikke drikker alkohol er det brus i kjøleskapet. Alt i alt vil jeg anbefale hotellet, men ikke klubbtilgang. Oppfordrer til å spise andre steder hvor man vet at maten alltid er god, og hvor man ikke har problemer med å finne seg sitteplasser. Devamı

出張で一人で連泊。チェックインはタワーと旧館とで別。チェックイン時のスタッフ、ベルマン、ハウスキーピング、電話オペレータ等 皆 friendly 且つefficient。部屋はマディソン街側、教会を見下ろす高層階。スッキリした内装の60㎡程度（？）。適度な広さで静か。キングサイズベッドもリクエスト通りで快適。日経新聞もextra chargeなしで手配OK。他方、朝食も摂るクラブラウンジは低層階でリフトを乗り換え旧館に上がる必要あり不便。施設も古い。またコンシェルジェはいつも人だかりで多忙な様子。 結論的にはホテル（ラウンジ等）でノンビリ時間を過ごしたり、コンシェルジェに観光の段取りをさせる等ホテルの「機能」をいろいろ使いたい向きには、いささか不便かも。反面、NYを割とよく知る人のビジネス […] 遣いには快適。お勧めデス。 Devamı

Wir haben einen wunderbaren 2-woechigen Aufenthalt im Towers at the New York Palace verbracht. Die Sauberkeit, das Zimmer, die Hotelanlage und der Service haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Wir werden sicher diese Erfahrung wiederholen.

パレスホテル、今までで一番気に入りました！ 部屋の広さ、ロケーション、ホスピタリティ、ベッドの質、どれをとっても素晴らしく感動しました。 タワールームに滞在したので、クラブラウンジが利用できたのですが、ラグジュアリーなうえ、執事のようなお爺ちゃんもいい感じで、ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 パレスホテルの後に、ナショナルチェーンのクラブラウンジ付のホテルに滞在したのですが、比べものにならないくらい素晴らしかったです。 本当に素敵なホテルなので、マナーを守ってもらえる方に泊まってほしいと思います。
