We loved our stay at GR Caribe. It's a small boutique style hotel with 5 star facilities.

The service at this hotel was absolutly fine. Eventhoung it is all in-clusive many of the restaurances did not serve a buffet. You could choose the menu your self. It got a nice pool area and easely acces to a lovely beach with nice white sand. The staff was very friendly and smiling and ready to serve you any drink or food you would like. Only bad […] thins was that the roome sometimes smell a litte bad. The hotel is located outside shoppingareas so you have to take the bus to get to there - but it is easy and chep to catch the bus. in general a very good hotel that we would recomand to everybody Devamı

This hotel was probably the best hotel to stay in mexico. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, and I really think the rating: 5 stars was perfect for this Hotel. The GR Caribe was celebrating its 25th anniversary and it showed, the hotel looked quite dated. The deluxe rooms were very damp and we had to re-wash even our clean clothes because everything came back with an intense damp smell. In addition, the bathroom had an open drain that stunk of sewage but it was concealed under a dust bin. Overall, the restaurants had a nice a la carte menu, the food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. /Though sometimes a bit too friendly. Nice all inclusive hotel with excellent ala cart restaurants. 1.no shuttle from-to the airport-you have to take a cub 30$ 2.the room smells humidity all the time but it's clean. 3.no wifi in the rooms 4.Do not take any tour from the hotel or any hotel.Are too expensives.You can find much cheaper at down town tour agents offices. RECOMENDED

The staff was amazing. Never had to wait for a drink at the pool bar. Extremely friendly staff. I was very upset to see hotel guests not tipping the staff. All inclusive does not mean that you don't tip the staff. People are so cheap. The staff works so hard and guests are too cheap to give tips. I was disgusted.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We took it just for 2 days after 2 weeks trip around Cancun. Hotel was very clean, not too crowdy. You can try different food at 4 or 5 different restaurants, about 20 different cocktails at the swimming pool. Even if food itself is not the best (as it could be), the services in restaurants and at the pool just perfect […] (sometimes you watch waiters’ job like a show). Ladies and barmen worked as bees at the bar in order to provide us best drinks. Our room cleaner Jasmine did most beautiful arts from towels in our room. We really enjoyed it… The beach at the hotel is a bit sharp and dangerous because of water streams, but there is a nice sandy beach just 20-30 meters at the other nearby standing hotel of Solaris, which is free to use (the same as all restaurants, bars and entertainment hall). Very Clean hotel/resort, friendly staff, Not too crowded or over crowded like some of the bigger hotels/resorts. Beds were a little hard and the hotel/resort was away from shopping, but was quiet and relaxing.

But you must beware of the room location. There can be noise coming from the main hotel lobby bar.

The hotel is old (hard to believe that it's a newly open hotel??) and the front desk staffs are pretty rude. Don't think we will go there again even the restaurants have beautiful views and great food.

Nice hotel. Amazing staff very attentive.

The room was very nice and the service was very good. The only thing is that the ocean is not as calm in that part of Cancun because the isla is not blocking some of the stronger currents.

The service was excellent, but the room was disappointing - we had a premier ocean view room and the floors were covered in water (due to the A/C and the humidity outside) but for a 5 star resort they should have this worked out. Also the toilet kept blocking up, at least once a day we had to call someone to come and fix it. Also, the TV wasnt working […] properly. We went to this hotel just after Spring Break and had a great time. You will like this hotel if you want your stay to be a little more laid back and away from all the young drunks which can be at some resorts. There is a sister hotel next door who's' facilities you can use but they cannot use yours. Nice pool. Great Beach. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. That was our first trip to Cancun and I was very impressed with the service we received as well as the food. Das Hotel war von aussen wie von innen sehr schön und vor allem sauber. Wir haben das All inclusive sehr genossen und auch wenn die Qualität der alkoholischen Getränke darunter gelitten hat, waren diese lecker. Es gab Restaurants wo es bestimmt für jeden Geschmack etwas gibt und der Service in den Restaurants ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sauber […] und gepflegt. Es gibt Zimmer mit Meeres - oder Lagunenblick und man sollte dann ein Zimmer auf einer der höheren Etagen bitten. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und ist mit dem Nachbarhotel Royal Solaris verbunden, wodurch das Angebot grösser ist. Auf Wunsch kann man einen kleinen "Flitterwochenservice" erbeten, aber sollte eine Heiratsurkunde vorlegen können. Es ist für Familien, aber auch für Singles und Gruppen geeignet, Als wir da waren gab es eine relativ laute Gruppe, denen es wohl nur ums "Saufen" ging und da uns für nach der ersten Nacht ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde, haben wir dann um eins gebeten, dass ewas weiter von der Lobby weg lag, damit man nachts nicht von den "Drunkenbolden" gestört wurde. Aber es war nicht extrem, also da habe ich schon Schlimmeres erlebt. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr romantisch und erholsam und wir waren vor allem mit dem Essen im Restaurant Marco Polo und dem Service generell zufrieden. Calidad de la señal de internet inalámbrica, mala en todo el hotel solo cerca de la recepción es regular..... Un abuso con las llamadas por teléfono, para irme al aeropuerto, llamé de la habitación a un taxi a un número 800 (gratutito) y se dejaron cobrar $ 3,50 (USA, no pesos) por la llamada y otra llamada que hice a otro número local $ 5,50 (USA).....Reclamé, […] pero fue como reclamarle a la pared. Excelente hotel...aunque pequeño,pero es muy lindo,muy limpio,la comida excelente y sobre todo la atención de su personal!!!muy buena opción si quieres unas vacaciones tranquilas,de descanso y comer delicioso....tienes acceso al hotel de junto(solaris)que tiene mas bulla..pero en calidad y servicio el GR Caribe es genial!!!

La comida del hotel es practicamente inmejorable. La cena de langosta es exquisita! Las habitaciones son excelentes y el personal de servicio de hotel es cálido y amigable.
