Excellent service and rooms. Breakfast was very reasonably priced and high quality. Excellent location next to the river and walking/biking paths along it. A bit of a walk to the closest metro station but that was the only negative.

This Hotel was very new and most enjoyable to stay in - the hotel is opposite a river - which you could have very pleasant walks of an evening. There is a local bus stop left of the hotel - 1 minute away and it takes you right into the main Plaza - you enjoy looking at all the surrounding neighbourhoods. Only one negative point - it was full of school […] children - although this was not really a problem for us as we felt it added to the atmosphere. Devamı

A 15 minutos andando al centro. Parada de autobus en la puerta, 5 minutos a sol. Instalaciones nuevas.A dos minutos andando del calderón.Mucha tranquilidadNegativo. Mucha calor en la habitación. La ducha complicada.

Hôtel situé un peu en-dehors du centre-ville, avec un parking interne, ce qui est pratique, bien que l'on puisse facilement se garer devant. Hôtel moderne assez immense international, qui accueille beaucoup de groupes. Qui dit groupes dit bruit, beaucoup de bruit et de mouvement, notamment dans le pseudo restaurant. Accueil pas très souriant, et si […] vous ne comprenez pas très bien l'espagnol, dommage pour vous ! Effort fait en anglais. Nous avions demandé une chambre double avec un lit enfant, cela n'était pas réservé ainsi soit disant ! Donc il a fallu un peu batailler à l'arrivée. Chambre très petite dès lors mais assez confortable et propre. Au bar il faut se battre pour que l'on vous serve et les serveuses ne sont pas toujours agréables : manque de personnel flagrant ! Ne parlons pas du restaurant qui sert des buffets franchement minables pour le prix demandé : je déconseille cet hôtel ! Devamı

El NH Rivera del Manzanares es un hotel nuevo, con habitaciones modernas y confortables. El desayuno (pago) es abundante y de calidad. Si esta en coche es lugar un ideal, se puede aparcar en la calle o guardar en el parking.

härlig frukost och låg jätte bra precis vid floden och nära enpark, lagom avstånd till centrum. gångavstånd och bra bussförbindelser. vi var jättenöjda.

Contento con el hotel. Por su tranquilidad, modernidad, comodidad, y situación para visitar Madrid. Espero repetir cada vez que visite Madrid Lo recomiendo

Inmejorablemente situado para los que venimos por la A5, muy cerca del centro, o está en el centro??

Nos costo llegar al hotel, muchos cruces y tuneles. La habitacion sensacional. La comida un desastre, nos dieron filete de perca por mero, ¡¡a nosotros que sabemos perfectamente lo que es un MERO!!

Todo genial , la cama comodisima . Estuvimos al lado del hotel esquina bernabeu desayuno super economico y gran calidad

Cuando se ha conocido la cadena de hoteles NH, se tiene la garantía de un excelente hotel acompañado de un excelente servicio. No conocía este hotel pero ha estado a la altura de las expectativas de lo que esperaba del mismo. Sigue sin defraudarme la cadena NH y espero que siga así durante mucho tiempo.

Hotellet er rigtigt fint og flot og personalet er meget servicemindede og flinke overfor gæsterne. Afstanden til centrum var lidt længere end forventet, men bussen kører lige udenfor døren og med taxa fra centrum koster det kun ca 40kr. En rigtig dårlig ting er, at man skal betale 18€ i døgnet for at have sin bil parkeret i parkeringskælderen, hvilket […] burde være en del af pakken når man betaler for et ophold. Great hotel to stay, it's brand new. Good value. Location is a bit out of the way, but you can take a 15min bus ride into Sol or a 15min walk to the subway. All in all, i would prefer this hotel to an older one downtown

Excellent hôtel. Très bonne valeur. Personnel efficace et aimable. Pas d'attente. Bon petit déjeuner. Pas d'attente à la réception.

Hice la reserva para unos amigos, la habitacion era con cama supletoria para un niño, tardaron dos dias en ponerla y encima cambiando de habitacion , un desastre.

Magnificas instalaciones, buena atención, la relación calidad precio es muy buena. vale la pena.

El hotel estaba muy bien, muy limpio y en una zona muy tranquila. Lo único que por la noche sobre las 3:45 de la madrugada, cuando llegamos nosotros de una boda, había unos chicos/as corriendo por los pasillos en pijama y dando golpes al entrar en la habitacion 315. Estuvieron dando la lata mucho tiempo y luego a las 7:45 de la mañana o así de nuevo […] empezaron las carreras y los portazos en el pasillo. Asique lo que esperabamos de tranquilidad se frustró un poco por esos "personajillos franceses". Por lo demás muy bien todo. Devamı

A new hotel that was very nice. The breakfast was a really nice buffét. No warm food though. We first got a smoking room even though we booked a non-smoking. The change took us no more than 10 min. but tirering after a long day of travelling. Not everyone working in the reception spoke (good) English, which was a minor problem since they often were […] two persons working together. They gave us good help with and were very friendly. One day my pyjamas was thrown on my husbands shoes on the floor when we came back in the afternoon. I usually remove it myself from hotel beds, but if I have forgotten other times it has just been placed on a chair or so. Not a big deal but still a bit annoying since the rest of the stay was very nice. The road outside was closed for reparation and the bus to the city centre was not running its usual tour. Since I'm pregnant the 20 min. walk was too tough for me. Also a little too far to walk to the metro we thought (we tried once). Some taxis had a hard time finding the hotel, we suppose it was because the hotel is pretty new and the address is still not updated in all GPS systems. A nice hotel but a little too far from the city centre if you ask us. Devamı
