Eurostars Berlin - Berlin

We stayed a week at the hotel and enjoyed it. Best locaition in Berlin, very close to most museums. also very close to the S & U Bohn and trains. Shopping is near by. I would stay again when in Berlin.

I loved this hotel! it is walking distance to everything important like Museum Island, Brandenberg Gate, Reichstag, DB train station, Berlin Cathedral. Walking distance to the most important sights and shop. The room was great and neatly cleaned. 2 thumbs up!

You have a pool, a jym and a sauna. The rooms are good. Didn't like the bar in the lobby too much. The interior is ok but the food is far from best and prices are high.

Positive..great location. Near train, really comfortable bed, modern. Good breakfast. Negative..no reply to email. Left waiting to check in, while other guests got checked in. Swimming pool not heated so not able to use.

This hotel was picked off the net and the few expectations we had were blown out of the water. Basically.. - excellent rates. - great central location. - located next to public transport. - brand new clean hotel. - helpful service. One of the best we have stayed in and definitely recommended.

This Hotel has been recently inaugurated, about 6 months ago. Therefore it's in great condition. Staff very courteus and friendly. Restaurant and Bar veryy nice( I had one of the best tuna sandwhich that i have eaten in a while at the bar) The design of the Hotel is very modern, from the room you have a view of the lobbby ,bar and restaurant. Rooms […] are confortable and spacious, as well as the bathroom. I have nothing but good things to say about this Hotel, and look forward to stay there again. The Eurostars in Berlin is a brand new hotel with very good rooms and a reasonably spa with sauna at a very competetive price. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Frequent traveler here who has stayed in hundreds of hotels. Eurostars Berlin is one of the best values I've stayed in to date, great location and a beautiful hotel at a good rate. Would definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Eurostars hotel in Berlin. The location of the hotel was brilliant- on the main thoroughfare and next to Rail Station/Underground. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The supplement for breakfast was too high which meant we had breakfast in the various cafes/resturants nearby. This was not a problem. Everything about this hotel met our needs. Great location, close to rail and major sightseeing. There was only one area which we felt needed attention and that was the staff at Reception. It would appear they need more training. One staff member in particular seemed unable or unwilling to meet any request when asked - it was always a case of 'come […] back later. Our luggage was delayed for a day but the staff was more than happy to offer us any of our needs & make us comfortable. The hotel was a little difficult to find at first & is actually less than 5min from train station.

excellent stay would go again

This is a hotel with beautiful rooms and an excellent breakfast biuffet Several of the staff were terrific but others need training. When I arrived at 12:30 I was told that I could not access my room until 2 pm. The person in front of me, told the same thing, was so furious that he threw his suitcase down. The staff communicated the sense that we were […] being disciplined rather than that there were not rooms available. What was the staff thinking? Where was their supervisor? The first morning of my stay my breakfast setting was cleared Twice before I could finish. That was due to lack of training. My pet peeve: I spent a half- hour trying to find the hotel: Friedrichstrasse is a great addres but the hotel is not there so they should be honest. The hotel is new and everything is in tip-top condition. Room was clean and quiet. Location is great within walking distance from main attractions and right next door (literally) to main rail/metro hub making transfer to airport as well as getting around town very easy/convenient .

The hotel was newly opened and: My room was not ready even though I had booked for the previous night and the current night. When I did finally get a room there were 2 TVs but no remote controls. Internet was one of the reasons I booked the hotel but it was not working. The drain for the tub/shower did not drain properly. Front desk staff was very […] nice but inexperienced and very slow. Dit hotel bevindt zich op de ideale plek in Berlijn. Je stapt de deur uit en je bent in DE winkelstraat van Berlijn, restaurants zijn er volop in de buurt en je kunt heerlijk (en goedkoop) ontbijten of een broodje halen bij back WERK. We hebben in het hotel daarom niet ontbeten, en ook verder niet gegeten, en dat geldt volgens mij voor veel gasten. […] Binnen 15 minuten ben je te voet bij de Brandenburger Tor, en de rivier de Spree is dichtbij. Ook de U- of S-Bahn is bij het hotel. Handig!! Dit hotel is anders dan andere hotels, je kijkt namelijk direct vanuit je hotelkamer in de lobby. Kamers zijn stil, je hoort wel de airco. Jammer was dat er maar een paar zenders waren op de televisie. Doordat het hotel Spaans is, zijn er veel Spanjaarden in het hotel, en bijvoorbeeld weinig Nederlanders. Het hotelpersoneel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik (en mijn dochter van 8 jaar) zouden er een volgende keer zo weer naar toe gaan. Devamı

Hotellet er ren luksus til rimelige penge. personalet meget serviceminded og hjælpsomme. rigtig fin morgenmad. Værelset perfekt, med god plads på badeværelset og gode senge. ingen støj. Mange spændende turistoplevelser i nærheden af hotellet. Vores formål med opholdet var primært deltagelse i Berlin ½ maraton og her var både beliggenhed og morgenmadsbuffet […] yderst perfekt. Mycket fräscht hotell. Första gången bilderna på rummet motsvararade verkligheten. Nära till det mesta och supernära tågstationen som man märkligt nog inte hörde någonting av inne på hotellet! Enda nackdelen ( om det nu är en nackdel) var att frukosten var väldigt dyr - mycket mer prisvärt att äta frukost på en av de många ställena precis runt hörnet. […] Ett tips också är att de är fri parkering på söndagar på gatorna i Berlin! Vi var där en påskhelg och betalade endast för lördagen! Fri internetuppkoppling. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell både om ni är där i affärer eller nöje. Devamı

Vi havde et par overnatninger i forbindelse med inline skating - Berlin ½ marathon og hotellets komfort og beliggenhed var perfekt, både for vores egentlige formål, men også for vores turistmæssige oplevelser fra Berlin. Vi vil givet bruge hotellet igen. Morgenmaden var perfekt. Bøf restauranten på hjørnet er sublim - hvis du er til store gode bøffer […] - tak til anden gæst for anbefalingen. mvh inlinerne Næstved Området byder på mange spændende oplevelser både for øjet og for appetitten. Hotel novo, com um hall muito agradável. Atendimento excelente e localização estratégica para acesso aos meios de transporte. A rua é muito agradável com lojas muito interessantes.

Bem localizado, próximo a Estação de trens e metro, além de Alexanderplatz. Staff muito cortes, excelente atendimento.

Fantastisk sentral beliggenhet, ifht butikker, restauranter tog og bane ekstremt nært. Ingen trafikkstøy Hotellet hadde en flott frokost med et variert utvalg. I resepsjonen fikk vi god veiledning til restauranter og behjelpelig med reservasjon og kart med beskrivelse. Dette hotellet vil jeg bo på neste gang jeg besøker Berlin

駅に隣接しているが騒音はなく、快適に過ごすことができた。ホテルの近くには店がたくさんあり、買い物にも便利。また博物館島にも徒歩8分で移動でき、少し疲れたらホテルに戻り休むこともできた。 フロントは私はつたない英語も通じて、親切に接してくれた。ちょっと奥まった位置にあるので、タクシーのドライバーに地図と住所を見せたほうがいい。

Bøfrestauranten på hjørnet er - hvis man kan lide oksekød - rigtig god. Ved ankomst til hotel i bil kan med fordel køres til Planckstrasse, hvor nedkørsel til P-kælder er.

Einige vorhandene Bewertungen lesen sich so, als wäre der Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen, da kein deutschsprachiges Personal vorhanden, die Sauberkeit zu Wünschen lässt und der Lärm der S-Bahn deutlich zu hören wäre. Mag ja sein, dass es im Hotel Startschwierigkeiten gab. Beim Aufenthalt Ende September konnte ich diese jedoch nicht nachvollziehen. Ein […] Manko gibt es jedoch, wofür das EuroStars Hotel aber wohl nichts kann: Kein Handyempfang im Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das geht für eine Business-Unterkunft eigentlich gar nicht! Frühstück habe ich übrigens im Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse günstig zu mir genommen ;-) Devamı

Hotel bellissimo, ma personale impreparato.

The hotel was clean, central, five-star, newly built. But we got a smoking room even though we ordered a non smoking room. The reception could not fix a new room when we pointed it out. And I would say it is a fundamental factor, not to have your clothes and hair smell of smoke. We will probably never live there again.
