I wouldn't recommend this hotel while the Bencoolen stop of the MRT is being constructed.

just so so , service is too few

I had a pretty long stay in this hotel for 13 nights. Generally, I would recommend if you are staying for only 1 or 2 nights anything more than that will be pretty expensive. Things good about the hotel Location The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can basically walked to many famous tourist spot. The followings are within 15 minutes: To […] the east you can find Sim Lim Square, Little India, Bugis Street, Bugis Junction To the south is City Hall (Raffles City, Suntec City, Citylink Mall) To the north is Orchard Road To the west is Clarke Quay. If you enjoy walking, this hotel is really a great place to stay. Even if you are not, the closest MRT station - Bras Basah is only 3 minutes away. But I do not recommend using this station as only the circle line (yellow) is serving it. It is deep down underground so it talks a long time to get to the platform and trains come much less frequently compare with the other lines. Instead of Bras Basah, you should just walk north to Dhoby Ghaut, which is only around 7 mins walk. Or down south to City Hall, around 10 mins walk. There is also a 24 hours food-court (and 7-11 but it is expensive) nearby so it is great. Hotel Facility The hotel itself is nothing bad. It is clean by most standard, the staffs are friendly and there isn't much noise at night unlike some other budget hotel. If you really want to stay for 1 or 2 nights, I would pretty recommend this place. Things bad about this Hotel Price I travel a lot, especially within Asia. The same price can get me a 5 star hotel in most south-east Asian countries. But this is not the hotel's problem, it is a normal price in Singapore. Next time if I am staying this long (which I will be), I will definitely just go find a share house. Construction outside the hotel Again, nothing can be done by the hotel. The hotel bencoolen 81 is very well located(2 minutes to bus stop 36 from airport direct) from the major attractations, which is the biggest advantages. otherwise it is just a place to sleep, nothing more. bagage needs to be carried over the bed to find a space.watercooker and complimentary coffee and tee and water and internet.at the moment the whole […] bencoolen street is under construction. the hotel staff is not very well oriented about how to get around. Probably it was a case of wrong timing.The hotel is conveniently located at the center of SG.Orchard is within walking distance as well as Dholby Ghaut MTR station..Price is acceptable.However,an ongoing construction fronting the hotel ruined my planned rest coming from Melbourne,Australia enroute Manila..Service leaves a lot to be desired.Hotel staff […] did not even bother to assist in getting a cab for me going to the airport.With construction ongoing I will not recommend it to my friends and business associates. Construction outside. Noise and unconvenience caused.

Probably the easiest way to get there is to take a Metro at Airport, change at Tanah Merah, change at Paya Lebar and get down at Dhobi Ghaut. You can walk down from there if you exit in a right way. We followed google maps and were suggested to get down at City Hall, from where it was quite a distance, especially with luggage and a baby.

Sure Singapore is expensive, but paying this much for the low standard of this hotel is rediculous. The standrad is lower than some of the backpacker-hotels we have visited - cigaret burns in the bathroom, a bathroom-celing about to fall down, old and sticky vinyl on the flor etc etv. reasonable friendly staff, plenty of room for improvemnt..maybe what u get for a budget price...can not expect for more..u wont get surprised. on going construction work in front did not help at all.

Staff was friendly, but the inside of the hotel just looks dirty and worn down.... water didnt drain well in the sink... rooms ( yes, we had 3 different rooms in this hotel due to problems ) were all very small... but the MOST ANNOYING THING about this hotel is that if you are near the 14th floor, there is some sort of generator that runs 24-7, and […] turns off then on then off... very very loud.... impossible for me to sleep ( if you arent a light sleeper, maybe its ok for you ) Devamı

THE TEL OPERATOR WAS VERY FAST AND NICE

For the amount of $ we were paying, this hotel's room were sooooo tiny, we wished we had traveled with a much smaller suitcase. We all know Singapore is an expensive place to visit & stay, however, if Hotel.com had provided a more factual description about the condition of this hotel, we would had paid a few extra $ and get us a much better room with […] services. The only thing is the parking lots is really small.It's quite hard for us with MPV to park inside.

The hotewl is OK for the price. But the bed with its plastic covered mattress(!) is a bit uncomfortable! There is no breakfast room, but diagonally across the street there is a 24h local foodcourt. 1) As soon as we checked in, there were 2 nuisance calls. At first the workers seemed nice and friendly until we had issues. We complained that we did not have hot water and the manager didnt seem too concerned, said he'll see what he can do to make sure it's working for the next customers. the room was dirty. there were little bugs crawling around and it was disgusting. The fridge had dirt in it.

Staff was not very friendly, bed were horrible. Better. To sleep. On the floor., local calls. And wifi. Cost money. , I personally. Will never book this hotel. Ever again., apparently. Whoever. Gave this hotel two stars. Was. Homeless. Or stupid

My first time visit to Singapore was not as I have expected. Thanks to Hotel 81 Bencoolen, the first time impression was great! I had never thought that a two-star rated hotel could be as comfy as at home. Congratulations!

곰팡이 냄세가 온 방과 로비부터 장난아님.위치는 좋으나 주변이 공사중이라 택시도 바로 앞까지 못가는 현상태 인도사람들이 거이 대부분인것같은 느낌....청결상태도 아주 별로임...싱가폴치고 가격은 적당하지만 딴호텔가는것이 낳을듯

初めての宿泊人へのホテルのインフォメーションが無く、チェックアウトのタイミングも不明です。 テレビの操作方法も案内なし、」 シャワーの温度上昇に対する、時間の情報もなく、シャワー使用までの時間表示が欲しいです。 室内にゴミが放置されていて（ロッカールーム）無神経である。 室内にスリッパがなく、靴での移動は不愉快、もう少しホテルらしさが、ほしい。

Aucune insonorisation dans la chambre, beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs, toilettes du 2ème inutilisables de par leur saleté, chambres louées apparemment à l'heure d'où passages fréquents d'usagers et nuisances sonores. 位置不错，周边购物及吃饭也方便。

Conforme au prix

立地は良く利便性は良いです。窓もありましたよ。但し水周りのメンテナンスはあまりされていないうえにエアコンの音はかなりします。極めつけはコンセントの穴から蟻のような小さな虫が何匹も出入りしていました。今回フライトが早かった為に寝るだけなので価格重視で滞在しました。

房间噪音大。卫生太差。不会再住。

物超所值經濟又實惠的飯店 想到新加坡的人可以考慮這一間飯店喔

Olidlig ljudnivå på AC:n, det droppade vatten från taket i badrummet och frukostbuffén var en påse från McDonalds som levererades till rummet utan att vi fick möjlighet att påverka tidpunkt eller innehåll.

Väldigt slitet hotell, oengagerad pesonal. Lyhört!

Hotel 81 Bencoolen 靠近地鐵，附近有許多餐飲店及7-11，交通及飲食皆方便。 但因飯店前馬路整修，故要仔細尋找才不會錯過。 提供無線網路非常方便，請記得要跟櫃台索取帳號密碼，不會主動提供。

酒店位置不错，但是房间设施比较简单，有点旧。
