Stayed at the Two Trees in for one night. Checkin was quick-I suggest using the 15 minute parking area for registration because the parking lot is huge and if its full and you may end up lugging your stuff a good distance! The room was nice, very spacious however it was a bit dark even with all of the lights on. The bathroom was also very spacious and […] the water pressure in the shower was ok. What bothered me about the room is there is no place to get ready for a night out except for the bathroom, which could be problematic with more than one person. There was a table/chair with no mirror on one side of the room, and a full length mirror with no lighting, no electrical outlet and no place to set anything down on the other side of the room. I did experience a problem with the electrical outlets in the bathroom. Neither one worked. I tried resetting them, I tried my hair dryer, my hair straightener, my friends straightener, and the hair dryer that was hardwired to the wall and none of them worked. Called the front desk, they said theyd send someone. 20 minutes later called back, they said theyd connect me to housekeeping, and the connected me to what I was told was the reservations desk. Told them what my issue was, and that I was getting impatient, and they said theyd send someone from housekeeping to bring me another hairdryer (meanwhile the problem was the outlets, not the hair dryer) I went back into the bathroom and continued to fiddle with my appliances, got my hair dryer to work (only on the cool settling) the hair dryer in the bathroom still didn’t work, my hair straightener worked on one outlet, so someone must have switched something on. 5 minutes later 2 maintenance guys came to make sure everything was working. So the whole ordeal took about 40 minutes which I was not prepared to lose before going to dinner. We were happy to have the complimentary shuttle to the casino. I truly enjoyed my stay, my only disappointment was lack of a business center also a fridge for my meds would have been a great help.

Two Trees is very near all the casinos at Foxwoods, and if you want to leave your car at the hotel (free parking), you can take a shuttle bus, which runs usually every ten minutes. Rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and there are several eating options: at the hotel, or many choices at the casinos.

non smoking room smelled smokey. other then that very nice.

the front desk agent Erien that her name need to learn customer service and need to learn how to smile and how to greet the customer and....etc. I think that they need to learn about the customer xervice

the room was not clean when i told the house keeper she just smile at me and no tissues no bathroom-tissue had to go get some we like fox-wood and had a good time but will stay somewhere else

Our stay at Two Trees was very enjoyable. Excellent room at a reasonable rate with very good service and food. Shuttle to casino prompt and pleasent.

I checked in the Tuesday after Irene churned through. The entire Foxwoods resort was 99.9% operational! Exceptional, especially since the surrounding areas were still blacked out when I left two days later. Also, it's close to the Rhode Island beaches and Mystic, CT. Lots to do is close by!

This was our first stay at the Two Trees Inn. The receptionist at the front desk was wonderful. We were disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for repairs during our visit. Even though we were invited to swim at other locations, we did not want to travel from hotel to hotel to swim. The shuttle service to the various casinos was great! We were […] very concerned about the lack of security at the hotel. During our stay we were told that it would be necessary to use our room key to get into the AB entrance. However, this door was not secure each time we returned to our room, even at 12:30 AM. We felt that this type of repair should have been made immediately. Great stay! Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the casino and museum were both within a short walk or complimentary shuttle ride away. We had a blast here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The Jr. Suite at Two Trees Inn was just the right size for my husband Daughter and me. We all had enough room and the fact that there was a pull-out couch and extra T.V. in the sitting area worked out great for my daughter who wanted her own space. We travel the world and haev slept everywhere. Expectations are never high but even low expectations were not met here by the staff. Check in took over 20 minutes with 2 staff and prepaid reservations and no other customers. Dinner was extremely costly and they sat a table of 20 really really loud people next to us few small tables with couples quietly […] having dinner even though there was abundant space on the other side of the room. We and 4 other tables had to leave before desert to avoid screaming at each other for conversation. Needed an extra pillow in the room and they made us sign for it (never ever been asked to do this before) and acted as if it was a real problem.. We usually never complain...and did not to them...we just smile, bite our tongues but never return. Next time i will pay an extra few dollars and stay across the road at MGM. Devamı

hotel room was okay very uncomfortable sleeping, very noisy i guess was to be expected....

Excellent room and service, 24 hr. shuttle. Great location. very comfortable.

I stayed at Two Trees for the weekend to have an extended family gathering. The staff dropped the ball a few times: such as checking me in only to lead me to a room still being serviced, and not having any suggestions when someone in my group requested babysitting. The room itself was clean but old and shabby: for instance, the curtain hem was falling […] down, and the bathroom tiles were cracked. The shower curtain was brown, so when I pulled the curtain closed to use the shower, I was in the dark. You'd think a hotel would get the shower curtain right, when there's no light above the tub. The noise of drunken partyers was a problem at night. The fitness room was well-appointed, but it had no ventilation, no fan, no air conditioning. Its location off the pool area meant it was warm and humid, not comfortable at all. On the plus side, the restaurant, The Grill, was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and service was good.Its an old hotel but they did keep it up for the 1st hotel the casino had. Weekend breakfast was limited but they did have a buffet if you like them. Food was o.k. NO safes or any place to lock up your stuff. (like poker chips) Only a 5 minute walk to the casino. Did have a shuttle and we did not wait more than 5 […] minutes. Maybe the timing was right. I would stay here again as I am picky for hotels. One thing is I did hit a JACKPOT on a dollar slot. VERY WELL WORTH IT OVER ALL. Devamı

Very clean and comfortable. Hotel people were very pleasant and helpful. Only concern was the other occupants in other rooms were very noisy late at night. Especially walking down the hallway laughing and speaking loudly. I was awakened several times due to occupant noise.

the only problem i had was when you opened the telivision doors there was no room to go to the other side of the room

Awesome place to stay and rite next to Foxwoods and MGM Foxwoods Casino .
