The entire staff was fantastic and the property was perfect. It was removed from the hustle and bustle of Ubud so it was very peaceful. We especially enjoyed the various areas of the resort including the main area with the infinity pool and the artwork found all over the property. A real gem and highly recommended.

The room is unbelievably large and well appointed- and we stayed in the smallest one! The service is excellent.The sound of the flowing stream, the wall of green outside the balcony, the sumptous, four-poster bed- all of it was a joy. This is not a hotel - this is a spot of heaven on earth. A handful of private villas cleverly built into the side of a beautiful rainforest gorge offering almost total privacy from each of the other villas. We stayed in their most "basic" Bima-style villa, it was vast, a huge bedroom and a large balcony overlooking the gorge onto which the local family […] of monkeys would descend in the mornings and peer through the windows to see if we'd woken up. The staff were superb as was the food (reasonable priced for the international traveller but towards the higher end by Indonesian standards though still comparable to prices in other local restaurants). In front of the main restaurant area is an open air infinity pool where you can relax whilst looking over the stunning hillside. Obviously to get this fabulous location is it out of town - Ubud is around 10-15 minutes away by car, a complementary shuttle service is provided twice a day in each direction (10am and 3pm to Ubud and 4pm and 9pm back) the only improvement I could have suggested is extra shuttles, perhaps one going into Ubud at 8pm (since generally the car is going in to pick up anyone returning at 9pm anyway). Overall, I couldn't recommend Alam Ubud enough - you'll just have to go there and experience this wonderful place for yourself (and believe me you really should)!!!! Devamı

A delightful small villa style hotel in a lovely and peaceful setting. Our villa (Drupadi 1) was very private and extremely comfortable with great views. The setting of the pool down by the river was magical, despite the 200 steps that had to be negotiated. The restaurant was ok, rather than brilliant. Our only problem was in checking out, when their […] card facilities would only accept rupiahs. This did cause some issues, but not enough to take the gloss off a wonderful six days. We were there with our 16 year old son who also enjoyed Alam Ubud greatly. We would be very pleased to stay there again and would recommend it to others. We had nice and pleasent stay at Alam Ubud Villa. Good speed internet and all needed for living in the room. Towels were smelling like flowers. Only thing what I was suprised in breakfest that they brought us desert before the omlettes, but it was ok, cause that was delicious.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely peaceful valley away from the surprisingly busy tourist hotspot of Ubud. Great pool. Restaurant food excellent, even if menu a little limited - wouldn't eat there too much as you'd end up repeating. Only issues is taxi driver had trouble finding it - print your own map or tag it on a cached map on your phone/iPad. Also the […] music they played in the lobby/restaurant seem to just be one annoying local tune on constant repeat - please change or vary this! Don't go if you canthandle steps - it is on a steep valley, and the lower villas therefore require a fair bit of step climbing to get to the lobby/restaurant! Devamı

I booked a discount package with the villa bima, when I landed I was upgraded to the villa Arjuna, the one with private swimming pool!!!! How nice r they~~~. Well, I enjoyed my stay there, it's very relaxing,I woke up every morning with birds singing. Also, the view is wonderful either from my room, the two swiming pools or from the resting booth outside […] the restaurant. overall, The villa is clean and comfortable, all staff are friendly and fast react to any request. I would definitely recommend if you want to get away from the city life, and just relax, enjoy some quiet days. The only let down is that the room has a bit damp smell. I was prepared for that, given the location of the resort is on a hill, however, it would be more pleasant if the resort could figure out a way to eliminate that smell. Devamı

We stayed here for 5 nights, & were left feeling a little disappointed. While the staff are fantastic, the hotel markets itself quite high end. It was built in1980 &, while being upgraded, is showing it`s age. The rooms, while comfortable, have that old, musty smell. The views from the balcony, of the forrest, are magnificent though. There are a lot […] of quite steep steps, which may be a problem for those with health isssues. If your plan is to stay at the hotel & enjoy the isolation, then you will enjoy the location. But if you plan on going to Ubud regularly, be aware the hotel is a good 5kms away, most taxi drivers aren`t sure of it`s location, & the hotel only provides 3 shuttles per day. Alum Ubud Culture Villas certainly live up to their name. It truly is a little piece of paradise with the villas set into the side of eco friendly lush tropical gardens with the gentle sound of the creek below. The service was exceptional and we were greeted with a wonderful foot spa of frangipani flowers and red geraniums and a welcome lemon grass […] and ginger fruit punch. Essential oils were burning in our room when we arrived with a bath filled with red geraniums flowers. In the centre of our room was the trunk of a Jack Fruit tree (top was flowering on the ground above the villa) with Jack fruit hanging in abundance from the bark. It was simply outstanding service and we shall certainly return. On arrival we investigated the resort and walked down a number of steps to the natural spring pool and spa area overlooking the established rain forrest to the tranquail sound of the creek below. In every nook and cranny there were Hindu artifacts of stone gods which set the special spiritual nature of the place. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful (despite our very poor attempt at Balinese). I would highly recommend a visit. Devamı

Alam means natural and this hotel is set in one of the most beautiful natural settings I have seen. The villas are set into the side of the hill running down to the river . Amazing hotel with very qualified personal. I rent a bike there and it was new. The hotel has beautiful pool with clean water. 3 nights from 1st Nov 2011 We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! This hotel is set amongst rice fields and small villages with some spectacular views, especially from our room (Villa Kunti). It is built on the side of a steep hill which ends with a river at the bottom. The gentle sound of the river is immediately relaxing and they have taken great steps […] to fight against the damp conditions. Similar hotels suffer with that awful 'musty' smell, but we didn't experience it here and it was the start of the rainy season too!! Alam Ubud is relatively new and they are expanding already by building a terrace down by the river. Some visitors will not enjoy seeing the work being done but it didn't affect us in any way for 2 reasons: 1. It's right at the bottom of a forested hill so you have to physically walk down several flights of steps to even see it! 2. The rooms here are spectacular. On holiday I love to explore the surrounding villlages and countryside, but here I could honestly have stayed in our room for the entire 3 days! More positives: A warm welcome on arrival was really appreciated after 16 hrs travelling. The fast and polite service: Most things I phoned reception for were delivered within 2 mins!! Excellent massages! On departure I did was asked how the hotel could improve so watch out for these: More towels and bigger ones please More places to hang wet towels Nicer smelling shower gel I would recommend a stay here. We had a great stay at Alam Ubud Villas! Everything was superb. The only inconveneince was they spoilt my T-shirt while pressing it. But I got a compensation for that. Ubud is pretty far from the place but hotel provides shuttle bus to go there and back twice a day. And missing the bus is not a problem - you can take taxi at only $3-4 one way.

We stayed in Alam Ubud for 5 nights with our 10 months baby. Service is very good nevertheless the hotel is quite far from Ubud and the shuttle bus is only twice a day (10am and 3pm). Restaurant is very good but expensive and there is no alternative around the hotel. Moreover, there is no much choice in the menu. The hotel environnement is very nice […] but some rooms are located at the bottom of the hill so it is quite tough to come back to the lobby. The room Bima 9 is the only bima room at the top of the hill. Just before the hotel, you can find some painting classes balinese traditional modern style at I Made Arka's house. I loved my stay in Alam Ubud. i think it deserves much more attention. Although i was quite sceptical at first as we arrived very late at night. None of the taxi drivers heard of the hotel nor know about it. Even looking at the address and map it did not help. But we called the hotel and they explained to taxi driver. the hotel is very far away from […] ubud center, and it is off the main road, have to drive up this narrow road into the villages. We were very skeptical at first. When we arrived, the lobby seems very simple, and we were very worried. They took us down to our suite. And oh my, that is when we realized maybe we have chose the right place. it was very pretty. although it is definately not modern but teh suit was amazing. We had our little villa downstairs away from other villas. The bed was huge with a mosquito net, but was a lovely huge bed with 4 pillars. There is a cupboard for amenities on side with TV and a lovely sofa. there is balcony, and it is not a small balcony. With two chairs, a table and a sofa bed. Lovely to chill outside in morning and afternoon. iw ouldnt recommend at night though, so much mosquitos. our bed was very comfy and the mosquito net was very useful as it parted me and the insects. as it is very near lake and near the nature, there will be ALOT of insects so do expect that. i found cockroaches, moths, lots of mosquitos. the bathtub was huge and it is afcing teh bed. although there is a glass door/long window to seperate the two. One problem was, The hot water runs out quite quickly and not even half a tbub. So even if teh bathtub is nice, not much use, I cant hav a decent bath. Although after few days they helped us to fix the prob, it took alot of time and hassle. The conw as the location. it is really a hassle to get to the city center. they do provide free shuttle service to city center. they told us soem time they could take us, but as not much people staying at Alam Ubud, they managed take us down when we needed. Spent 3 nights there last August, It was a real pleasure. The staff is great; the location is in the middle of the jungle, so if you are looking for a "retreat" it is the perfect spot; the pool is far more better that what you expect with the photos; the restaurant at the hotel is expensive compare to what you can find in Ubud, but you have to pay for […] the location as well, the menu is too limited and the quality is ok. The only problem is mosquitos !!! Because of the location, there are many mosquitos, so do not be afraid if you are coming back to your room and you find dead mosquitos ion the bed or on the floor. During these 3 days I did not get stung by any of them. Other problem the wifi is not always available in the villa. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are not afraid of dead mosquitos. I had the chance of staying for only 1 night in Alam Ubud (coming from a yoga retreat in Pacung and flying out the next day for Jakarta) but the experience was fantastic! Though it is off the main road in Tegalalang, they have a free shuttle to bring you there for the artists' shops. But it's location for me was a dream! Hidden well among rice paddies and overlooking a river, it was a nice and quiet location so perfect for a honeymoon or a really restful vacation! I promise to return, this time with my husband! 酒店位于山林中，附近有个村落。离机场有两个半小时的车程，距离UBUD20分钟车程。适合追求巴厘岛田园风光的游客。这里远离市区，所有用餐只能在酒店内，当然价格稍贵。只是入住的时候，酒店说他们的系统出了问题，酒店超额预订，我们本来定了三个晚上，只是让我们住一个晚上，第二天让我们搬到其他酒店，我们没有同意，他们帮我们安排了其他的房型，多了一个泳池，但是房间比以前的预订小了很多，其实我也没有在意。但是最后一晚，工作人员又让我搬到其他的房间，我当然很生气，那个经理还以为我不知道他们换了房型，其实预订很清楚，我表示了不满，那个经理安排了三个人的免费按摩作为补偿。不过酒店值得推荐，如果你想体验巴厘岛的乡村生活。

我們這次是家庭旅遊去住三房villa,晚上看完烏布皇宮表演回來後要洗澡才發現沒有熱水,他們弄了很久還是沒有熱水,當晚飯店經理給了我們另外三間兩人房的villa,不過那時候真的很晚了,走到其他villa要一段路而且路也蠻暗的只好作罷...帶著小孩洗了冷水澡,隔天早上就有熱水了~~~除此之外這家villa服務算是好的,為了熱水的事不斷道歉跟給了三個人30分鐘的免費按摩,加上他外面的梯田風景還不錯,騎腳踏車真的很愜意,環境很舒適所以我還是給他好評價~~~到烏布的接駁車有時間跟班次限制,時間之外要收費,請注意~~

这个酒店位于山谷中，晚上可以听着泉水声入眠，特别享受。空气很新鲜，湿度大。有个漂亮的小泳池，旁边就是餐厅，游泳休闲很好，叫东西吃特方便，还不算贵。最好的是服务态度，住了4个晚上，感觉很贴心。最后一天我们要赶早上的飞机，凌晨3点45出发。酒店免费送我们去机场，驾驶员早早就等在那里，非常敬业；还有2名服务人员守着，给我们做好早饭，打好包方便我们带去机场吃，很感动。

2012年12月に4泊しました。 2010年に開業したばかりなのでとても綺麗です。 全部で14のビラしかないので、とても静かに過ごせることができました。 部屋は無料でアップグレードしてくれたので、プライベートプールとプライベートスパスペースが あり、とても良かったです。 3泊以上は60分のマッサージ（30ドル／人）が1回無料になるとのこと。 その他のスパの値段も他のホテルのスパと比べると20～30％は安いとおもいます。 朝食はバイキングではなく、オーダー制です。朝食付きのプランの場合はいくらオーダーしても 無料ですし、部屋での朝食も無料で可能です。 ランドリーも1泊につき3点までは無料。 静かな高級ホテルでゆっくりするのが好きな方にはとにかくお勧めです。

ウブドの町から車で20分程度とアクセスは若干不便。それでも、山間の静かな環境、川沿いの斜面に建てられた各ヴィラとそ通路が作り出す小さな迷路のような非日常感等々、町から離れて滞在する価値はあると思います。 料理はバリスタイルのものをいくつか頂きましたがおいしかったです。 レストラン脇のプールでは、山の景色を十分に味わいながら、プールサイドでのんびりするもよし泳ぐもよしで、素晴らしかったです。川沿いにも別のプールがあります。 施設は全体的に若干くたびれた印象がありますが清潔感はあります。今回Villa bimaをとりましたが、私が宿泊したヴィラは給湯設備にちょっと問題があって、お湯が出ないことがあったのが残念でした。ホテルに一応コメントしておきました。 アメニティが少し分かりにくいですが […] 、バスジェルは浴槽、シャンプーはシャワーブース、ローションは洗面所にそれぞれ小瓶がおいてあります。 Devamı

部屋のクリーニングが明日、夕に２回、ランドリーら１日３点まで無料など 細やかなサービスがあり大変満足です。 Ubud中心まで１日２回の送迎があり、既定の時間以外では10ドルで送迎が可能と大変便利です。 これと言った不満も無く、本当に素晴らしいホテルです。 子供のいる方はプール付の部屋が良いのではないでしょうか？

ウブドから車で15分ほど離れた場所にあるので、のんびりしたい方向けです。部屋は清潔で、インテリアもセンス良く感じました。ウブド中心部への無料シャトルが、ホテル発10:00と15:00、迎えの中心部発が16:00と21:00とのことでした。ウブドの芸能はたいてい21:00までと予定されていても、少し早く終わるようでしたので、迎えのピックアップ場所のウブド宮殿横からそんなに遠い場所で鑑賞していなければ間に合うと思います。その場合、芸能が始まる前に夕食は済ませるべきでしょう。ホテルの周辺にはレストランなどは無いので（ルームサービスは美味ですが高いです）。時間外は1回10ドル以内で好きな時間に送迎してくれます。欲を言うと、もう少し無料シャトルの回数を増やしてほしいところです。バスタブとシャワーは別で […] すが、バスタブにお湯をためて入ってから、シャワーを浴びようとすると、お湯がほとんど出ず寒かったです。バスタブを使用する場合、シャワーは朝に浴びるなどしたほうが良いと思います。夜は蚊が入ってくる可能性があるので、蚊帳は使用したほうが良いでしょう。ランドリーサービスは、1日1部屋3点までは無料でした。ホテルのプールは大変見晴が良く、清潔感もあり最高でした。泊まったヴィラにプライベートプールは無かったですが、9月ということもあり、シーズンも少し落ち着いていたのか、宿泊客は多くなく、ホテルのプールもプライベート感覚で使用できました。バリ到着後、すぐにこのホテルで2泊しました。エクスペディアでは空港送迎無料となっていましたが、事前にホテルに直接問い合わせてみると、無料送迎は3泊以上からとのことでした。空港からホテルまで片道25ドルでした。高くはないと思います。総合すると、とてもよいヴィラでした。 Devamı

hotel récent, superbe. L'hotel est dans une ravine avec torrent et jungle très au calme dans un environnement de rizières. C'est sauvage et superbe. Beaucoup plus calme qu'a Ubud qui donne un peu une impression de surpopulation. personnel adorable et serviable. On ne va donc en dire que du bien...

ロビーを抜けると、目前はジャングルでした。 真っ暗な静寂の中に「何か」の声が聞こえ、川の音が、心地よく染み渡ります。 その真っ只中に、体を委ねてゆったりと波に揺られたい、泳ぎたい・・そう願っていたのに睡魔に襲われ夢は叶えられませんでした・・・・。 それだけが心残りです。 ホテルの部屋は申し分なく綺麗で、フラワーバスだったのがすごく嬉しかったです。 1人で泊まるにはもったいないくらい部屋も広く、憧れのヴィラもあり最高でした。 大自然の中ほぼ貸切状態でプールに入り一人の時間を満喫できれたのもよかった・・・。 真下は川なので、流れる水の音がBGMのようです。 スタッフの方々も、気配りができて、大変良かったです。 もっと滞在したかった。自然の隠れ家のような大変素晴らしいおすすめしたいホテルです […] 。 注意・・アメニティの歯磨きセットの歯ブラシはあまりおすすめしないので持参しましょう。 1人旅の方は、タクシーよりも、ツアーに頼んで車をチャーターしたほうがいいですよ。（ホテルまで送迎してもらえると尚よいです） Devamı

敷地の中を小川が流れているホテルを探してアラム・ウブドにしました。結果は大満足でした。 ”アラム”とは、”自然”という意味だそうです。 渓谷の斜面を下って部屋に案内されて驚いたのは、部屋の中央を木が貫通している。しかも実が成っている。 ジャックフルーツの木だそうです。毎朝目が覚めるとジャックフルーツの実とご対面です。 場所はウブド中心部よりかなり距離があります。周りには田んぼと渓谷、小さな村以外なにもありません。ホテルからウブド中心部へ行くにはシャトル便か車をチャーターするしかありません。 自転車もありますが、ウブド間を周遊するには４時間がかかるそうです。でも次回は自転車でウブド往復したいと感じました。ウブド周辺の道路沿いには様々な面白い物品が陳列されてますが、車だと速過ぎてよく見れない、か […] と言って一々止まるわけにも行かないので自転車が最適かな。 なんと周りの水田では、夜になると蛍が飛び交っていました。 朝食の時、レストラン前のプールでは、ツバメ達が水面をかすめて水を飲んで行きます。 小川だと思っていた谷底の川は立派な渓谷で勢い良く流れてました。川に近いVillaでは音が煩いかも。 ホテルのスタッフにはとても好感を持てました。特に英語が不得意な日本人客へ対応するために基本的なホテル用語の日本語表現を教わろうと努力するところなど好印象です。 日中は、ほとんどカーチャーターで外出していましたが、一日くらいホテルで寛ぐのも良かったかな。 まだ客を泊め始めて1年半とのことで、荒削りなところもありますが、とても良いVillaだと思いました。 このレビューを読んでジャックフルーツの部屋に憧れた人に、一点注意点があります。 この部屋の上が電気カートの停車場になっていて、時々自然以外の音がするのが残念だったので部屋の快適度を４にしました。 以上のように、街の喧騒から無縁の自然の中で寛ぎたいという人にはお勧めのVillaです。 Devamı

Nice hotel, we got upgrade room and good service. We were at the low season, so not so many guests at hotel and transfer to Ubud was perfekt

とても静かな場所で、本当の意味で自然に溶け込めるようなホテルでした。日本語は通じないながらにも、一生懸命にコミュニケーションをとろうと奮闘してくれる親切なSTAFFさんばかりでした。日にちをたくさん取ったほうがここのホテルのすばらしさを実感できるとおもいます。空港から離れているので、移動時間は１時間半くらいはかかりますが。。。ほんとにゆっくりと過ごしたい方には、贅沢すぎるホテルだとおもいます。
