Myself and my brother stayed for one night while over for a utd match, we could not fault any aspect of the hotel nice big room, clean and tidy, staff were lovely we ate in the bar before we left for the match and again on return the food was lovely and well priced. The only slight down side was that our room was close to the motorway and there was […] a bit of road noise but we soon got to sleep, i wanted to be close to the motor way for ease of access so it was only a small thing. A car is required as it is out of town there are buses at airport though. Overall well priced, good value and we will stay there again and would recomend it to any groups ie family, couples Devamı

The hotel is located near the airport, but will cost you £6 for taxi to and from airport. Before booking to a hotel of same category, you must include the costs of taxis. There is other hotels with own transport in hsame area but price of stay is higher. Restaurant food good. Early continental breakfast was one of the worst I had. Just croissants, jams, […] tea and coffee. No yogurt, juices or toast were available. Cleanliness was very good. Will return if neighbour hotels are a lot higher in price including transport. Devamı

We walked into our room and I said, "WOW!". We were on our last night in England, and the hotel we had been at the previous nights was an economy-type place. Considering how great the room was and how close to the airport the hotel is, the rate was very reasonable. I believe that when we go to Europe again, we'll be staying only at Premier Inns!!

Before you read this review, please read the previous one from from our stay Feb 21 which is important in order to understand this one. After our holiday in Yorkshire we returned to The Premier Inn for an overnight stay before our early-morning flight back to Sweden. Instead of being greated by the charming and helpful young gentleman, we were greeted […] by a sour-faced woman who didn't seem to want to be there at all. The check-in was quick and painless and we were sent to a room on the second floor, this time. Instead of the immaculately clean and newly refurbished room, we were met by dirty, tattered wallpaper and an absolutely filthy carpet. The bed was the same, firm mattress, but the cover on on of the pillow cases was stained. The bathroom was also dirty and the floor had cigarette burn marks or some other kind of black stains and there was hair in the shower pod. We did not sleep much that night because the heating/cooling system made a terrible noise and if we turned it off to open the window we could hear the planes taking off and landing. The breakfast buffet was just as wonderful and it was easy to get the shuttle back to the aiport. A WORD TO FELLOW TRAVELLERS... This hotel has its very good and very bad rooms. Make sure you check out the room first before accepting it, just to make sure of the quality and cleanliness you are getting. A WORD TO THE MANAGER AT PREMIER INN MANCHESTER AIRPORT... We stayed one night at the Premier Inn Manchester Airport to enable taking an early train to Yorkshire the next morning. The gentleman who met us at the door was extremely friendly and checkin only took a few minutes. We were able to book a table at the restaurant and chose the "meal deal" for £22 which gave us many choices from the à la carte menu […] + the breakfast buffet the next day. THE ROOM This (4th floor) was probably the largest room we've ever experienced in Britain. It was decorated in cream/aubergine and with simple oak furnishings. The floor was carpeted with an aubergine mix and the carpet was very clean.The room was well-planned and had ample sotrage space. There was a flat-screened tv across from the bed and coffe-tea making fixings. The divet was fluffy and comfortable and there were 4 large pillows on the king-sized bed. The only comment could make would be that the bed was a bit firm for me, but my husband loved it! A little irritation was when we could not find any information as to how to fix a wake-up call in the morning. Please ask at the front desk for the slip of paper with this information. THE BATHROOM An unusual, but very pratical solution with the toilet and a "pod" shower in one room and then the sink and very large mirror in the bedroom. All very modern and all very clean.The water pressure was good and we enjoyed a good hot shower in the morning! THE RESTAURANT As I mentioned before, we got the "meal deal" for £22 and a reserved table in the restaurant, which was jammed full that evening. We really enjoyed ourselves and the place was filled with happy guests (probably all on their way somewhere) who seemd very satisfied with their food/drink. Our waitress was young, but very professional. There were so many choices (3-course meal) on the menu that it was difficult to choose. The portions were quite large and the food tasty. Arrived after 10.00 pm at airport, and taxi-drivers were insisting on charging far more than the hotel advised us it would cost - so we rang hotel and they sent a taxi firm that charged normal price - also used this firm for return to airport next day - cheaper than the airport bus (if more than one person). Hotel room was large and comfortable, ideal […] for what we wanted (a night's sleep). Wonderful. Highly recommend. Lovely furnished rooms, good atmosphere throughout the hotel. Excellent shower too! Definately worth money for the quality of the rooms decore & hotel in general. This hotel is SO close to the airport. Less than a 10 min drive to the terminal. Recommend the shuttle bus rather than a taxi - faster, cheaper & excellent service […] (don't let anyone at reception try to persuade you to chose a taxi instead, as they almost did with us!) Clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, decent breakfast in the morning. Bathroom was a bit small but was fine for a one night stay. Overall, a good value for the money. I would stay here again.

Non smoking room was deffinitely smoking room. Very stuffy smell adheres to clothes and hair.

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast.

Clean room and facilities - good for an overnight stop prior to a flight, though three pound fee for short shuttle trip to airport was unexpected. We were a party of four with two room bookings arriving at different times. Front desk couldn't seem to organize this and we ended up being spread over three rooms. Otherwise stay was ok.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had to pay 5 English pounds per day to park that I wasn't pleased about. My Dad and I were watching a soccer game in the bar/lounge. There was one other person in the lounge and there were 5 televisions. The person working at hotel reception came over and changed our television and all of the rest to golf claiming the […] other person in the lounge with us had made a request for golf. When I asked the receptionist to leave at least one television on with the soccer he refused without giving any explanation. Clearly, we were not pleased. I ate in the hotel restaurant with the rest of my family the last night of our stay. First, we were seated, then waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. After waiting another hour for our food to arrive much of the food we had ordered was incorrect forcing us to wait a further half hour for them to get it right. When we finally got the food the quality was fair at best. Overall, it's a nice hotel with close proximity to the airport terminals. The hotel staff from my experience is absolutely weak. As my husband uses a wheelchair, it is important to us that a hotel room be large enough to maneuver the chair. Not only was the room more than adequate, the bathroom was equipped with all the grab bars one could hope for plus a roll-in shower. Although the hallways were hot, there were temperature controls in the room to adjust to our comfort. The […] road configuration close to the hotel was confusing, and I didn't know which of the two side-by-side Premier Inns was where we had the reservation, but the staff at the first graciously sent me to the other. I missed my flight so I book this hotel to stay the day and night..I had an absess tooth happen that day and my face swelled up so big..the staff got on the phone and got me connected with a dentist that day who was able to relieve the pain and get me meds to clean up infection...this staff is absolutely a terrific service team!!!!! Book this hotel

Thouroghly enjoyed my stay at premier inn. So comfortable and relaxing just what was needed before long haul flight to Las Vegas. Would highly highly HIGHLY recommend to any one who has early morning flight at manchester airport and stay out side of manchester!!!! 5*. A++++++++++++++++

The positive first; the staff is friendly and the room was clean and quiet - there's no noice worthy of mention neither from the airport nor from the adjacent motorway. The room was neat and simple - almost too simple; we missed an iron & iron board and such simple amenities like a piece of soap and shampoo and conditioner (there's a soap dispenser, […] that's all). Yet, what do you want soap for if you can't get a shower? When we tried to get a shower on Monday morning, next to no water came out. It's simply not OK! As to location, this is called an airport hotel, but it's not close to the airport. In fact, it's not close to anything. If you don't have a car, you can do a ten minute walk to the nearest bus stop or you can order a taxi (one company will take you to the airport at a fixed rate of £6). In other words, we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. But if you have a car and can do without a shower, this hotel offers a decent stay at a reasonable price. Devamı
