Too short

I chose this hotel because it was near the people we were visiting. The staff was wonderful, and it was totally a great value for the money. Good variety of food at breakfast. The kids really liked it.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location. Heard more noise from the family upstairs than I would have expected. Either the soundproofing wasn't so good or the family upstairs was particularly noisy. But otherwise a great stay!

This is the cleanest and newest hotel that I have stayed at in McAllen. Will definitely return.

When traveling for work, you always want to stay in an environment that reminds you of home. The hotel bed made that happen with its comfort and size.

stay at the hotel was very comfortable, the people there treated me were very kind, the comfort of the hotel is very good, and its location, the only recommendation I would do is to have room service, hopefully later can have a spa, massage center and sauna, but I was very at ease stay, thank you very much for your attention

I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again. It was nice and it was clean. I loved the full length mirror and the tray for the laptop.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations - I was there on business, but will certainly be back for future weekend getaways.

I traveled to McAllen to visit a very good friend of mine and a new addition to the family. The hotel was very close to the hospitall which was awesome for me since I am not from the area. El hotel esta nuevo muy limpio, cómodo y muy agradable. El desayuno bueno. Y muy bien ubicado!! Me quedaría sin duda otra vez ahí!!!!!

Me hicieron 2 cargos a mi tarjeta de credito sobre consumos que no realize, y no me resolvieron el problema.

En general es una muy buena opcion de estancia en McAllen; centrico y excelentemente bien ubicado; sin embargo es la segunda ocasion que habia obras, situacion que el ruido afecta mucho al huesped. Por otra parte recomiendo que al menos haya un par de opciones mas de platillos que es muy limitado en el desayuno.

es un excelente hotel ,amabilidad de su personal muy buena limpieza y excelente ubicacion, solo es importante que haya suficiente racion de alimentos en el desayuno buffet ya que se agotaron antes del horario establecido.

Como es un hotel nuevo esta muy conservado, las camas me encantaron, la limpieza excelente y el servicio muy bueno.

Muy grata impresion del hotel,excelente trato,limpio,equipado,bonitas habitaciones,buen desayuno,solo sugiero que los waffles en el desayuno los pongan ya echos porque se hacen largas filas para hacer un par de ellos,en general lo recomiendo ampliamente.
