Strand Hotel - Mumbai

Very nice! Stayed there 4x I am a woman travelling on my own and feel very safe ther! Staff very friendly! Will stay there again!

If you seek a great location in Mumbai but can't afford the Taj, then why not stay a few doors down from the Taj ?! Overall the Strand is one of your best budget options. The rooms are decent, most with excellent views of the harbour. Our only issue was a recurring problem with the shower. The staff expected tips after each maintenance call .. and after […] the 5th attempt we wondered whether the problem wasn't being solved on purpose ! Terrible! Had a deluxe room 2 nights in dec 2012. First night had to change room three times. First room was just beside the elevator which played a laod christmas bell everytime someone opened the door. Second room was also a deluxe room and next door to our first. Were waked upp 01.30 am because another hotel guest in our first room had the TV on […] laod and were smoking. Our room were seperated by and moveable wall of thin plast. Third room were a small without AC, terrible. Second night we had an okey room on second floor in the corner. Did they build the wall of paper? The staff was compleatly non-understandning of our problems the first night and we wasnt refounded anything. Had to tell the manager his an idiot and after chating in front of other hotell gustes he offered us transport to the airport next day. Terrilbe hotel Devamı

Poorly cleaned rooms. Staff not very friendly. Expensive considering unfresh rooms and bad service from reception. Don't ask for advice about tours in the city or prepaid taxi because it will cost you less to make arrangements yourself.

Just as the title states. It's very over priced for what it is but it is clean, the staff are helpful and the location is excellent. Locate on the same road as the Taj Mahal. It's nothing fancy and I'm sure you could get cheaper for what this is, but we had a good time staying here regardless!

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji kilka kroków od Gates of India. Poziom typowo indyjski jest wszędzie trochę niedociągnięć np gwiżdżące rury natomiast nie są one szczególnie uciążliwe. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Jak na indyjski standard czysto.

물론 뭄바이의 숙박비가 무척 비싸다고 듣긴 했지만, 야밤에 공항에 떨어지는지라 어쩔수 없이 인터넷 예약을 해 버림. 결국 후회할 짓이었지만, 인터넷에서 소개하는 사진과 여러 조건은 실제로 호텔에 가 보면 엄청 실망하는 경우가 많음. 이 호텔도 마찬가지로 실망만 남겨준 호텔입니다. 엄청 비싼 요금에다가 불친절, 소음, 그저그런 청결 상태... 앞으로는 인터넷 사진을 보고 현혹되지 않고 직접 가서 숙소를 잡기로 했답니다. 꼭 직접 현지에서 확인을 하고 숙소를 정하시는 게 좋을 겁니다.

Отель просто прекрасно расположен, около ворот Индии, рядом набережная, сама комната маленькая, штукатурка обваливается, около окна сильно шумит нечто похожее на кондиционер. вместо выключателей света - тумблер. На ресепшене разрешили выселится в 14-30 бесплатно при чек ауте в 12-00. Можно оставить сумки бесплатно, даже квитанции выписывают. Недорогой […] отель для недолгого пребывания. Devamı
