The Hotel is only nine months old, However the reception staff need a lot of training. Some of the facilities offered on the web site are not operating, The restaurant was not open in the evening, The steam room was out of service not a big deal unless you booked the hotel because of these facilities. The main problem with the hotel was the service. With the exception of one very helpful and competent female employee at the front desk the staff were pretty bad. Here are a couple of examples: A male customer service rep. called "Num" tried for no good reason to move me into another building when I extended my stay and got into an argument with my […] brother-in-law about the online commission rate for booking services, an issue which was not my concern as a customer. Then there were cleaning staff who ignored the "Do not Disturb" sign on my door, just to make their jobs easier and referred to me in Thai as "sharp" or "unpleasant" because I wasn't pleased. On the positive side, the dining room staff improved remarkably in a short time and went from chattering noisily and ignoring guests to clearing tables promptly and making attempts to protect food on the buffet from flys. They just need to vary the menu a bit and reintroduce some adult cereals like muesli to their menu. The airconditioning in the fitness room had not been connected, which made it fairly useless. No comlpaints about the room. It was large, bright, and comfortable. Also, the GM is very nice and customer-service oriented. The rooms are very big and clean, the only problem is that you can hear people talking next door if you are given one of those connected rooms. That is a nightmare if you have to wake up early in the morning.

Veldig fin reklame for hotellet, tordde dette var høy klasse og ble meget forundret over standard. En heis var ute av drift i 3 av de 4 dagene vi var der, på vegger i ganger var det skittent og flekkete. Suiten var stor og fin, men skittent - det stod at det var minibar, men et stort malplasert kjøleskap stod i stuen med 4 flasker vann...Ikke skikkelig […] varmtvann på det ene badet, badekåper stod det i reklamen det skulle være men fantes ikke. Frokosten på et slikt hotell kan ikke være slik som på Miracle Suite, fine lokaler, men en frokost som et dårlig norsk pensjonat slår. 年末に5泊しましたが、 Ｈｏｔｅｌｓ,comからの予約内容詳細（客室の詳細）では、スリッパ、バスローブ等記載されているのですが、ホテル側には伝わってなく、予約条件と異なるとホテルスタッフに打ち上げたら、Hotes.Comとホテル間での契約では記載されれいないとの一点張りで聞く耳持たずの対応でした。結局Ｈｏｔｅｌｓ,comカスタマーサービスへ連絡しホテル側と直接交渉して頂きホテル側は了解した様ですが、実際は何の対応もなかったので再度ホテルスタッフに打上げしたら文句を言いながらも渋々承諾。特に夜間スタッフの対応は最悪です。お客様観点はまったくなくhotels.comとホテル間の問題はホテルの滞在客にはまったく関係のない事です。まずはお客様優先での対応をすべきです。こんな最低レベルスタッフのホテル […] は二度と利用しません。 Devamı

Trivdes bra på detta hotell! Men råkade komma i konflikt med städpersonalen redan efter en dag. De krävde pengar för att örngott och handduk måste tvättas! Efter en del tjafs och tillkallande av fler från städtruppen som skallade på deras språk så gav jag dem de pengar de begärde. Något sur över deras agerande bestämde jag mig för att fortsättningsvis […] tvätta våra sängkläder själva via den tvättinrättning som fanns precis runt hörnet. För bara en bråkdel av vad städtanterna begärde så överlämnade jag de nystrukna och välpaketerade örngotten till receptionen. Devamı

hotelli oli ihan kiva, mutta vielä vähän keskeneräinen. hotellista sai kyllä hyvää palvelua, jos vain ymmärsi paikallista englantia. retket ja muut hoituivat hotellista käsin. viemärit vetivät todella huonosti, eli vettä oli vessassa joka puolella paljon. sijainti oli hieman sivussa kaikesta, mutta kävellen ja takseilla pääsi kyllä minne halusi.
