Our stay was excellent with one exception. We arrived very early in the morning. we asked if it was possible to get into our room early and would have understood if that was not possible. we would have left our luggage and found something else to do with the time. Staff told us that our room was now vacant and was being serviced. We then waited in the […] lobby for 1.5 hours, well past the time that it takes to service a room. It became obvious to us that the room was not being serviced when we were told that it was. We were not upset that the room was not available but we should have been told that and not led on to believe that we should spend that time waiting in the lobby - we had better things to do. Devamı

I liked the location. Close to food, music & MRT.

Room smal but ok. they wanna charge you for everithing. Internet for one day is 30$, breakfast is 30$, and so on. good hotel. excellent location but the costs for the extras are bad.

Exactly what I asked for a short stay!

Very high tech hotel with a lot of nice Asian touches. The place is very posh for the price. It's in a great part of town that's near a lot good shops and places to eat. The only surprise is the high price for wifi every 24 hours. We wanted to be near the business district but Singapore is pretty small so getting a taxi anywhere only runs about $7.00 […] and 10 minutes. I liked the Park Regis in Singapore and find it quite a good deal, specially on weekends when it tends to be cheaper. The location is my favorite in SIngapore with Clarke Quay nearby and a MRT station across the street. The hotel building itself is quite outstanding, with a lot of that boutique hotel charm that a lot of people like. The room size has […] never been a particular strength but this is normal in Singapore hotels. One problem I have with this property is that I don't find the service particularly good. The personnel does not seem very well trained and the quality of the English spoken is not outstanding. On my last stay I reported on checkout that the corners of the bathroom floor had mold in them. I was a little upset to see that this new hotel is starting to oversee important details such as that and was expecting to be asked about my stay upon checkout. The question never came so I decided to let the young man at the counter that I was unhappy about the cleanliness of the bathroom. He did not seem to care at all. I said I would report this on tripadvisor and that I thought it appropriate that he called the hotel manager. He mumbled something in Chinese to a colleague and did not answer me. I stared at him and he looked elsewhere. Apparently I am not supposed to complain... probably not going back. Devamı

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a short holiday. Rooms are a bit small and I don't get the bathroom lay-out, but that's all not a big deal. The location next to Clarke Quay is excellent, while you're far enough to avoid any noise. China town is right around the corner as well. Nice pool area and MRT nearby.

Hotel is very new and clean and service is GREAT as expected in SG. If this is your first time to SG be warned that the hotel is new so most taxi drivers do not know the location yet and you may need to be prepared to give a map or directions. I had a great stay with the exception that internet is unreasonably expensive at $30 SG dollars!

My wife and I took Easter off from our half-year stay in Indonesian Borneo to get an urban fix in Singapore. We decided to stay at the Park Regis after looking at its info and reviews on the Hotels.com website. We were absolutely delighted to spend two nights there. This hotel is right across the street from Clarke's Quay and from the CQ subway stop. You can walk along the river walk to Merlion park - has a great pool too! We enjoyed our stay. Negatives (not that big a deal) - expensive internet and breakfast, and poorly made pool-side cocktails.

location is good. just next to clark quay ( pubs and restaurant), just few mins to Mrt. (just buy a day card about$10, u may go wherever you want). BUT NO FREE WIFI in the hotel. dissapointed!

Nice location. Hotel quite new and in good condition. Not suitable for business traveller sharing room, because of lack of privacy as toilets and bathroom are not enclosed.

the room is very small and bed is tiny for the price. but everything is clean and on the third day we found out that is cross street from the river front plaza and so close to the subway and a mall. the price is paid for the location. breakfast is expensive

The hotel is in a great location, but the room doesn't have a lot of privacy. The bathroom and shower are separated, The worst part is it's make out of glass!

We spent 2 nights there with our parents for our wedding registration. The overall experience of our stay was good.

...the air conditioning in the room was too high! I became fever with the difference of temperature indoor-outdoor.

its located near some nice touristy things, right next to the train station too. I liked it, only downside was the bathroom being in the open (with closed glass doors). If your traveling with a friend and dont mind being so open its ok, but if not, might consider another room. overall great hotel, its quality and staff was great, i missed my major brand […] hotels, but this one fit the bill well. Very nice hotel close to the Clark Quay MRT stop and restaurants at Clark Quay.

My room's not ready after 2 pm. The room did not really make up in the second day. No shower cap on the second day!

I would say this is a fairly standard hotel, aimed at the business traveller, We didn't spend too much time here as the breakfast and drinks were expensive, but you'll find all the food and drink you need in the Hawker centre near by for a fraction of the cost and equal quality! Certainly centrally located and the MRT allows excellent access to the […] delights of Singapore. I'd suggest this hotel could improve by providing a few more extras than trying to charge for absolutely everything - including WIFI! Devamı

Small rooms with no privacy (no problem when travelling i.e.g. with wife). Even though the room was small, it was nice, tidy and functional. We had small problem with wardrobe sliding mirror door, which was stucking and even though they tried, they couldnt make it work during our stay!?! Excellent shower. Hotel location excellent. Its beautiful to stay.

Initial impression is of a modern hotel surrounded by unnecessary water features. Once inside it feels like being in a corrective institution. There are cameras everywhere. The false smiles of the staff betray an unease that I have not experienced in any other hotel in Asia. The first two days I had to call housekeeping to have my room cleaned. On […] both days nothng was replaced, in fact my hand towels were taken away one by one. The cost of wireless internet was a staggering SGD30 a day (plus tax, as I kept beng reminded). There was a business centre with two computers, but guests were restricted to 20minutes use. My one attempt at room service for breakfast resulted in everything arriving on a tray covered in cling film. The toast was cold, soggy and half done. Worst of all, the tea was in a cup (covered in cling film)! Unbelievable, not tea pot, no hot water, just one cup of disgusting half cold tea. SGD25 plus tax. The air conditioning in public areas was set to freezing so that wearing shorts, which is quite normal in Singapore, was out of the question. The overall experience was of a souless, expensive hotel with very little to recommend it. I speak with knowledge having travelled in Asia and elsewhere for many years. There are many better places to stay in Singapore at a similar price. Devamı

It is brand new. The room is clean, comfortable, and reasonably large for the price. Staff is helpful. Very conveniently located.I will definitely go back. But one thing you have to bear in mind is the bathroom is not really a room. There's a basin and mirror that stands between beds and the bathroom "area", but you don't have privacy of a bathroom […] door. Depending on who you share the room with, it may not be ideal. Devamı

The cable tv channels are limited. The location is excellent and the shower is excellent.

Great location and wonderful accomadation. Metro access is easy. Clark Quay and Chinatown are just a few blocks away. Staff very polite. Wish there was free wi-fi in the rooms though. There is a charge for dial up in the room and wi-fi in the lobby. Could of ran into some issues with the staff but they solved our problems/inquires in a timely manne […] r. Devamı

Hotel is situated beside clarke quay, very convenient. the hotel interior is quite modern, with a ledge over seeing the pool below. Very nice.

i chose to stay at this hotel because i was sick of staying at hotels in orchard, but in hindsight i would have saved a lot of money and frustration if i did. when i got to the hotel the doorman didn't open the hotel door, and the bellboy was just starring blankly out the window. i carried my own bags from the lobby to my room which i don't mind at […] all, but considering how nice looking this hotel was i am very disappointed. the room was nice, celan but very small. the concept of the hotel was very minimalistic, of which i am usually a fan of, but this hotel didn't execute that. the room was smaller than a room in the holiday inn. and there was no separation between the bedroom and the bathroom. it was just open and the shower doors were flawed because every time i stepped out of the shower there was always a big puddle of water on the floor. the other thing i didn't like about this hotel was that the price of the internet was very expensive. usually i don't usually use the internet when i go on vacations but there were a lot of things that i had to do and the business center was not open 24 hours. the price of the food and drinks were also unjustly expensive. if you do choose to stay at this hotel, there are perks to it. it is very close to the bars and restaurants in clarke quay and the mrt station is just across the street. Down side: small room; bathroom to tightly integrated into the room; shower had some dirt in it; cost for Internet was high; had to request to have room cleaned in a timely manner; Primarily only news TV channels available- no HBO, or STAR movie selection. Up side: pricing decent; good location to Clark Quay; China Town and MRT.

Fantastic location! Hotel doesn't look very impressive as you drive up, but is an oasis of modern chic once you enter the lobby and rooms. Ask for a room overlooking Clarke Quay.

This hotel is in a great location. Cross the road (via the bridge) and you are at the MRT station. Walk just another minute and you are at Clarke Quay. The hotel itself was very modern and clean. I was sharing a room with a friend and I would NOT recommend this hotel for that purpose. The twin room was tiny and the shower & toilet doors are frosted […] glass with gaps around. There was no actual bathroom, so changing after a shower meant hiding behind a mirror. Not ideal!! We did not eat breakfast there but the basic steak for dinner was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. So, a good hotel if you are on your own or a very relaxed couple. Devamı

very good hotel has a great location. Staff were very friendly throughout viit and room ervice was also on time and great effort was made all in all a very good hotel no complaints.

Great location, very friendly staff. Only one complaint was the lack of privacy regarding the bathroom/toilet. These are actually contained within the same room as the beds with only frosted glass. I would prefer a seperate bathroom...

After walking the town in the humid weather, the pool was a great relief. It was clean and water was cool. Chinatown was nearby, few blocks away from the on/off bus. No problem with the business center, didn't have to wait for use of their computer. Rooms were small but overall a terrific stay.

The overall of Park Regis is good. Service in front desk is nice while the I.T. Support is very poor. I know that the internet service is NOT free. However, even I pay for it. I cannot use the wifi service in my room . Only Lan service available. I paid because i want to use my iphone get online. However the support in I.T. make me disappoint and just […] say there is no wifi service at room even you pay. (while the instruction stated there is Wifi service available). Actually, internet service is too common nowadays that Park Regis should offer better here. I can use wifi even i stayed in 2star hotel in japan. Devamı

Located just across the street from Riverside Point, which means having a meal and drink is going to be quite convenient. A 5 min cab ride will take you to financial business area, or to the main shopping sector on Orchard. Subway is also about 5-10 min walking. Very convenient location.
