One word: cockroaches. I found one crawling under the desk as I was working on my laptop. Nearly went over my foot. Fortunately, it was only a 3-day stay for business; I wouldn't want to repeat the experience.

Good airport Shuttle. Value for money as for transit stop.

Typically a one night hotel for connecting flights. On the plus side, its clean, food is aceptable. The ten minute shuttle to airport works on time. On the negative, nobody at the reception desk or the restaurant speaks english or spanish. No free water anywhere you have to buy bottles of water. Internet is very slow

Thw hotel doens't have wireless internet at the rooms, only at the lobby. A Coffee cup should be granted by the hotel. Reception should be better.

Everything was good as I have read it in the reviews. There was one fellow that has said that he was shocked when suddenly his door has opened up and a housekeeping person entered his room without knocking. Believe it or not ,it has happened to me about 2 minutes after I had dressed up. Wow! That lady had no business in my room

The air conditioner broke. I called but they never came to fix it. I was too tired from my trip to complain. The desk staff was nice and helpful otherwise. But I would not stay here again.

The hotel was great, cheap, free shuttle to and from. Sixteen reals for breakfast so keep that in mind. Five out of five stars. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep near the airport, look no further. Internet only in the lobby as stated.

When planes are landing to the northeast this is an ideal spot. as it was on this visit (unlike the last where planes taking off over the hotel are very loud. Very convenient for the airport, good romms, service and breakfast at half the price of the neighbours

This hotel is clean, comforatble, helpful, very convenient to GRU airport with a good shuttle and reasonable price but it is Very, very noisy - single galzed windows righ under the flight path less than 2km for the end of the runway. I will stay again but use earplugs - the convenience ovecomes the noise but only ever a single night.

I just needed a room overnight by the airport to catch a morning flight from Sao Paulo. When I arrived, they did not have my paid reservation from hotels.com. It took about an hour for that to be cleared up and I had to wait in the lobby. Then in the room, the shower door was broken. I made do, but the room overall was old and in below average condition. For […] a short overnight, you can live with it. But the hotel as a whole is substandard. But their rates are lower as well. You get what you pay for. Devamı

Free shuttle bus to hotel is convenient.

This is a great hotel if you are here for one day and flying out the next. There is nothing around this hotel except trucking freight companies, and the GRU airport. The room was very noisy with the planed flying very close the this hotel. The windows could have been better soundproofed. Being here without a car you have to eat the expensive buffet […] for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food and drink are expensive. The internet only works in the loud lobby, too loud for Skype. I would only stay here again if I had a meeting close to the GRU airport. Devamı

When I arrived they said they didn't have a reservation for me from Hotels.com, however, once I showed them my confirmation they gave me a room for the same price. However, it didn't have the full bed I reserved (they claimed they had none). Moreover, the complimentary WIFI in the room was not functional, I had to go to the lobby. Brazilian elevators […] are quite small so the fact the second elevator was not working (nor did I see anyone working on it during the time I was there) was often an inconvenience. When I left, they again claimed they had no confirmation through hotels. com and required me to pay, even though I showed them I had pre-paid through hotels.com. They said they didn't receive any money. The front desk seemed extremely understaffed, with sometimes only one person behind the desk helping a line of customers and answering the phone. Both people I dealt with were not very helpful at all and said my reservations problems were not theres and I needed to take it up with hotels.com When hotels.com called they kept putting them on hold. This happened twice as I tried to handle it at the hotel and when it was not resolved I had to call again once I got home. In neither case was the hotels.com representative able to resolve it directly with the hotel. Ultimately, hotels.com gave me a refund and I lost a night toward my welcome rewards. The only good thing I can say is they offer a free shuttle to the Guarulhos airport. The rooms were clean and well taken care, as was the hotel, in a general sense, except for having only one working elevator. Devamı

Excelente hotel para quem está em trânsito, próximo ao aeroporto, transfer tranquilo e organizado, e infra-estrutura boa. O quarto deixa um pouco a deseja quanto ao banheiro que não possue secador de cabelo, no restante é tudo muito bom e funciona perfeitamente.

Порекомендую тем, кто делает остановку на ночь в Гуарульус. От аэропорта ходит шатл в отель (15 мин. пути).

Hotel com boa infra-estrutura mas não gostei de alem de pagar uma diária que não era barata ainda tive que pagar o café da manha. Ja fiquei em Hotéis bem melhores por muito menos e com café da manha incluso

Duas coisas valem a pena no hotel: proximidade do aeroporto e translado constante.

Excelente por la cercania al aeropuerto y el servicio de transporte a Guarulhos muy util.

Funcionarios muito atenciosos e prestativos, porem, no dia em que me hospedei, nao tinha INTERNET, nem TV a cabo disponivel.

Os funcionarios sao muito educados e eficientes, quartto confortaveis e limpos, porem tivemos que ficar esperando mais de uma hora pelo transporte no aeroporto. A internet nao estava funcionando, e as refeicoes eram extremamente caras, e nao havia mais nenhum restaurante ao redor.

no check-in no dia 22 as +ou- as 23hs ainda o hotel nao tinha ninha resersa mesmo com o nr de confirmaçao de reserva

Mesmo com a grande chuva no dia 1º de janeiro, foi maravilhosa nossa hospedagem, o valor da tarifa pago com antecedência, nos leva a querer voltar mais vezes.

Das Hotel hat nur eine direkte "Sehenswürdigkeit" in der Nähe - den Flughafen Guarulhos in Sao Paulo. Mit einem Flughafenshuttle war das die perfekte Lösung, wie wir den 06:00 Flieger nahmen konnten, ohne das Risiko von nicht erscheinenden Taxis, Staus o.Ä. einzugehen und auch ohne die Notwendigkeit um 02:00 aufzustehen. Hotel ist sauber und recht […] komfortabel, Abendessen war auch ok, können wir für genau diesen Zweck weiterempfehlen. Muito boa a hospedagem, funcionáios muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Problemas: 1.Ja ouvi em empresas seres baratas mas um hotel que cobra o valor que o Matiz cobra chegar ao ponto de cobrar por um cabo de rede de 10cm pra que o hospede possa acessar Internet no quarto (unica opcao no quarto), eh uma verdadeira piada. Se vc quer internet, acessa ou no lobby ou voce precisa pagar por um cabo de no max 15cm. 2. Alem disso, […] fique atento qdo checkout. Eu ja havia pago a diaria com cartao de credito e a atendente ia cobrar novamente na saida junto com os gastos de restaurante. 3. Na saida do hotel, os dois elevadores em manutencao ao mesmo tempo. Pedi assistencia pra levar as malas pra recepcao e adivinhem..eu mesmo tive que carregar todas as malas pelas escadas pois ninguem apareceu. Devamı

空港に近く、空港とホテルを行き来するバスのあって、イレギュラーの送迎にも快く対応していただけました。 お部屋も広くて清潔でした。

Fizemos o check in no balcão, com reserva antecipada e ao entramos no quarto que nos foi oferecido, encontramos a cama desarrumada, bwc sujo!! Entao tivemos que descer com toda bagagem novamente para que ajustassem essa distorção!!

Se vcs substituirem as janelas por uma que evita ruidos externos que já existe no mercado,os hospedes agradecem, pois na situação de hj é difícil dormir c/ tanto barulho. Revisar os aparelhos de ar condicionado. Nos corredores tem carpet cheirando mofo.

A manutenção do quarto é ineficiente: o aparelho de ar condicionado liga mas não funciona. A porta do box do banheiro esta defeituosa O ralo da ducha esta entupido

Por los que neceistan una noche cerca de Guarulhos y evitar perder tiempo en el tráfico de Sao Paulo. Nada del otro mundo pero los servicios se han cumplido...

Boa localização e atendimento excelente.

Atendimento excelente,pessoal simpatico e bôa comida.Para quem precisa de um lugar perto do Aeroporto para pernoite é excelente.

O hotel me abrigou numa noite enque perdi o voo. A tarifa é boa para os demais aos arredores. O jantar é bom. o cheiro do quarto incomoda um pouco, mesmo não sendo fumante um problema da maioria dos hoteis em São Paulo. Existe equipamento que retira este odor. No geral o serviço de despertar e translado foi pontual.

O Hotel Matiz Guarulhos e um hotel simples, mas confortavel. Para quem tem que viajar cedo e nao deseja estar em frafic na grande Sao Paulo no rush hour e muito conveniente. Boa comida, limpo e aconchegante. So achei que podiam fornecer um pouco mais pelo preço. Mas para uma noite foi suficiente.
