The reason we chose this hotel is for the indoor swimming pool. We were disappointed because it had way too much chlorine. So much so that it was uncomfortable for our children to swim. (That is why I rated "maintenance" a four. Didn't know where else to put that.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel, but we drove past it twice...is next to the Walmart at the south end of town. Lot of construction going on in Carlsbad, but hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very clean! Service wasn't over the top amazing, but nice. When passing through we will stay here again!

My family and I always to try to stay at Hampton when we go on vacation. We can always count on them for their safty and quality of their service. It's like home away from home for us. We especially enjoy having a Wal-mart right next door or near by in case we forgot or need somethng.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

What a nice place to stay! It is very conveniently located to several restruants, gas stations, and a Walmart. The hotel itself was very clean and provided a great breakfast! The beds very very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay there (despite the 110 degree weather outside!).

Stayed at this Hampton for the night on our visit to Carlsbad Caverns. The hotel was very clean and front desk was very nice. Out children enjoyed the pool very much. The breakfast was great, something for everyone. If we were to ever come back to this area we would want to stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel and would stay again. The hotel seemed like it might be new and it was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from.

Everyone was so nice and the hotel was only 6 months old. So, everything smelled new and was exceptionally clean. This was completely opposite of the Hampton Inn we stayed in Canon City, CO just the day before!

Very nice desk clerks could not ask for better they were very friendly and curtious. would recomend

The hotel was only 5 months old so it was very clean and everything looked great. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have is that the indoor pool was too cool. We asked to have it warmed up but it never did happen. The hot tub was at the right temp.

We recently stayed in this hotel with our children and had a good experience. The location was very convenient to the caverns. The room was clean and well appointed and they offer a hot breakfast, which is nice. The only negative I can think of is that the hotel doesn't offer in-room movies. Since there isn't much to do in the evenings in Carlsbad, […] it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie with the kiddos in the room. Devamı

Checking was fast and easy and our room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Next door to walmart and behind a chilli's. We visited the caverns the next day which they're about a half an hour drive.

My wife and son enjoyed the ambience and amenities during our stay in Carlsbad NM. It would be hard to find a better hotel in Carlsbad, NM . As a bonus, it is on the South side of Carlsbad Caverns AND Guadalupe Mts. National Park, which is a lovely, isolated, day hiking destination.
