UW' a çok yakın mesafede, çok temiz ve rahat bir otel. Kısa süreli ziyaretlerde gerek duyulan tüm ihtiyaçları yeterli ölçüde karşılıyor. "very happy"
Paid a low rate for an excellent product, and felt that the coffee bar and breakfast buffet were real perks. I enjoyed the pool and spa, even though Tacoma was not as cold as I expected. Later that week stayed at two different Hilton Garden Inns (for approximately $50 more a night, because my sister did not use hotels.com!!!!), which did NOT include […] breakfasts, and quality was quite similar. I was very impressed with the hotel in terms of friendliness of the staff as well as cleanliness. The hotel looked new as well (or recently renovated). The breakfast was also good. The two negatives were the slight freeway noise from our room as well as some difficulty getting a few items of clothing back that I left by accident in the room. New modern hotel. The room was nice and big. We fit four adults and one child very comfortably. (2 beds, pull out couch, desk work area, refrigerator sink and microwave) Snacks, ice cream, etc. available at front desk. Great pool and spa area, our daughter had lots of fun. "Nice Renovations"
My husband, my two kids (age 1 & 4) and myself stayed at this hotel in Federal Way one night. The staff was great, they upgraded our room to a suite (no extra charge), and the free-breakfast was a perfect way to start our day, especially with the kids. "snow storm of 2012 in seattle and hotel issue"
Stayed at hotel prior to snow issue that hit area that caused airport to cancel flights for so many passingers in january. Hotel lost electricity, that night I verbally asked staff that if my flight was to be cancelled if I could stay in my room, paying ofcourse and they said yes, rephrased the question as the snow, ice was such an issue that I was […] was almost sure my flight would be cancelled and wanted to ensure lodging and again they said I would be able to stay. So friday morning my flight was confirmed cancelled and the hotel kicked me out, all other hotels in area was booked due to situation mentioned and I had to stay in the rental car, in the freezing Seattle weather for another 36 hrs till flights were allowed out and I could get a seat. We had my daughters birthday party here. It was great for her and her 3 friends. The room was very spacious and well layed out. They all had a GREAT time in the pool. I loved the work out room. Very very Satisfied!

This hotel less than 2 years old and in spectacular condition. Very close to several restaurants, a mall, and other stores. The indoor pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was fantastic!

This was a very nice clean hotel. Staff were always friendly. Ammenities were very nice. Would definitely stay there again wish all hotels/Inn's were this nice.
"Great service, will stay there again"
Very friendly even the housekeepers. Even had snacks on Wed/Thur afternoon. I even forgot my deoderant and was going to buy some and the front desk lady gave me a free one, saving me money. I will absolutely stay there again.

Nice hotel for the price
"The Hampton Inn in Seattle/Federal Way was comfy."
I thought the beds, pillows, and comfortters were comfortable. The evening snacks and free drinks were a nice touch (Drinks included wine, and Sam Adams).

"Top Notch Hotel"
My husband and I are retired and we travel alot. This hotel was absolutely stunning. It was very clean, huge rooms with a living area and bedroom area. The staff was friendly and helpful I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This Hampton Inn surpassed all the Hampton Inns I have stayed in before!

"Convenient Location"
Located just off Hwy 5 but far enought that you hear no traffic noise it was easy to get to Seattle or Tacoma and since we were working just off Federal Way it was extremely convenient. Nice clean new hotel.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel that would accommodate our family of 5. During my search, I found the Hampton Inn & Suites! I decided to go ahead and give it a chance for one night. Let me tell you, I am so very glad that I did! The hotel was very comfortable for our entire family! We have three daughters, age 11, 7, & 4. The 11 year old […] slept on the sleeper sofa and said it was comfortable. The younger two shared the "big bed" and were sawing logs the entire night! The room was quite spacious, however, the bathroom was small. Considering that is my only complaint about the room itself, I think we're doing well! We also took advantage of the indoor pool, in which my kids had a blast! It wasn't too crowded and there were plenty of towels provided for us to use. We also had breakfast in the morning, which was pretty much perfect for our needs! Cereal and yogurt for the kids, along with fresh waffles and fruit. There was also some french toast sticks, omelets, and sausage. They ran out of the sausage before my husband and I got any and it took them FOREVER to bring more out. By the time they brought it out, we were all just about done eating and no longer wanted it. Here is my biggest gripe about my entire stay: the breakfast area was very crowded and it was hard to get a table that was large enough for our family to eat. There were a few people that were finished eating that were apparently there for social hour or something. I think a little more consideration from others was our largest problem in the breakfast area. Perhaps a sign stating "once you're finished, please allow others to sit" would be helpful in situations like that. Other than a couple small nitpicks, our stay was comfortable and relaxing and we would most likely stay at another Hampton Inn & Suites again! Devamı
"Inconveniences"
For some reason the maintenance department wanted to clean the pool at 10:00 each morning. The pool was closed for almost the entire morning on a busy Saturday. The business center is a joke. The computers are extremely slow, and you can only print off of one of them. To top it off the fire alarm system was being tested on a Monday afternoon. Hi i would like to mention that in this hotel there is a good atention from the staff, good organization, clean and a good location we didn't have any problem at all, thanks.
Never stayed at a Hampton before. Was very impressed with the design and layout of the hotel. Great staff and very good breakfast. Convenient to freeway entrance and located by some good restaurants and entertainment.

My family had a great time, the kids loved the pool, i enjoyed the business center to check emails, and most of all my favorite restaurant: AZTECA MEXICAN AND RED ROBIN are within walking distance! i had a ball. Big UPS to hampton inn, very nice decor, and comfort and convenience! no complaints!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the 3 night stay in the 'Two Queen Studio Suite'. Room was quiet (we did request a room opposite from the highway side) Perfect for us and our three teenagers. Super friendly and efficient staff from check in to check out! Nice clean and almost brand new hotel. Breakfast was far beyond our expectations (compared to […] many other hotel experiences) and a huge bonus for the pocket book. Very easy to find, quick access to the I5, loads of restaurants and shopping very close by. We enjoyed Wild Waves theme park only 7-8 minutes away. Only 20 mins to Seattle so day trips were no problem. Felt safe in the area. Great value for the money and would definately return here. Coming from BC we would still choose to make the extra drive to stay here for a Seattle weekend! We'll be back. Devamı

The Hampton Inn, Federal Way WA has clearly been remodeled. Furnishings in our room were up-to-date and the bed was quite firm and comfortable. I wonder, however, why the refitted King Suites were all on the I-5 side of the building. The highway noise was noticeable but not oppressive-I'm used to a little ambient noise at night. The breakfasts exhibited […] a bit of variety day-by-day. The only complaint was our waffles stuck to the griddle. The staff was helpful, particularly Nick, who on Sunday evening guided us to a terrific restaurant, phoned ahead for "immediate" reservations and gave easy directions to get there. "Hampton Inn - Federal Way - Clean & good"
The hotel looks fairly new and is very clean. All employees were very helpful and responsive. The location is great - right off I-5, within walking distance to several restaurants and many others within a short drive. Also, great shopping (DWS, Trader Joe's, Great Harvest Bread Store, etc.). I definitely would stay there again!

Our stay at this hotel was so pleasant. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The free breakfast is by far THE BEST free breakfast we've had at a hotel. It had everything from waffles to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, egg omelettes, hash browns, cereal, milk, juice. I mean it was way above and beyond what we expected […] for a free breakfast. Needless to say it helped our family get our day started on a right note. The decor of the hotel is modern and done very tatesfully. Everything was clean and looked new in our room. This was a great stay. Our kids loved the pool and breakfast. Close to many good restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
