All activities can be booked directly through the hotel.With their own fleet of customized boats, Solmar Hotels & Resorts offers guests access to the largest and most experienced sport fishing fleet in Cabo San Lucas. Compromised of customized diesel powered sport fishers, the size of your boat, from 28 feet to 36 feet long, can be tailored to meet the comfort and number of passengers on the boat. Boats are equipped with a captain and mate, two fighting chairs, live bait tank, interior cabin, fishing tackle and line as well as safety equipment. These boats mainly target billfish including striped, black and blue marlin. All reservations can be made by calling Solmar Resort or the Solmar Fishing Fleet Office, using the information in the confirmation received after booking.

Literally at Land’s End, Cabo San Lucas sits at the southern tip of Baja California. Here, the Sea of Cortés and the Pacific Ocean meet at the famous Land’s End rock formation (El Arco). Nearby, Lover’s Beach (Playa del Amor) offers superb snorkeling. Although popular for its world-class golfing and sportfishing, Cabo’s after-dark clubs are a rival draw, such as Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina.

"Grand Solmar is Simply Amazing!"
I have been coming to Cabo for 20 years and have stayed almost everywhere including the Palmilla, the Westin, the ME, etc. The staff at the Grand Solmar was amazing and friendly. My room was beautiful and I had a full ocean view in which I enjoyed listening to the waves every night. The food was great and I took full advantage of Happy Hour every day […] at the pool. I am booked for three more trips to the Grand Solmar this year alone. I would recommend it to anyone. Please remember though that this hotel is not finished being built, so there is some construction. It didnt bother me and I understand the vision they are completing.. I saw whales every day along with baby sea turtles in the sand as they hatched. Devamı
"Grand Solmar Lands End - tech issues"
The hotel is really a time-share hotel combo. It's 7 months old. Yet no wi-fi in the rooms. Only in the lobby and it did not work for more than 1 minute without kicking you off. They offered an ethernet cable for the room but with an iPad that does not work. Cell phone reception only worked on your patio, not inside your room. At all - "No Service" […] message on two different phones. Unbelievable that a 7 month old property had wifi and serious cell phone reception issues. The staff was wonderful and well trained on customer service. However they immediately put you into a soft-sell timeshare pitch before you can get your room under the guise of reviewing local activities and answering questions. Plus their checkin time is 4:00 PM and I had to wait until right after 4 to get my room. The gift shop for water and small things closed at 5:00 PM. Plus while there was a full kitchen in a huge suite-style room, they don't even give you a single coffee packet for the coffee maker. Overall a very nice place with some potentially irritating issues. Devamı
"Grand Solmar"
Cabo can be full of surprises and this was of the good variety. To be fair, it is a new property and that has pros and cons. Like a new home, it is all in great shape and has very nice amenities. The pools were magnificent and situated on the beach for a magnificent view of the roiling ocean. The down side is that it is not very busy at all and the […] construction of a new phase is ongoing. However, neither took away from a very pleasant stay. The hospitality was kind and the help was very professional. They want you to see the property and they are skilled at the time share pitch, however they were professional and allowed you to make your own decision. Resort prices were in full effect, but you did get great dishes, such as the ceviche. The beach is not for swimming. Not even for surfing. Devamı
"Grand Solmar Lands End Resort and Spa - Cabo San L"
In general, the hotel is very nice, quiet location away from the mayhem of Cabo. Yet, it is only a short walk to all the action if need be. The views are spectacular and the setting is amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was only one restaurant and no fitness facility which was a bit disappointing. We went in mid-June and had a 1/2 […] price special rate. The hotel and services were worth it at that price (but not a bargain). At the full rate, though, this hotel and services would be way over priced. Devamı
