Embassy Suites Denver-Downtown/Convention Center - Denver

The hotel was very nice. It is conveniently located by the convention center and a short walk to various restaurants and shops. The complimentary breakfast and "happy hour" were very nice. We would select this hotel again for a future visit.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great; omelettes were great, more than the average free breakfast. Close to lots of downtown shopping and restaraunts.

Awesome Hotel

Great location - steps from the 16th st mall without all the evening mall noise. Location made it easy to get around the city. Loved having breakfast included with the room - and the service was excellent! Would definetly stay there again.

Rates were pretty high. Room was okay, lobby was very nice. Wished there was a hot tub.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. They were some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered (typical Denver or no?). The room was great - nice lay out, plenty of space, and a well-designed bathroom (on the bigger side, lots of counter space, a shower curtain that curves out). Great location, within walking distance of shopping and great food. Very helpful and friendly staff

Our family stayed here for 2 nights on vacation. It was really well maintained, the room was modern & comfortable, the location was PERFECT to a lot of different sites to take the kids to. Service at the Embassy Suites in Denver was fast and very friendly. The staff was helpful and cheerful. I felt like I was at a resort, without the golf course.

Free delicious breakfast every morning and happy hour with snacks every evening- what's not to love?! The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly. We were traveling with our infant and it's great to have a separate bedroom.

Extremely helpful & courteous staff. Excellent Accomodations. We have stayed here on three occasions & the service, courtesy, and cleanliness etc. have remained consistent.

Great place,nice rooms friendly staff,parking is a little on the high side and it should offer free wi-fi for the price. I will stay here again if I get the chance.

Compared to all the other Embassy Suites we've stayed at, this one *looked* great, but it seemed to be just a veneer. The manager's reception had huge lines and not enough seating. The same thing happened at breakfast. Lines for omelets and juice were quite long throughout our whole meal. The wi-fi had conflicting information about costs, when attempting […] to log-in, it had a ridiculous surcharge, and no in-room information about how to connect. There also were no PPV channels despite being listed in the hotel amenities. One of the four elevators was out of service the entire stay, and being on the 16th floor made for incredibly long waits. Trying to get in at the lobby floor we regularly had to wait for 2 or 3 elevators before we got one that had room for us. The next time we're in downtown Denver, we'll definitely be staying at one of the other great choices nearby. Devamı

We always try to stay at Embassy Suites and this one did not disappoint us. The hotel is decorated beautifully. It was spotless and we were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome room. Stayed for one night to go to the ballet and less than 2 blocks from the performing arts center. Will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast buffet, clean and cozy rooms. Nice location. Shame that they charge 29 dollars for parking.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff – from the concierge to the housekeeping staff to the chef making made-to-order omelets in the morning. This hotel was clean, spacious and close to everything: right next to the convention center, two blocks from 16th Street Mall and within walking distance of the Pepsi Center. for the price and location it cant be beat...starbucks right next door, little 24 hour diner across the street

Just briefly: Parking $30.00/day and worth every penny. Parking around hotel is outrageous and the Valet guys are EXCELLENT. Housekeeping - not so good, lazy attitude and not very vigilant as to keeping room stocked with bathroom tissue. the front desk (or the computer system) overcharged me for an extra wifi connection but very courtesoulsy removed […] the extra charge and gave an extra credit for the poor housekeeping. Breakfast buffet food - good but, the Buffet execution - not so good and very poorly organized. Granted there were a lot of people in the hotel while we were there but the lines to get into the buffet was over an hour long! And trying to get to beverages were equally outrageous and in an accessible corner! The room overall was very nice and comfortable. The knob to shower was almost coming off but otherwise the room was attractive and in overall very good condition. Loved 16th street mall with restaurants and stores that stay open late. We liked this hotel overall - it's convenient to downtown events, clean, and the staff is very nice - but the elevator situation needs to be remedied. You arrive on the first floor, but the only desk there belongs to the concierge. Check-in is on the fourth floor. However, there are only four elevators (one of which wasn't working during our stay), […] and they are often full. Moreover, their doors shut extremely fast. In fact, they shut so fast that it's difficult to exit them in time; we saw a little girl get left behind in an elevator after her family had left. And if you're trying to get on after other people - especially if it's a large-ish group - get off, good luck. We often had to wait for two or three elevators before we could board. This complaint is not a major one, but really a note to the hotel's management that when you have sixteen floors worth of guests, you might consider having more than four elevators, and allow them to open a little longer. First of all let me tell you that this is an excellent hotel to stay in. Very clean and comfortable. My family is mostly all about the perks. We love the managers reception and the delicious breakfast. We were celebrating a birthday and the management even sent over a free dessert. How thoughtful!!! wonderful stay.

My husband and I travel pretty frequently, so when I say that this was one of the nicest hotels in this price range, please understand that this is not lip service. We stayed here for 4 nights on vacation to Denver. The Embassy Suites was in a prime location downtown for nightlife and restaurants. We had easy access to the interstates and the hotel […] staff (Pete, you are the best!) was extremely helpful with information on sightseeing, road conditions, reservations, etc. We stayed on the 10th floor and the room was very clean and bright. Despite the fact it was in the middle of the city, the room was very quiet and peaceful. It wasn't home, but it was the next best thing. The breakfast buffet and the manager's reception were such a treat. We were extremely happy with our stay here. Devamı

This hotel, located next to the convention center in Denver, is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was upscale and comfortable. Our room was spacious with a table to spread things out on. We had three laptops spread out on the table and worked comfortably there. There was ample room to be private. We had three adults and […] all slept comfortably. The pullout queen sofa was very comfortable. The decor of the hotel is very earthy. There is a tree/stone theme and it is carried out throughout the hotel. The view from the windows is spectacular. You can even get a great view of the Colorado Bear peeking into the convention center from the swimming pool area. The managers meeting every afternoon at 5:30 p.m. was just what we needed after a long day. We could have our favorite drink and snack on fruits, crackers and cheese. The breakfast lacked nothing. I mean nothing. And the service was not only spectacular, the service people were personable, especially the gentleman who cooked me a special omlet, perfectly! I enjoyed being able to swim at almost any hour - from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Most hotels open their pools around 8 and close around 8. This opportunity made my stay more enjoyable. I guess the best part of the stay was the price that I got from Hotels.com. I don't think you could beat it and be in the location of the Embassy. This hotel is in walking distance of the major attractions in Denver and also in walking distance of the major shopping attraction and some of the finest restaurants. I can't say enough about this hotel, the staff, the location and the price we booked it for through Hotels.com. I will be booking my next trip through them. This was the first time I used them. I will also be booking at an Embassy Suites Hotel because they truly were the best! Devamı

breakfast tasted cheap, the meat was plastic tasting. Having to pay to park each time was rude.

We had a great stay! The staff was amazing, the food fantastic & the hotel was great.

really enjoy hotel & location

Great hotel with an excellent location downtown. Walking distance from everything. The only downside was that parking was terrible but don't let that discourage you. The breakfast bar every morning was absolutely incredible!! Loved my stay and I would definitely come back.

Our family of 4 stayed in a one bedroom suite during the Denver Broncos playoff game (they lost), and watched it during the free happy hour. The free happy hour and free breakfast are great perks to staying here. The hotel was clean and the service was good. Plenty of room, and a nice view.

We were there just one night and had easy access to lots of entertainment and good food. We enjoyed a concert and a pro football game. Both were just minutes away in a car. It had free buffet and happy hour which is a plus as well. I didn't enjoy the pool area because it was too small and no hot tub.
