We stayed over for one night on our way to key west 4 people to a room. Room was very clean. Perfect for an overnight stay or a longer stay and it was affordable

Hotel was very clean, restaurant on site was most convenient.

my stay was good until i got to breakfast, they have a sign on the front desk that reads "BREAKFAST SERVED 6AM -9AM" but while your thinking it's complimentary (free) like most hotels it cost $13.99 and they don't tell you that til after you have already eaten...no sign hanging no where, they will come ask you how is everything then slide you the bill. […] So me and my guests had some expensive fruit & eggs ... lol after we checked in the front desk clerk mentioned the FREE complimentary breakfast then we get hit with a $13.99 x 3 plus tax bill .... smh are you serious ALL I'M SAYING IS ASK BEFORE YOU EAT ... and I had to call for transportation 3 times before someone even came and picked us up from the airport... smh Devamı

useful for overnight stay near airport. staff could benefit from some training at a charm school, however driver of shuttle couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

Clean and comfy for our one night in Miami before our cruise. Perfect location between airport and port. Would stay again.

We chose this hotel because it was supposed to be clise to the airport. Well ... we almost succeeded to miss the flight. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable with free parking.

We used this as an overnight stay prior to our flight from Miami airport. The hotel itself was nice - rooms to a high standard. Staff all very nice. My only warning would be breakfast was a real let down - only 2 staff servicing - they could not keep up with the number of guests to reset tables. The choice was poor - only juice was mango, no bacon left, […] sausages were overcooked, my husband is still waiting for a cup of tea. For the extra money involved in breakfast, I'd give it a miss. This hotel was SO comfortable and nice. We stayed at it as a convenient nice place to stay before an early morning flight out the next day. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed at in a hotel. And everything in the room was new, attractive, clean and convenient. All rooms are non smoking, and they even make you sign a waiver that says […] you'll pay a big fine if you smoke in the room. They are clearly trying to keep the rooms nice and clean. We stayed here just one brief night for a layover. The hotel is quite nice, and the bed was SO very comfortable! The hotel is adequately far enough from the airport so that you dont hear the jets. The airport shuttle was prompt, but the driver wasn't the most friendly. Excellent accommodations; nice rooms - 5th floor-great swimming pool; did not eat at facility. WE KNEW WE WERE GOING TO BE CHECKING IN ABOUT 9PM, SO WE DECIDED TO EAT AT THE HOTEL'S RESTAURANT. WHILE I CHECKED IN MY SISTER CHECKED THE MENU. THE FILET MIGNON WAS $18 ON THE MENU AS YOU WALK BY. SOUNDED VERY GOOD! SO WE GO AND SIT UP AT THE BAR (OUR BASKETBALL GAME WAS ON THE TV) AND BEGIN TO WAIT. AFTER APPROX 10 MINS I ASKED, THE PERSON WHO I […] BELIEVE TO BE THE BARTENDER, IF WE COULD PLACE AN ORDER OR ATLEAST A DRINK. THE PERSON INFORMS ME "NO, HE HAS THE LARGE GROUP 'SHE' HAS YOU." NO SORRY OR ANYTHING. SO "SHE" (POSSIBLE "BRENDA" BUT SHE HAD TO CHECK HER NAME TAG BEFORE TELLING ME HER NAME) COMES BY AFTER 15+ MINS TO TAKE OUR ORDER. WE PLACE THAT AND OUR DRINK ORDER. SHE WALKS OFF AND DISAPPEARS. 3-4 MINS LATER SHE RETURNS AND TELL US THAT THE KITCHEN IS OUT OF FILET MIGNON.... WE PUT A CHICKEN ORDER IN. SHE WALKS AWAY AGAIN (REMEMBER WE ARE AT THE BAR) AND FAILS TO GIVE US OUR DRINKS, SIMPLE DRINKS TOO A BUD LIGHT AND A COCOA COLA. WHEN SHE RETURNS SHE BEGINS TO PUNCH INFORMATION INTO THE COMPUTER, AFTER A MIN OR TWO OF WATCHING THIS I EXCUSE MYSELF AND ASK IF WE COULD POSSIBLE GET OUR DRINKS... SHE TELL ME "WAIT A MINUTE!!" I BELIEVE I HAVE WAITED FAR TOOO MANY MINUTES BY THIS POINT! I STAND UP AND TELL HER TO CANCEL OUR ORDER! AT THAT TIME THEY GET MAD AND CONFUSED AS TO WHY WE WOULD WANT TO DO THAT! SO THAT NOT THE END OF THE STORY, WE ASK THE FRONT DESK CLERK OF A RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE, SHE GIVES US A SUGGESTION. I FOLLOWED THAT UP WITH "THEY ARE STILL OPEN AT 940PM?" AND I WAS ASSURED THEY WERE! SO WE BEGIN TO WALK TO THE PLACE, MY SISTER DECIDED TO GOOGLE THEM AND DISCOVERED THAT THEY CLOSED AT 930PM. SO DIDN'T EVERY FOOD PLACE (THE BK ACROSS THE STREET CLOSED AT 1000PM, WHICH WE FOUND OUT WHEN WE FELT THEY WERE OUR LAST RESORT!) OTHER THAN PIZZA HUT! THOUGHT I WAS IN MIAMI NOT A TOWN OF 1000 PEOPLE!! hotel should allow guest to use stairway because both elevators did not work, and the one that was running was very slow, also the entrance on both sides has a curbing which make entry difficult with baggage and I almost tripped comming in.

Location on busy thoroughfare some distance from Miami Airport. Restaurant/bar fairly basic. Room did not look much like that shown on the website.

It is a good hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean. Very close to airport, but it's a little far from main attractions. Free shuttle to the airport.

I spent 2 days here between international flights and the Best Western Premier was a good choice. The hotel is close to MIA and the shuttle ran every 30 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were helpful and knowledgable about the neighborhood. Restaurants, banks, laundramat, pharmcies, etc. were all within a mile or less of the […] hotel and I felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood. For a transit hotel I find this to be a good value. This place was SUPER CLEAN!!! Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful!!! And the restaurant was GREAT... Food delicious and reasonable!!! Definitely would return and recommend!!!!!

My husband and I stayed one night at this hotel after a 7 day cruise. We were a little concerned when we pulled up and the outside of the hotel looked "old". Boy were we surprised with the inside. The lobby and rooms were updated and gorgeous. Our stay was wonderful and we even found a local place to eat just a short 1.5 mile walk.

Surprising modern decor and superb staff made my stay very pleasant. close to the Miami Airport and freeways FREE WIFI

Overworked cleaning staff, leaking toilets and expensive breakfast options did not make this experience the Best. The hotel always seemed to be under seige from incoming guests that arrived in waves. This hotel had the absolute worst customer service. Any time I spoke to the front desk all I got was lies on top of lies. I will never stay here or another best western. I truly have never been angrier with any hotel in my life

We went to a family wedding and the Biltmore's room block sold out. We wanted an affordable alternative close to the wedding and found this property online. The hotel seemed very new and was in great shape. It had a great little bar/lounge and restaurant and secure parking. It was a quick drive from the hotel to the wedding and local attractions. Helpful staff and good airport shuttle service

The hotel had lot of update and clean big room. My last BW stay was a chaos in LA Anahaim. And I had been hesitated to choose BW for 5 years. After seeing the picture of the new updates, we finally came back for business. The restaurant looked nice but we had early plain to catch. Maybe next time. Hotel offer free Wifi and shuttle started at 5am.

I arrived early at the hotel after driving sin and a half hours. When i booked the room it was put in my reservations that i would arrive early. I couldnt get my room so i went and came back and hour and a half later. I was told i had to wait on my room because it wasnt available ane it was three thirty check in time was three oclock. All of the staff […] was very nice except on lady at the front desk, i wouldnt book here again because of that. This hotel is great if you want to stay near to the airport (arriving or departing), they have a free shuttle, and the hotel is extremely close to the rental car station of the airport, too. I had a wonderful experience there. Everything was good except it is a little bit far from the beach. I will definitely recommand it to my friends.

A very nice hotel with clean modern,comfortable rooms but let down by a very poor breakfast. Better to eat at the fast food outlet just across the road.

This is one of Best Western's "high-end" business hotels and it works! Comfortable bed and chairs, roomy bath, working microwave & mini-frdge, 24-hr. fitness facility. We needed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight and the room was quiet. The location is nothing special, but convenient to much of Miami. Publix Market is 1/2 mile away, […] and Latin Cafe is around the corner on W 42nd. My only negative comments concern the cleanliness of the lobby and hallways--the carpets need a good deep clean! Staff was friendly, allowing us to check our luggage in post-cruise even though our room wasn't ready. That allowed us to sight-see Miami without worrying about the rental car being broken into. AND we got a GREAT rate from Hotels com. Can't beat it! Devamı
