Front dest employee was very indifferent, he was carrying a heated conversation with another person on the phone .He did not even recognize me just ignored till finished his conversation. Very rude

Stayed there one night on business. Didn't try any of the food so cannot comment. Appears to be upscale Best Western although I have not stayed in Best Western in years. Price was right is why I picked. Nothing great about the neighborhood or view from hotel. Newer accomodations. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Coffee maker in my room did […] not work. My only issue is, I had to wait 2.5 hrs before I was pick by the shuttle service. After reporting this issue to management, no one has contacted me regarding this issue.

My stay was ok, the room didn't look like what it was on the web. One thing bother me is the room key, it got discard every day,you walk all the way to you room then you can't get in and you have to walk back down to see the receptions. They were just smile and no sorry for any time I came to reset my key. For overall 3.5 out of 5

Stayed here for a night hotel is awesome rooms are well done modern chic with large white headboards, updated something you would not expect from best western but this was a premier so i think its diffrent yes i would stay here again! You also have a quiet room with a fridge and microwave

The hotel is very new & the furnishings are in very good shape. The service desk was very helpful especially Jack. It was a very pleasant stay. Would do it again.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel was very convienient to restraunts and to our destination of the Marlins baseball stadium. We didn't really need directions to the stadium as we could clearly see it from our room. I did feel as though breakfast was a little overpriced, […] $7 for a ham and cheese omlet with no toast or sides, or $13 for the buffet. Over all, this is a good hotel with a fair price for the room. If I decide to watch the Marlins loose again, I will certainly stay at this hotel again. Devamı

When we arrived (late, around 11pm) our room was ready, clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were very helpful. The rooms were well cleaned every day. When we stored our bags after check out, they were very secure and staff was more than willing to help accomodate us. Jack and every one else, did a great job with everything including giving us […] accurate information in regards to traffic going towards the airport. Hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport (15 minutes with traffic) but you would never know it since the room was very quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is nice. My daughter and I were going on a cruise and stopped at the Best Western for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with all our questions and needs. The rooms were very clean, tidy and a good size. Also very quiet. We found the location to be a bit away from the downtown and shopping and the cost of transportation in Miami very expensive […] to go any place. Prices in the restaurant was expensive we thought. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again. Devamı

This was our third stay, we're very satisfied. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in, everything well maintained. The only thing we're not too satisfied about is the buffet breakfast for $12, we found a IHOP restaurant just around the corner where you can have a much better breakfast for the same price. Other than that we recommend this hotel

Slick, very clean, very comfortable. Shuttle to and from MIA leaves every half hour on the hour.

The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and spacious. However, there are not enough parking spots. If you arrive after 9pm, you'll be hunting for a spot on the street in one of Miami's less-nice neighborhoods.

Very clean hotel. Excellent for pre -cruise stay. Only draw back is not many restaurants in the vicinity. Good but expensive restaurant on site.

This hotel is fabulously close to the airport with complimentary shuttle service that is reliable and every half hour; so not a long wait. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was ultra clean and comfortable. Provides a quiet environment for those tired travellors needing a good night's rest. We had such a nice stay at BW Premier during March'13. We loved the Hotel and rooms. It is not close to Miami Beach around 10 miles away. It has a free parking lot and is very close to the airpot being very easy to drive to. We really liked and for sure will be back again.

The employees were friendly and helpful. Minor thing was that I did not had shuttle arrangements and I ask the front desk to call a taxi for me. When I got downstairs (waited for so long for a taxi that did not came - and later when I got the cab's number I learned that the taxi came in within 10 minutes) finally the shuttle bus brought us to our destination […] (at Christy's) a SIX minute drive and charge me and my friend US$ 30,-!! After my diner the restaurant called a cab for us and I paid for the same route US$ 10,-. Needles to say that I felt robbed. Hope it's not the policy of the hotel to let you take the shuttle because it is so much more expensive. Devamı

Stayed for 1 night before a cruise out of Miami. Very close to airport, 10-15 minutes from Miami Cruise Port. Very good breakfast, airport shuttle and great in-room wi-fi included. Very clean, comfortable, walking distance to a few restaurants in area, but front desk can hook you up with drivers to nearby Dolphin outlet mall, with 6-7 great restaurants […] plus the usual fast food choices. I had a great time, it was very nice. The suite we stayed in was comfortable, not as big as I would have thought but still, I'm not complaining about that. The colors in the room were wonderful, the white wall with the box cushions behind the bed were a nice touch. To me, it was a great time, good breakfast, very pleasant and polite staff, and any issues […] we had (like leaving my card key in the room....) was easily taken care of without any questions or hassles. The room was excellant, large comfy room with a beautiful soft bed and beautiful bath products. What let them down was the breakfast. The cut fresh fruit was anything but fresh, it must have been yesterday's. it was over ripe and soft. The hot variety was just so-so, very basic. But I'd stay there again and they have a handy shuttle to the airport. […] There is a roving Tour Agent who arranged 2 trips in 2 days in about 20 minutes and was reasonable in price. Devamı

The room was great. Very spacious - same with the bathroom. The service not the best. It took 4 phone calls and a trip down to the front desk in my pjs to get bedding for the pull out couch. A 3 hour process. when i got down - the lady that cleans the rooms was walking around. I was not impressed. The lady who checked us in and out was very friendly […] and helpful and her English was good however I was very surprised at the lack of English speaking staff. Parking can get limited. We almost had to park in overflow which we did not feel safe with doing - so my husband waited until he could get a spot. I booked it because of price more than anything. Finding something under $200 in Miami is hard to do. At least at the time we were traveling (Feb). I don't know if i would book again. Side note- never leave anything in your car. Devamı

Located near MIA and east-west dolphin expressway. Staff pleasant, only drawback is on-site parking is tight for the number of hotel rooms.
