2 nice Bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms including an excellent sofa bed in lounge.Great views, clean and good location. No frilsl service more like a apartment rental with a reception desk open a few hours a day.

Lots of room but basic equipement! A bit of a walk to the central station so will have to rent lockers to store skis. So a basic apartment and not a hotel as advertised.

The hotel, reception is manned 8am-11am. 4pm-8pm the receptionist was very helpfull and efficent The room was quite basic and didnt have a tv saying that the 4person was adaquate for 2people, there is a hot plate but no oven only microwave

Chose hotel based on 2012 positive experience : willing to pay higher rate for facilities such as pool - new owners in 2013 : all facilities to be paid for extra - eg €14 per hour per adult person for pool facilities : for family of 2adults and 2children thus costing an extra € 40/day; that's almost a 50% increase on the cost of the stay file a week […] - a rip off ( website doesn't make it clear that it is a cost per hour and this was added since we booked) . Hotel staff could not offer a family or weekly rate and were not willing to follow up with hotel management. Linen and cleaning also now extra unlike 2012 when included. Hotel is not on slopes but went for it for facilities Especially pool after a hard days skiing. Would not recommend going forward. ( bath not cleaned and broken heater in room as well ) hotel is trading on old positive ratings - all 2013 ratings are low. Devamı

We arrived at the hotel to find the following problems: 1. No bedding until late evening 2. No curtains in bedroom 3. No working TV. 4. No bath plug 5. Dirty room that had no been sufficiently cleaned. 6. Dishwasher not plumbed in and tested 7. One half of sofa bed broken. .... While most of these problems were resolved it took until mid-week to get […] a satisfactory resolution. What compounded the problems is that the reception is only open from 09:00-11:00 and then opens again at 16:00 ( although there is an emergency number..). Unfortunately, we were not the only residence with issues and every day as soon as reception opened then was a large queue of unhappy residents complaining of similar issues. During the week the Jacuzzi was completely out of order. Even in the bar the espresso machine was out of order. The bar area is also only opened when staff are present and so if you need to use WiFi out of hours you have a sit outside the lounge in the small reception area - no wifi in rooms. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and did their best. I completely blame the owners of this establishment - it's disgraceful and we will never return to this hotel... It's a real shame because the hotel is quite modern and wouldn't need much care to make it a nice place to stay in Isola. Aside from this, Isola 2000 has greatly improved over the years and we had a brilliant skiing week. The snow was fantastic and if you want a great meal we highly recommend the Cow Club... Devamı

The location of the C2A is excellent with lovely views of the mountains and resort. We booked a ‘2 - room’ apartment, this was actually 1 room with a sliding door between the living-room and bedroom. When the sofa-bed in the living-room is converted to make 2 single beds there is no room to walk around and the only place to sit is at the small dining […] table. Travelling with two teenage children I would book the 4 - 6 persons room next time. The biggest disappointment with the accommodation was the fact that the swimming pool, hot tube and steam room were all closed during our stay. Very clean, recently refurbished apartment with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (only draw back was we had to make beds on arrival). Couldn't fault the apartment at all and had excellent views of the slopes. Ideal location, although quite an incline to walk back up after a day skiing, but we used […] locker facilities nearer to the main station so we didn't have to carry skis and boots up the hill. Reception always extremely busy as only manned between certain hours. We booked this accommodation specifically as they have a pool and spa, however this was out of action for the whole time we were and there were a lot of upset families with children. On several occasions the lift was also out of action, including the last day when we had to carry our bags down from the 6th floor. Devamı

The staff at this obviously new hotel/apartments were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. From checking us in early to extending our check-out late for free, they were fantastic. They even gave us an extra room because a couple from our party didn't want to share, even though they knew the sleeping arrangements before we left England. The […] C2A is basic but cheap and clean. The location isn't the best as it is a short walk up hill but I have stayed in much worse locations in Isola. Overall I would recommend the C2A over my three previous locations in this resort purely on it's clenliness and friendliness. This is "cheap n cheerful" accomodation and you get a lot more for your money than most of the "cheap n miserable" places I have stayed in French Ski resorts. Devamı

Great although not perfect location with a 3 min walk to slopes and restaurant/shopping center. Nice view of the mountain from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. No problems. Bathroom/kitchen fairly new, clean and well equiped. No luxus but more than descent.

Hotellet ligget 150 meter fra en piste hvor man kan stå af og på. Ellers er hotellet fint hvis man forventer en seng og en lejlighed som på ingen måde er luksus men bare funktionel. Fin pool og spa som dog koster penge at benytte. Receptionen er kun åben to gange to timer om dagen, hvilket kan være et problem. Ved sen ankomst vær sikker på at kende […] dit værelsesnummer. Kun ved en tilfældighed fik vi vores værelse den første dag da vi ankom kl. 23.00. Ellers måtte vi have sovet i bilen. De havde lige glemt at informere os at vi bare skulle gå til værelse 606 som var åbent.. Hotellet er vist lige blevet overtaget af nye ejere og jeg kunne forstå at de arbejder på en masse forbedringer.. Devamı

Bon rapport qualité prix. Appartement pour 4/6 personnes (plutôt 4 adultes et 2 enfants) spacieux avec deux salles d'eau., grande cuisine. Peut être un peu loin des pistes.

Het verblijf was uitstekend, daar we een appartement hadden,maar de inkom en de skiruimte was een echte vuilnisbel. Er werd nooit gekuist, wat vorig jaar wel was.

Ménage de la chambre pas fait à notre arrivée à 19h. Jacuzzi en panne. Wifi occasionnel. Sèche linge en panne. Sinon chambre agréable.

Avis général plutôt bon sauf que lorsque nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait aucun draps nous avons du demander les draps à la réception pour faire le lit nous même pour un trois étoiles je trouve ça inamissible.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé, coin terrasse. Espace spa agréable, personnel sympathique. Appartement trop loin des pistes, du noyau des commerces et restaurants avec enfants en bas âge.

Dans un bâtiment récent, une reprise de gérance, un couple très sympa gère cette résidence presque au pieds des pistes, l'appartement que nous avons eue été un duplex avec 6 couchages, une vue superbe sur la montagne et les pistes, 2 salles de bains... de quoi passer un bon séjour. Seul bémol pas bien grave, l'éclairage dans l'appartement, pas au top […] et, porté vos oreiller, ils sont mauvais. Autrement, je garde l'adresse pour mes prochaines vacances à Isola, pour la qualité du bâtiment, la sympathie de tous le personnel et pour les bons moments passé la bas. De plus, la location des skis chez inter sport avec qui ils ont des accords commerciaux, n'est vraiment pas cher et la aussi, le personnel et très sympa. Que du bonheur cette semaine. Devamı

Hotelli keskellä kylää, joten hisseille, kauppoihin, ravintoloihin ym. vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Huone oli uudenveroisessa kunnossa ja tilojen jako hyvä kahden pariskunnan oleskeluun. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotelliin.
