room was dirty. baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Bedspreads were so stained we took them off the beds. condo itself looked very old and furnishings were ready for donation. staff was very nice. Overall I thought the place had a good family friendly atmosphere and had plenty of thing to do. The staff was friendly and the place was in a nice quiet location from the town. the only negative was thcondition of thee carpets were extremely stained and dirty.

I booked our room online and had no idea what to expect. We were very impressed when we checked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was much larger than we thought it would be. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and had great access to the beach. I loved that the rooms had washers and dryers so we didn't come home with wet, sandy […] clothes. Pretty good place to stay. It is better suited for families than a couple. Also be prepared to change rooms in the middle of your stay. We were given 10 min. to pack up move to another room because the time share owners wanted their room. We were not made aware this might happen up front. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable though.

Best place we've ever stayed!!!! So much for the kids to do and such a safe environment! Staff was the BEST! Room was excellent. Perfect vacation!!

Me and my family had a great time, hopefully next time we're at the beach longer...didn't get to use the slide but we plan to next time! Security guard Peggy was very nice.

We arrived at our hotel just after check in time and our room was not ready and they said we could wait 4 more hours for it to be ready. Of course that is not what we paid for and they were able to work us into another room. Everything was as it was supposed to be. The only problem was the pool was closed for maintenance. The condo went out of their way to make up for it. They got us a pass at a nearby sports center. Was definitely happy with the condo.

i could'nt be more happier this is a great place to spend some time close to ocean front with in walking distance property staff was very helpful and friendly i plan to return next year great place great pepole great location great great great.

This is a lovely place located on the ocean. The view is awesome! The unit that we had was very spacious and nicely decorated.

I was traveling alone, and it was great for me (nice, spacious, clean room, good beach access, nice pool, etc.), but I could tell this would be THE best place if you have kids. Game room, sweet water slide, mini golf course. Fun place! Nice people running it, too.

Would've been nice if the room didn't have cigarette burns in the rug and couch and the carpet was completely filthy. Disgusting. I'm sure other units in are nice and the place is great for kids. Just stay away from unit 287.

I think father Time has simply taken its toll on this property. The rooms aren't 100% clean, things are a little beat up,, etc. I never felt 100% comfortable there, just not the place it could be if they would do an overhaul. The people are super nice that work there,, they do have some nice recreational activities,, the slide is great, but whoever […] decided to use the slip mats on the stairs to the top didn't test drive the slip mats. It's like walking on rocks to the top of the waterslide. Garbage dumps were overflowing and nasty, they need more dumpsters. I can only imagine how bad it is during the busiest of weeks. Sad part about Atlantic Beach is there aren't a ton of places to stay for a fair price. The price we had was very fair, but in the end, no way I would stay there again. Devamı

Very therapeutic! Very comfortable beds, great recreational amenities. Excellent customer service. Wonderful not to have to pay extra for mini-golf, ping-pong, pool and slide usage. Kitchen was fully stocked to be able to cook meals, so we saved there too!

I do not recomend that anyone who is not a timeshare owner at this property stay her. Because i was not an owner i was told i had to move my room to accomodate an owner. The staff was not very friendly about moving the room and wanted me to wait in my room until they called and told me it was ok to move. Needless to say i checked my family out early […] and will never stay there again. The bed was terribly uncomfortable along with the dated furniture in the living area. We used two different air fresheners to get the smell out the room. I would not suggest that anyone stay at this property. Devamı

Fantastic stay. The room was situated very close to parking, pool and beach. having the use of a close to fully stocked kitchen was enjoyable. Very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definetly return if we can get the same space.

I liked the fact that the resort was right at the ocean. It made it so easy for us to take are 2 girls out to the beach and ocean at any time. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when questioned about places around the area. The staff was also very understanding when I called and told them that I was unaware that we took a key home. They […] allowed me to mail it back with no problems or extra charges. The kitchen area wa a little out of date and the doors to some of the rooms could use some sprucing up, but those things can be over looked for the enjoyable time we had at the beach. Devamı

Spent our 19th wedding anniversary here. Everyone friendly. Very clean. A wonderful place for family. We have booked to bring our grandchildren back in June.

We had a great time. Hope to go again and stay here.

The location and staff of A Place at the Beach were awesome! I would highly recommend the resort to anyone staying on Atlantic Beach. Access to Morehead City and Beaufort were ideal and the having Fort Macon and the Pine Shoals Aquarium so close was a great plus as well.

I rerally enjoyed my oceanfront view. I was upset that the indoor pool was not able to be used.

The rooms here were very outdated and the furniture was uncomfortable. The staff were very nice and the grounds were nice but the actual room was very old dark and dreary.

Booked at the last minute and didn't know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised. Great condo, very roomy, comfortable and clean. Grounds around the pool area were beautiful and well kept. Don't expect housekeeping bc I never saw any. Security was very present so expect to get checked for your pass at any time. Didn't really care for getting approached […] at the pool every day for my pass. Felt like I was getting targeted because they didn't check anyone elses pass while I was at the pool. I do appreciate that they're trying to keep trespassers out but think there could be a better way to achieve that. Overall, great place to stay and I would recommend it to friends. Devamı

The slide at the pool was fun. The pool area was clean and the grounds were pretty and natural. It was close to the beach and away from the hustle-bustle of the stores and traffic. Enjoyed it much.

This was a wonderful get away for my family. The staff was friendly, everything was convenient, we had a beautiful view of the pool. I would definitely return to A Place at the Beach! Thank you!

This was sold as a hotel, but is actually a condo with room for 6. Our unit was very nice with 4-5 times the space of a hotel room and 2 very clean baths. It did not have all of the services of a hotel, but it was very quiet, clean, and private. We will rent like this again!

Room was clean, office staff friendly. It was affordable and I will recommend this place to friends. We loved that we could walk right out to the beach.

This place was beautiful we got it at the last minute and ofcourse it wasn't a five star condo but it was really nice and kept up had security and lots of nice ammenities, we really enjoyed it and would go again when we are down that way. Beautiful view of the ocean from our condo.

Really nice, I wish it was warmer. We didnt spend as much time on the beach as I would have liked to but I would definitely go back when the weather is warmer.
