KARAVANSARA Retreat and Residences - Siem Reap

Nice small hotel, with the apartments across the street from it. It is a 10 minute walk to Pub Street. My travel partner and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable and the service was great. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel to enquire about transportation from the coach station. They provide a free tuk tuk […] ride from the airport, port and coach station. The general manager, Luon, was quick in assisting me through email and the information he provided was helpful. Room: Spacious, clean room. Only basic toiletries are given unless it's requested. Room does not have mini-fridge. Location: Superb, 5mins walk to the Old Market, pub street. Save money on taking tuk-tuk. Service: Staffs are very helpful, and able to assist in all arrangements. Overall, it's a very enjoyable stay.

It is very close to the night market, walking distance and overall is ok for short trip, it would full fill all your basic needs, not luxury, but very comfortable. The staff was a escecially focus in making you feel good. Stayed 3 nights at the 3 bedroom suite that can actually sleep 4. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's fomerly known as butterfly hotel as most tuk-tuk or taxi drivers were still more familiar with. Breakfast was alright but not that fantastic, with 4 different set menus. Wi-fi connection was not bad. During […] my check-in, it was raining heavily, and the drop off area didn't have a shelter, but luckily the staff came with umbrellas to shelter us and took care of all our luggages, we were partially soaked but happy. I loved this place. Really friendly staff, impecable acommodations, and great location. I highly recommend it. One of the best hotels I stayed in during my vacation through southeast Asia.

This hotel is brand new and is very well done. There is a nice rooftop saltwater pool that is a decent size. Not big enough to swim laps, really, but plenty of room to cool off after a day of sightseeing. They offer poolside service for the bar and light food choices until 7pm. The location is great - it is right across the bridge over the river, so you can walk into town easily but don't have to deal with the noise of the central area. The breakfast was good - it is not buffet style; rather, they bring you a menu with options for a starter (yogurt or fruit) and main course (4 choices), tea/coffee and juice included. No problem to ask for more coffee and juice refills and I heard one person at another table ask for and get more yogurt as well. The size of the servings wasn't huge by American standards, but it was enough for us, especially since we ate later after coming back from taking photographs in the early morning. They also served breakfast until 10am, which was good if you want to go out early for sunrise at the ruins. The rooms themselves were also quite nice, very clean with modern decor. The bathroom was especially nicely done. The only thing I would note is that there is not a lot of counter space. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit big and they didn't have any others when we asked for new ones. Generally, the service at the hotel was very good. The rooms don't have a refrigerator, but we were able to put some beer we had purchased in the fridge at the bar. They will take care of mailing postcards for you, etc. The bar/restaurant staff were exceptionally good. In general, we never had any problems with any of our requests as long as the staff didn't have to think outside the box. 酒店服務好，客房舒適整潔浴室比較特別，自選早餐都好好味，地點近old market位置非常方便，不過奇怪房間冇雪柜&牙刷、風筒可以職員取。

キッチン、リビング付きの部屋に泊りました。冷蔵庫、ドラム式洗濯機、キッチン(台所用品つき）、ダイニングテーブル、TV、ソファ、無線ネットなどそろっており、文句なし。キングサイズのベットだったので、一緒に寝ていた相方と体がぶるかることも皆無。部屋に関して欠点はバスタブがないこと、部屋によってはシャワーの水がでる小さい穴飲向きが不ぞろいで浴びにくかったことのみ（部屋によるかと）。　オールドマーケットやバーストリート、スーパーにも徒歩3分と近く、地の利も抜群。朝食も3-4種類から選べて飽きなかった。事前にフルーツプレートやウェルカムドリンクを依頼していたところ、 チェックインしてしばらくしてからもってきてくれたりと若干のずれはあったものの、そもそも標準ではないのに対応してくれたというサービスの良さ […] 。特に金額にこだわって選んだわけではないが、この設備、立地、サービスでこの金額は本当に申し分なし。 Devamı

직원들은 매우 친절하고 요청사항에 적극적으로 대응해줬습니다. 그러나 객실에 냉장고가 없고, 헤어드라이도 없습니다. 냉장고 없는게 가장 큰 단점인 것 같네요. 규모가 작은 호텔이라 단점도 많이 눈에 보이고 다시 선택한다면 3~4성급의 큰 호텔을 선택할 것 같습니다.

酒店服务非常好 我们早晨到了以后因为不到check in 的时间 就将行李寄存在前台 晚上回来时 行李已经被妥善安放在房间 送了果盘和welcome drink 房间里非常干净整洁 崇尚环保所以需要自备牙刷牙膏等物品 早餐也非常棒 多种选择 离pub street不算远 走路的话大概十分钟 唯一遗憾的是 因为在暹粒的时间正好是雨季 酒店门前就是一条河 雨水会蔓延到街道上 所以如果没有乘车想要出行的话 需要淌水（老市场附近的普遍现象）............如果是旱季去 体验一定更棒 如果下次去吴哥 还要选择这家的！
